Everything was cleaned out. The dryer is operating at peak performance. The service person was knowledgeable and professional.

I was very happy with the work done.

A 30 minutes job turned into a few hours. He lost a part in my dryer vent. The started cutting into vents in my attic to retrieve it. He mistook two fan vents for the dryer vent, so cutting into them was a needless waste of time. It was bad.

Arrived on time, very professional and courteous; but starting up-selling from what my Angie's List deal included right away. Since they were already at the house and I had purchased the deal, I felt kind of trapped to have to do the extra things. It ended up costing me $199, rather than the $99 deal I bought. The double price was disappointing, their service was good however.

The techs (Gil and his assistant) were very efficient, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Everything went smoothly. Well worth the cost. Would highly recommend this company.

He told us that the vent had a lot of lint in it and explained how that was a fire hazard, especially since our venting is not very long. Per his recommendation, we will have this done annually in the future. The dryer is running quieter and more efficient now. I fully recommend G & G.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was okay, I guess. He said he cleaned it from the outside and I can't really tell. They came out about two weeks after I bought the deal. They would have gotten a better grade from me if they would have shown me what they were doing. I did not know if he did anything or not.

Did a good job cleaning the dryer vent

This provider was excellent. The job could not have gone smoother.

They did not stay true to the price of the "Big Deal" because the vent distance was much longer than what they thought it would be. It went up to the roof and out to the side of the house. They should be a little bit more upfront about their pricing. Due to the extra length, they found a lot of blockage in the vent. For what they did, the price was reasonable but it wasn't what I was anticipating.

Showed up on time and cleaned all the vents which hadn't ever been cleaned before in 30 years. Suggested deodorizing too, which we did.

Gil and Gabriel were outstanding. I had not intended to need so much work, but when it was found that my A/C duct system was filled with mold, they were able to replace all the ductwork in a timely, professional, and reasonably priced job. This kind of work disrupts your entire household, but they made it as smooth and easy as possible. Their installation was efficient and they showed me pictures to evaluate everything. They patched and painted all the necessary holes and cleaned up after their work. I really appreciated their courtesy and explanation about all the work. I will definitely be hiring them to do my annual dryer vent cleaning and future inspections. I would recommend them highly!

Vent went from back of garage to parking lot, with 4 elbows in the venting. It was clearly neglected for years and the dryer was taking forever to dry clothes. When they were done with the work, the dryer took at least 25% less time to get the job done. I am also confident that I won't have another vent fire as I did once in a rental unit where this task was never completed.

They were very thorough and informative. My dryer vents through the roof, and they used high suction to clean it all out. You should have seen the bag of lint they extracted! They told me how to maintain the dryer's lint catcher myself on a regular basis.

they did great work one use from cothes dryer another one from side of the garage. I gave them my friend to have done so he did at the his house have done after my house.

It went very well. I was contacted within minutes of purchasing the deal and was able to set an appointment for the following day. My mom said Gil worked very hard to clear 10 years worth of lint and the dryer now works great. She is relieved that she isn't afraid a fire will start in the vent. Thanks Gil!
