Very pleased with professional service and outcome. Not only were the air ducts cleaned, but Guy shared pictures showing the lint build up at the exit vent and the cause of the inefficiency we were experiencing with our clothes dryer. So, they did the job well and provided some education as well. Easy online scheduling. When we set up the appointment, they even offered a sooner date than the one we selected. Very personable on the phone. We will call on Air+ NW again in future.

Guy arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and quickly evaluated our situation. He laid out his plan to clear the blocked ducting, and did a high-pressure air cleaning and vacuuming from both the source and terminal end of the duct work. He also recognized a flaw with the prior installation of the flex hose pipe and corrected it with an improved pipe and more direct connect configuration. Guy was very courteous and professional, and the cost of the service was very reasonable. I would most definitely hire Air Plus again for air duct and vent cleaning.

My job was a difficult one; the ducts had not been properly cleaned in at least 20 years but my guy did a fantastic job. He kept to the original estimate for the fee but it was a BIG job. He was cautious with my interior floors and walls and covered his shoes to protect my wood floors. He was polite and I was comfortable with him working in my home.

We hired Air+ NW for a dryer vent cleaning. My dryer vent duct does through the attic and roof, so it's a little more complicated than I'm willing to tackle myself. It was super easy to book an appointment online and they had weekend appointments available, which was very convenient for my work schedule. The technician arrived on time and was done with the cleaning within a half hour. Super simple and easy! I plan on hiring them annually to make sure our roof is clear.

Guy H. came right on time, cleaned out our long and winding dryer vent (some 25 feet long), replaced a component behind the dryer, vacuumed out the dryer lint trap, and put everything back together. The work was badly overdue! The dryer is now drying in a fraction of the previous time.

It went very well, Guy was very clear as to what he was doing and explained everything in detail, including how he was going about cleaning the system. The system was cleaned out well, and air quality seems to have improved from when he performed his services, if the HEPA filter detection is any indicator.

I could not have asked for a better job. The work was top notch and the price more than fair.

After 13 years of not cleaning, the vent was completely clogged. Guy was determined to clean all up. It took about 90 minutes or so but he did not charge me anything extra. Now it cut the time to dry clothes in half. He was on time, polite and friendly. I definitely hire him again and I really appreciate his work!

Went very well. They were able to accommodate my time window for the service. The technician arrived on time and was able to use compressed air into the vent and thoroughly clean the duct.

Just had my dryer vent duct cleaned today by this company. The technician did a fantastic job, cleaning the dryer vent duct from both inside and outside. He spent a lot of time cleaning our system and boy did he get a lot of debris/dust/lint out of our vent. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely call this company in the future for all of my air duct needs - both household air ducts and dryer vent duct. Price was very fair.

Great. The tech - Guy - was extremely polite and helpful. The dryer vent wasn't too dirty but the dryer exhaust hose was severely twisted so he fixed that in addition to the vent cleaning.

Guy called 15 mins prior to arrival and was on time. He thoroughly cleaned the heating vents, which definitely needed cleaning a while ago and also had construction materials in them. Normally this should take half a day, but he took one whole day to clean up all the ducts and was very professional. He takes pride in his work, very hard working and friendly as well.

We have had 3 people prior to come and try to 'fix' this dryer vent problem, but we weren't getting anywhere. When he came into look at our situation, he accepted the challenge! He was punctual, professional, and extremely understanding of the situation.

Very well. Polite and unobtrusive they just got on with the job very efficiently to clean out a large accumulation of lint through a very windy pipe; even found the remains of a discarded nest at the exit of the pipe! Apparently the "flap" at the end of the pipe was missing, so they replaced it at a small charge for the piece of equipment needed. Good experience.

Great. Guy (technician/owner) was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions fully about the process.

Guy and Nancy showed up within the appointment window. Appreciated that they put on shoe covers every time they entered the house. Cleaned everything out. They removed the bird guard that was choking up the system and showed me that there was already a louvered cover installed -- which saved me the trouble of having to buy and install a new one immediately. Tested the dryer and then they were on their way! The LG dryer duct test showed zero blockage afterwards.

In addition to the two-hour window that was given, the cleaning team also called about 25 minutes before they showed up, which I appreciated. They were on-time, very professional and friendly and they covered their shoes every time they came into the house. They kept me informed about what they were doing and, after running a load of laundry, I am extremely satisfied with the results. I would hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends.
