Description of Work: We used Fox Plumbing & Heating to replace the pipe that goes from the meter into the house for water. They had to hook it up so they had to open up the driveway. After it was inspected, they closed the driveway back up.

Description of Work: On a Sunday, my shower drain and pipe pulled away from my shower leaking water into the crawl space. I was in the process of plunging out a clog. Called Fox Plumbing and Heating. They returned my call within an hour and talked me through how much they charge. They only charge an additional $95 for an emergency or after regular hours call. A tech was at my house by the end of the afternoon. Within 1 hr and 15 minutes, everything was fixed!

Description of Work: Brian of Fox plumbing responded to a leaking kitchen drain within 1 hour of our call. It had leaked into the basement for several days before we noticed and there was quite a mess. Old galvanized pipe had worn through and we could not use the sink or dishwasher. Brian evaluated the problem,and was able to run a new plastic drain under the floor , through the wall and connect it to the out going waste pipe. His workmanship was excellent, he cleaned up and left no mess. He also explained what he was doing and what would work best among our options. The drain took a lot of cutting and drilling to set into the wall and under the floor, but the work was well done. It took over 7 hours, and during that time Brian never took a break. My only complaint is the cost, which I never asked about except for the initial hour. It seems excessive running about $200 per hour.

Description of Work: They replaced the water main pipe house to sidewalk with copper pipe. They used "funny pipe"to connect to my existing lines, which was supposed to be copper....also they stated on the work order they would haul away a slab of concrete did not. But the yard looked good after and the faucets were flushed and it all works great. The estimator was thorough, friendly, great at explaining the bid and punctual. By far the most professional and courteous customer service compared to other bids. Would recommend them .

Description of Work: Needed all fixtures/drains/toilets checked or fixed or replaced after 10+ years of neglect. House is 52 years old, toilets, sinks, bathtub were originals. Ended up replacing water heater with tankless, and one new toilet. All of many plumbing problems were corrected. Installation of the tankless water heater was nerve racking as I was educating myself on the internet during the process and running down and questioning/checking everything they were doing up against what I was reading... They were both named Will. Will A. was here from 9AM-9PM, Will S. was here from 2PM-9PM a total of 18 hours of work. They were in constant motion, pleasant, readily answered questions, kept me informed as to their progress. I am very satisfied with the job they did, enjoying having NORMAL functioning plumbing. I put a B for the pricing because I am not sure if this was a good price ( I did not get other bids). I tend to think that 18 hours of hard work by 2 plumbers makes it a bargain, especially since they did exactly what needed to be done, took the time to make sure I was well informed, and I got a tankless water heater, new toilet, and many new fixtures.. So yeah, I'm happy.

Description of Work: I needed a pipe moved to accomodate a new vanity in a remodeled bathroom. A co-worker suggested Fox Plumbing because of a good experience she had with them. My review of companies on Angie's List also convinced me that I should call Fox. Chad arrived on time, professionally dressed, polite, pleasant, wore shoe covers when in the house, thoroughly cleaned up the area and accomplished the job in a much shorter time than I expected. Once I installed the vanity, granite counter and sink, I decided that having Fox install the faucet and drain would be easier than doing it myself so I called Fox Plumbing again to have them send someone to do that work as well. Another technician came for that job and was just as professional and prompt as Chad was. Also, Savannah the scheduler was very nice, efficient and responded to all my questions. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitelyl recommend Fox to anyone I know.

Description of Work: I had a leaky pipe which resulted in a flooded basement. Mike came out and assessed the situation which was not straightforward as our house is about 100 years old. It has some old pipes one of which was leaking. He found old sections attached to new ones in sort of a make shift jumble. He figured out the problem and a few other puzzles along the way. He was terrific-strategic and careful. He did an excellent job. I would definitely use Fox again for their professionalism and competence. I was extremely satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: my hot water tank leaked and had to be replaced. due to a leak. Marcus Mosley was of the utmost help,he went over and beyond to inform and help us. He gave us great tips on some of his experiences with this type of problem water heater. We felt really taken care of and Marcus was very professional and friendly.We would ask for him personally if we have any other plumbing issues in the future. Katy and Nader

Description of Work: I did not go with this company because I got a lower bid from a company I have used before, however, I contacted them for an estimate because of the positive reviews on angies list. The estimator who came out was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was very thorough. He got me an estimate the same day.

Description of Work: Adrian, the plumber Fox sent, performed a number of repairs in the bathroom - to the toilet, sinks and tub. Adrian was extremely courteous, fast and professional. When it became necessary for Fox to make some adjustments to the earlier work (due, basically, to the age of our apartment building), they very quickly sent Adrian again, and he performed the services without charge. I was impressed.

Description of Work: The sewer was blocked and they cleared the line.. It required a second trip and they did not charge for the second visit. I had asked for a proposal for replacing the sewer line (partial) and they did not respond for a month. I ended up with another company, and determined I did not need to have it replaced.

Description of Work: Plumbing remodel for the home and bathroom.

Description of Work: I had an emergency with a leaking wax ring on the master bath toilet. Fox Plumbing was able to send a plumber within three hours. Joe was professional, discussed the possibilities, and kept me informed as he did the repair. In our discussions I mentioned we were looking at replacing the toilet with one that was low flow, quiet, and did not block up as frequent as the current toilet. Joe recommended a Toto brand, which we had also previously decided on. He went ahead and installed the Drake model. I was very pleased with the service provided and will use this company again.
