Description of Work: Fix Kitchen Faucet

Description of Work: The work was supposed to be a 2 day job to do rough in plumbing for my master bath. The job took 3 months and they had to come back 5 times to complete the rough in. I complained multiple times and when I asked about getting a reduced rate they offered to complete the finish work for free but still have not been able to get the work scheduled to be completed.

Description of Work: Cleaned out the clogged line past the p trap for our bathroom sink in minutes. Very polite and professional. Replaced low quality p trap pipe and fittings that were leaking. Very pleased with the work done. And nothing damaged, unlike our experience with several other plumbers. Worth the extra money for that reason.

Description of Work: I was having new appliances delivered and needed someone who could respond quickly to move a gas line that was in the way. I called several people but only Fox was able to send someone out the next day. The initial service man, David, did some measuring and suggested a minimal solution that had the potential to save me some money. The technician said if it didn't work they would come out again waving the call out fee. Unfortunately when the new appliance was delivered it was just a millimeter or so to big. Fox quickly sent another technician, JP, out to complete the more drastic option. The total cost was still less than I had expected initially. They get high marks from me on professionalism and ethics as well as price.

Description of Work: Fox plumbers are always on time, cover their feet to keep your floors clean, don't waste time and explain what they are doing at each step.

Description of Work: I requested to have a toilet replaced in the main bathroom. When the exact one I wanted wasn't on the truck, Konrad went to their shop and found one. He was professional, called with his estimated time of arrival, did the work in a timely manner and was congenial. I have used Fox in the past and will continue to do so. They also always give a follow up call the next day to make certain all is well. Using Fox is well worth the cost.

Description of Work: Cleaned drains in the kitchen and bathroom for my elderly Mother. She was very happy with the service and says the plumber patiently answered all her questions in a way she understood and he was very tidy. She was very pleased with the service and outcome.

Description of Work: We had a sewage pump go out and needed it replaced quick! Fox was one of the only plumming companies that could do same day service! A++ in my book! They arrived during the specifed appointment time and were fast and did a great job!

Description of Work: It went pretty well - installed 2 of the "high" toilets and one standard toilet; the prices were on the high side but the quality was great and the professionalism was excellent. If I could afford them I would use them again.

Description of Work: They had installed the plumbing in my laundry room four years ago, and I continually had flooding in that room! It had been installed incorrectly. The plumber spent one and a half days here to figure out what was wrong with the original (and expensive) installation. It has been resolved, and I do not have any water leaking onto the floor from the pipes. They fixed it for free, as it was their installation originally. Always professional and courteous!!

Description of Work: I had major issues with my kitchen sinks. My sinks were clogged and there were several leaks and rust issues. My Service Technician, Dustin McGinness, repair everything and installed a new faucet & garbage disposal and some pipes (included in price) and cleanup. He worked about 7 hours. He cleaned up everything, explained what he did, and took all the icky parts he replaced with him. He was clean, courtesy, personable, knowledgable. I would definitely use Fox Plumbing and Heating again and ask for Dustin McGinness.

Description of Work: had a running toilet that needed a flapper replaced...it was done very quickly and professionally...We use Fox Plumbing for all our plumbing work and are always happy with the results
