The phone rep was very friendly. They were extremely accomodating and were able to get someone to my house the very next day. The plumber was on time and nice. He left a mess however, there were grease stains on the doors to our cupboard and he didn't clean up the rings from the old fixtures on two of the three bathroom sinks. I was shocked at the cost to do this work since the labor was $1300 of the total. He worked about 8 hours. I think that is the standard rate for plumbers, but still shocking.

Excellent experience. Plumber was on-time, courteous, performed work in professional manner. Gave (accurate!) estimates on each repair prior to starting. This is what people expect from a plumber, but rarely get.

In Feb 06, I asked Fox Plumbing to provide an estimate for a large job we had planned for our home. They came out, looked around, but we never rec'd an estimate. We had since expanded our project and decided to ask for new estimates. We called Fox on 8/01. They said they could come out today, 8/03. I took half the day off and they didn't show. I called, and the person who answered said ''didn't Toni call and reschedule for tomorrow''? Toni came on the phone and said that something came up and Tyler couldn't make it. I asked her why she didn't call me earlier and she said she's the only one there and doesn't have time to call everyone. She wanted to know if she could reschedule to 10am tomorrow. I think not. Their lack of follow through on the first inspection, and their lack of coordination on the 2nd request doesn't bode well for future projects. It's too bad. I rec'd good impressions on the phone & from Angieslist.

Matt was punctual, professional and polite. He wore protective booties so as not to track dirt through our house. He identified the problem rapidly and worked quickly to fix it. Final price came in at what I was quoted and it was fair for the work done. The overall experience was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

When I called for information about repairs the dispatcher arranged for a technician to inspect and repair same day. Joe Bader was our repair man who was very prompt, courteous and experienced. His expertise saved us time and money.

They were supposed to arrive between 9 & 11 AM, but they called at 11:15 to say they were running late and would be there soon. Even though they called after they were already supposed to be there, they did in fact show up soon. It seems quite pricey to pay $250 just to snake a drain. Quality seems good, but it wasn't a very hard job to begin with. The couple people I spoke with on the phone were courteous and professional.

Josh called me before the appointed time to tell me he was coming. He arrived on time, used shoe protectors and got to work promptly. He diagnosed the situation, found the problem and gave me an estimate. Then after checking and re-checking the work we both discovered another problem which he fixed in no time as well.

They have excellent workmanship as well as a professional and friendly service team. Passed inspections first time on both rough-ins and trim. I have rehired FOX again with the same outstanding results.

We have several rentals and to be able to call a plumbing company that you know will take care of the problem is nice. I don't always agree with the prices that service companies charge, but at least I know that the job is done when I call Fox's Plumbing. They provided same day service (I called Monday morning and they were out there in a couple of hours after making contact with the tenant - they even called the tenant to set up a time). Tenants said they were there on time and fixed the problem within a few minutes. The plumber called me when he was done to let me know what the problem was and that it was fixed.

I called them to report the problem, and they were out to the property on the same day. Tenants stated that the plumber was on-time and respectful. They called me when the job was completed to let me know everything was fixed.

This was my 3rd time using Fox Plumbing. As a multiple home owner, I like to find one company I can rely on for repairs to my rentals. Once again, Fox Plumbing exceeded my expections both in terms of service and cost. I have used other plumbing companies in the area and have been disappointed. It's nice to know that their is still a service company around who cares about its customers and values their repeat business. Other service companies could learn a thing or two from the team over at Fox Plumbing.

Nice work. The plumber responded promptly, the work was done on time, and the job was under budget. The plumber was courteous and had all the knowledge and skills necessary to get the job done. Also, they were cheap - perhaps the best part of all. Call Fox.

GRADES BELOW REFLECT THE EXPERIENCE OF THE FOLLOW-UP VISIT. I can't fairly grade the initial and follow-up together. The measure of professional service cannot rely only upon getting things right the first time, but how problems are addressed when it all goes wrong. Here, FOX gets an absolute "A" from me! The service manager recognized that the initial plumber was errant in his efforts. Additional training was in order. The manager came out to the house, fixed the initial problem, went absolutely above and beyond the basics to see that our home was set right. With a major kitchen and bath remodel in the plans for later this year, I look forward to having FOX bid the job!

The plumber was very punctual, and the woman managing the phone and appointments was very helpful, keeping me in touch with the time schedule. He seemed quite efficient and repaired the toilet quickly, so that it works beautifully. Overall, everyone was very pleasant to work with. What can I say about the price? Plumbing costs are always surprisingly expensive, but this seemed fair enough for good, efficient work. I would definitely use the company again, and feel they are trustworthy.

Ran a bit late the first time - due to it being a day following a 3-day weekend and overload of necessary calls to make. However, plumber was very professional, friendly, informative. Made a couple of suggestions of possible work to be done - with estimates. Made appointment to return the following day to complete the work (due to the late hour in the eve, although he was perfectly willing to do the work there and then if I requested it). Arrived absolutely on time the next day. Completed all work quickly, made careful inspection to insure quality. Provided guarantee of work. Recommended Bio-clean product to help maintain open drains - which I purchased. Also spent time answering some questions about future remodel and plumbing needs we plan to address in the future. Seemed a bit expensive - but broke out costs for time and materials. It seemed in the ballpark of what other plumbers charge. They did take a $25 coupon I had from Angie's List.

On time-answered our questions--everything back in working order--realize that could have probably saved money by using a --handyman--but---was between xmas & new years--handyman recommended on vacation--took top of plumber list--got 1 day service.

They were courteous enough and timely enough for tradesmen. I had a problem after they had me bring the city out to replace a shut off valve on my water meter. They could not find the shut off valve and left. I had to call the city, have them tell me where the valve was, shut off the water and call the plumbers back. They really didn't look very hard and I think they, as experienced plumbers, should have had an idea of where to look. My greatest problem though is that they presented me with an estimate for work that would cost around 10,000 dollars. I consulted with a second plumber from another company who scoffed at the estimate and went about solving my problems for a few hundred dollars. I don't think this is an honest company and that they are willing to take advantage of consumer's naivete in the arena of plumbing.

BOTH INSTALLATIONS WERE DONE PROMPTLY, THE SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN, AND THE PLUMBERS WERE VERY POLITE.

FOX PLUMBING WAS ON TIME. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS IT WAS PRICEY, BUT I LIKED THE SERVICE VERY MUCH. I WOULD DEFINITELY ASK THEM TO COME AGAIN IF I HAD A BROKEN PIPE.

WE HAD TRIED CLEARING THE DRAIN OURSELVES WITH A MANUAL SNAKE AND USING CHEMICAL CLOG REMOVAL AND COULD NOT GET IT TO BUDGE. FOX CAME OUT AND THEIR EMPLOYEE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HE WAS DOING. HE CLEARED OUT UNDER THE SINK AND WHEN HE WAS DONE, HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND PUT ALL MY STUFF BACK THE WAY HE FOUND IT. WHEN HE WAS GONE THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE HE HAD BEEN THERE EXCEPT A WORKING DRAIN.
