The dryer is on the third floor of our townhouse so the dryer vent is roughly 10,000 feet in the air. The guys were great - going to extreme efforts to find a way to thoroughly clean the vent, which they finally accomplished through the attic (while also discovering - and fixing - that the vent was improperly installed). Yay! Great job!

Very well! He showed some issues with the duct itself and fixed it, replaced it with a new one, cleaned out the dryer, and went up to the roof too. Highly recommend!

It went very well. My dryer vent was way overdue for cleaning. Guy scheduled an appointment very promptly. He called to let me know when he was on his way. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the dryer and an extremely clogged dryer vent. He pointed out that part of the tubing wasn’t up to code and was causing the dryer to work inefficiently because part of the tube had a 3 inch radius rather than the correct 4 inch radius. He proposed two ways to fix the problem. I chose the less expensive solution and he fixed it. He said my dryer will work more efficiently now. I will definitely hire Air Plus NW again.

Guy and Sergio are true professionals. I found it difficult to find dryer vent cleaners for my home because our vent goes up to the roof. Several contractors weren't unable to help because of this due to insurance and licensing purposes but A Plus NW was up to the task! They were very professional. They did their job very thoroughly and respected my home to the fullest by wearing protective booties when entering and leaving the house and used entry-way guards to protect my walls. Guy called and let me know he could actually be around 30 minutes early if I was alright with it in which I was. He had asked me to show him both the dryer and the outside vent even though I wasn't completely sure where the outside vent was. It turned out it was underneath our backyard deck which is a bit low hanging. He went above and beyond to clean out our dryer vent and also had to replace our dryer pipe since it was split open. Guy showed me pictures of how clogged our vent was and I'm honestly surprised we didn't have a fire before this it was so bad. I will definitely use the company again for future cleanings! Did not use because I was able to schedule quickly with other service. His price was much better than West Coast Power-Vac so I will also contact him next time I need service.

The cleaning went very well. The technician (Guy) and his colleague arrived right on time (and provided a call a few minutes before they arrived) and immediately got to work with the vent cleaning. They only needed me to point them to the vent and the dryer and they soon had their equipment setup and running. After a rather quick and productive 30 minutes, they had removed quite a bit of lint from the dryer vent and had cleaned out the dryer itself. I noticed an immediate improvement in the drying times after their visit and will definitely have them out again for dryer vent cleaning and (very likely) for air vent cleaning. I also very much appreciated the very agreeable and professional demeanor of the technicians: they were very helpful and informative - a pleasure to work with.

Great job, thorough cleaning. Had a screen on roof duct from clothes dryer, and Guy from Air Plus NW was able to clean from 1 end to the other. They were actually 1/2 earlier than the 2 hour stated window. Quick turnaround, spent about an hour to get on roof and clean from 2nd floor utility room in Renton home. I would use again, and would recommend.

I called and spoke with Guy (owner) on a Monday. They were able to schedule for the next day. I received a call when Sirgio (tech) was on his was. I also received a text when he was 15 minutes away. Serio was on time and very professional. The job took approximately 1 hour. I had the wrong hose connecting my dryer to the vent that goes under my house and out the back. Sergio replaced that without an additional charge. When the work was done he showed me what was completed. I received a 5% discount for being an Angie's list member.

I'm quiet happy how the job was done by Sergey. He gave me a call upfront. He explained all the details of the work he was going to do and rough estimate on how long it would take. He thoroughly went through all registers, returns and dryer exhaust and cleaned them all. He worn shoe covers so everything was clean in the end.

Sergio called 10-15 min before arrival to let me know when he was coming and came within their 2 hour window. He did a thorough job and wore booties inside and was careful with all the wires and equipment by protecting corners and walls from scratches. The price was fair. I had birds going into the exterior dryer vent and needed everything cleaned out and a screen installed to prevent critters from going back in.

They did response the message I sent and arrived on the date I proposed. They have been busy but very professional, job has well done, they cleaned both inside and outside vents. The job site was very clean and organized. They also explained my question regarding the air duct cleaning on attic area. Very pleasant experience working with them.

went really well especially since when I saw the photos of what was actually IN THERE lurking that I was unaware of ... eww is all I can say! I should have done this years ago .. I think he just saved my house from burning down because the dryer vent was extra nasty. He was very thorough and professional.

I called on a Tuesday to have my dryer vent cleaned and some minor repairs. They arrived on Thursday, exactly as scheduled. Guy had everything he needed on board and completed the job very efficiently. He had to go into my crawl space a few times for the minor duct repairs, no problem. Fast, professional job, very fair price, couldn't be happier.

Very pleased with professional service and outcome. Not only were the air ducts cleaned, but Guy shared pictures showing the lint build up at the exit vent and the cause of the inefficiency we were experiencing with our clothes dryer. So, they did the job well and provided some education as well. Easy online scheduling. When we set up the appointment, they even offered a sooner date than the one we selected.
