Arrived on time. Removed mountains of lint from the vent line. Cleared connection line from vent to dryer. Vacuumed all around and under dryer. Checked lint trap in dryer. Explained an easy way to clear the lint trap remainders. Cleaned all "fluff" blown out of the dryer line at front of house. Cleaned up after service complete. Answered questions (how often should he come out? for daily usage every 1-1/2 to 2 years). We will be calling them in a year and a half.

Prompt and respectful of my time. They did a good job and explained all aspects of what they were doing.

I had to pay a bit more since the duct leading to my dryer vent is longer than usual, but everything went well. The technician arrived on time, he was friendly and courteous, and he completed the job without ever setting foot in the house which meant there was no mess at all.

I didn't rate price or quality because I have no basis for comparison, but the job was done quickly and smoothly as far as I could tell. I'll have them out again in a year to repeat the service.

Showed up on time. I showed them where all my vents were and they explained their process. They also inspected my unit in the garage and made recommendations on getting that cleaned as well which was separate from the Deal. Gand G was great they went straight to work and as they cleaned each vent covering it with plastic around the hose to keep debris and dust from blowing out. My house was built mid-70's and they had never been cleaned before. They sucked all the dirt out and vacuumed up around the vent and the vent covers themselves. They made sure to clean up after themselves which was great. Took about 1.5 - 2 hours to do all 10 vents and go through the unit in my garage to tell me where it could use extra cleaning. Very professional and nice. Would use them again if we decide to do the extra cleaning on unit in the garage. Nice to know that when my AC or heat is on I'm getting cleaner air coming through the vents now. Very satisfied with their work.

The two man crew arrived on time, went right to work, cleaned up after themselves and gave me information about how to maintain the dryer vent. They were polite and competent.

We were interested in obtaining a company to clean our floor vents and one wall vent since we've NEVER had them cleaned since we moved to the Talmadge area 25 years ago. My intention was to contact at least 2 companies for quotes. After checking Angie's list for Coit and ASI which had 'B' ratings, I decided I wanted a company with an 'A' rating. What attracted me to G&G was . . . 1) They had an 'A' rating . . 2) They had a special for $199.00 . . . and the 'comments' on services rendered were VERY favorable. My intention was to ask about the process and then contact another company to compare information. However, I was so impressed with the gentlemen answering my questions on the phone, I decided to schedule the vent cleaning with G&G. Scheduled services was set up for 10/7 BUT (to my good fortune) the gentleman called me back within 20 minutes to say that he had a cancellation and if I wanted to have the service performed today, it was now available. I agreed. Gabriel and his assistant arrived at my door 45 minutes later. They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and explained the process as they went along. I opted to have 'sanitation of the vents' done as well which was another $150. I don't think I mentioned that at the time I called for the service, the special for vent cleaning had expired 2 days ago. However, G&G honored the 'special rate' of $199.00. Wow. I was thoroughly pleased with the services I received and I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends, family and anyone else that would listen.

Gabriel and one of his technicians showed up right on time as promised and were very professional. They were knowledgeable, hard-working, and personable. Gabriel took the time to explain what they were doing and showed me any trouble spots that needed extra attention. In particular, the dryer vent was very troublesome because it was very dirty and very long. But these guys didn't give up on it. They made sure to work on it as long as needed until it was cleaned. They even showed me how the dryer was not connected properly to the vent and fixed that for me. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought the services from G and G Indoor Air Services through a Groupon but was very happy to see that they were also on Angie's list and had such good reviews. They were very nice and easy to deal with. Making the appointment was easy and they arrived when they said they would. They explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. They showed me the before and after pictures of my vents (they were very dirty) and that they also had removed a lot of lint from my dryer vent. I dealt mostly with Gabriel one of the owners. He was very professional and easy to talk with. I told him that I was going to replace my air conditioner and asked me if he could help me in anyway since he has worked in the A/C industry before. He was very helpful in helping me think about what units would be best for my condo, what to look for in choosing a company to install it etc. I could tell that customer satisfaction was very important to them! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

This service was offered on U-T Deals for $99 and valued at $350. I've lived in my condo for 14 yrs. and never had the ducts or dryer vent cleaned so I figured it was about time. I had to book about 2 weeks out after my initial call. They called me the day before to remind and then called again when they were on their way. Gil and his assistant were very polite and professional and service was performed in a timely manner. The only tie-in service they offered was duct sanitation, which I politely declined. No hard sell or pushiness. I did tip however, considering they had to drive to Ramona and it was a hot day. My only complaint would be that after they showed me how much dryer lint they got out, they left it on the ground rather then picking it up and throwing it away. It is however, my lint, and that's probably a good way to make people see just how much was removed.

We're able to come one day early. Arrived within the time frame we were told. Explained what they were going to do and how.did the work in about two hours. Showed vent cover from bathroom which had mold on it, then thoroughly cleaned it. Told about ducts being old, ok for now but we're rusting some. Talked about getting better air circulation and suggested ways to achieve this.were able to do work even if we have a Siberian husky(put in backyard) while they worked in his room area. Cleaned up well except missed area in bathroom behind mesh trash can where dust had filtered through.

We were extremely pleased with their level of customer service and integrity. The work was completed within the time frame they told us and they worked very hard to clean up after themselves. The work areas were left spotless. I am happy to be a referral for Gand G anytime.

Everything went to plan. The technician, Gabrelle, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy about the add-on services and I did not feel "upsold". The ducts had not been cleaned for the six years I have lived here. I am not sure whether the previous owners of the property ever cleaned them (I doubt it). The most remarkable thing about this transaction was my initiating the appointment. I had found a groupon-type deal (social living, I think). I liked the price and looked the company up on the BBB website. Everything seemed legitimate. I made the appointment under the deal price and was very happy. Unfortunately, when I went to purchase the online coupon for the deal price, the website kept saying it was having a technical problem and to return "later". I did return to it all day long. My the time 9:30pm rolled along, I tried the site for the last time that day. It said 'DEAL EXPIRED"! I called the company the next day to explain what had happened and they honored the discounted price with no cajoling. The gentleman I spoke to sounded like the owner or manager. His name was "Gil". Too bad this is so rare these days.
