Excellent - they are all that their service description states. Office very helpful in scheduling. Punctual, professional service. We have an older home and dryer vent quite complicated. Added shoe covers every time in and out of house, explained each step of their process, impressive new equipment, careful when moving household articles, discussed options, excellent customer service. Heartily endorse this company and will have them back to clean all household air ducts.

The technician was very helpful and explained that the cost would be a bit higher because he had to get extra parts and work so much under the house. We feel the problem has finally been solved after years of people trying to improvise.

Guy was right on time. He explained the work he was going to do,than he and his helper got started immediately. Guy found a few things he suggested we have done,and after showing the video of those areas to me I agreed with him and he again got right on it .Guy had one other concern that required him to crawl under the house which was typically an additional $29.00 charge which he waived proving his company's commitment to excellent customer service.

Air plus was awesome! They got me scheduled for an appointment quickly. The technician Guy and team was on time and did quality work. The air ducts were full of 30 years dirt and grime along with construction dirt, they were excellent at making sure they were completely cleaned out. We are very happy with the service and quality, thank you for making our air fresh again!

The entire crew worked hard throughout the appointment and all were very affable. I especially enjoyed chatting a bit with the crew leader..

The cleaning team did a great job of cleaning our air ducts. We recently finished construction and our vents needed a good cleaning. This company was very thorough, timely, and respectful! We definitely recommend them.
