Excellent job done first time.

Three weeks to Thanksgiving. Five installers from different large plumbing companies tell me they can't do my job because it requires some pipe modifications. Two days before Thanksgiving I found Fox Plumbing and Heating. My nerves were frayed, but Thanksgiving was saved! Thank you Fox!

From reading the above it is clear this did not go well from the beginning and the fact they did not have the common courtesy to call and advise they had changed their mind and were retracting their offer to replace the toilet speaks for itself.

They were good and they do what is needed to do. I would use them again in the future.

The technician explained what he was going to do (flush the water heater), started the work, told me when he found the failed expansion tank and damaged corroded pipes, explained the repair plan and requested my approval before moving forward - with pricing, and then answered my questions ("What is the purpose of the expansion tank? Is it a safety feature?"). Plus, he was a very pleasant and efficient guy.

Technician arrived on time, inspected furnace, rinsed filters, explained why my standard metal screens would function better for me than any off the shelf fiber screens (better air flow), didn't find any issues, didn't charge anything, wished me a happy new year, and departed soon after.

Arrived as planned, were done in a little over an hour. Great experience.

Went beyond the call of duty!!

James showed up on time for the appointment and after looking at the job he was able to provide an estimate. He was great at explaining all the steps and things he was doing. I'm very satisfied with the work performed.

Went really smoothly. Found a creative solution that saved us a ton of money and a lot of landscaping. We used them again for our annual boiler inspection and were also great.

Great. No problem with it since installed

The person who came out was very knowledgeable & told us we would be eligible for a "leak adjustment" which we were unaware of. He also made a few suggestions as my husband was doing the more labor-intensive "digging." In the end, my husband determined he would locate the leak as that was the more costly for the labor & once that was found, he was able to repair it himself. We did appreciate that Fox came out & was very professional & informative without being pushy.

Fox was prompt in providing the quote. There was a lot of demand for service with the rain storm. Our problem was discovered late Friday with great urgency, we ended up with another provider.

The piping was stripped and we couldn't fix it on our own. The space was tight and not that easy to work with. Fox plumbing fixed the issue at Alan affordable price. It was a relief since we couldn't use the sink without fear of a leak.

JP was great. In addition to replacing toilets, he hauled the old ones away and answered questions about other fixes and problems I was having both at home at and a commercial building I own. I had him back out this week for more work and will be scheduling him for work at my commercial building after the holidays.

Went well. Intial survey estimate was quick. Took some time for find all parts (custom tub rubber seals). Once found scheduled and fixed quickly.

Mike Stabile, did a great job. Very friendly and was willing to answer all my questions about plumbing. He gave me some great advice. The first thing that Mike did was put on his booties. This was very respectful. I walked him downstairs to point out a new saddle valve I installed for my fridge icemaker. He said he has installed many saddle valves before and as long as it?s not leaking or causing an issue. I should be perfectly good. The second issue was the main water valve that was not actually shutting all the water off anymore. He checked his truck to make sure he had all the parts in which he did. He replaced the old style valve with a new ball valve. He was in and out in tops an hour. When I call Fox plumbing again. I will specifically ask for Mike!

I scheduled a service call for them to review the job and provide me with an estimate. As we couldn't locate the exterior water shut off, we had to schedule a follow on appointment. The plumber completed the project within the time and estimate they originally provided. He was a pleasure to deal with, punctual, and professional. On a previous occasion, I had a hot water leak under my sink. There was no way to shut the water off so I put in an emergency call to Fox. The technician on call was about a hour away but committed to coming to solve the problem. He made it to my place in under an hour and replaced a fitting that had corroded. Very professional and certainly went the extra mile. I've had two very positive experiences with Fox. Great work!

The hose on our kitchen faucet was leaking. Doug researched hose replacement options but didn't find any that would work so when he returned we replaced the entire faucet. He was courteous, helpful and neat. I was happy with their work. I had a follow up question that Fox helped me with afterward, walking me though the process so no follow up visit was needed.

I'll reschedule when the weather improves and their is less demand for their services.

The problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. This was not an emergency call or on the weekend. The price was rather high

We called at 6:15am and left a message on the emergency line. We received a call back within 5 minutes. They gathered some info and asked if they could review their schedule and get back to us by 8am. They called us back before 8am. They scheduled someone to come out between 11am and 1pm but would send someone earlier if they could free up a plumber. A plumber showed up at 9:10am. They reviewed the situation and provided a quote. They promptly did the work, cleaned up all sewage that leaked, and sprayed a cleaner. He was here for about two hours performing the work in the basement and in the bathroom. They were very professional. The charge was exactly what was quoted. I couldn't be more pleased. What looked like a disaster and missing a full day of work turned out to be mild and I was still able to get into work for a half day. Very responsive, fair price, excellent job done.

We had to have emergency service due to a toilet clog that caused some flooding in our basement. Ryan came to the rescue! He was professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job. We couldn't have been happier. He was here about an hour and half. It wasn't cheap but it was after hours and I honestly thought it would be more. We've used these guys one other time and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ryan was OUTSTANDING. he walked into a chaotic situation and went up stairs and just worked. When I had to leave he was incredible thoughtful in coming up with a plan on how I can pay even if I was on the road. The fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess which is a first. No plumber has ever done that. And was a delight to work with. Next time I will hire the company and ask for Ryan.

We had a plugged kitchen sink drain. The Fox plumber and trainee arrived promptly with a bucket of tools. We had already tried Draino unsuccessfully, so they used a short snake to remove the plugged drain. They then said they needed a longer snake and went to their truck to pick it up and returned 10 minutes later. They removed the plug and mentioned the bracket holding the disposal was rusted and leaking. I looked and noticed there was rust, however no leak, so I asked them if they could replace the bracket. They said they would need to go back to their truck to see if they had one. After another 10 minutes they said they didn't have the bracket, so the only option would be for them to replace the disposal. I asked how much that would cost and they said they would have to go back to their truck. They returned approx. 10 minutes later and removed the rusted bracket and disposal. I asked them again how much they would charge to replace the disposal and was told it would be $750. Having purchased a new top of the line Insinkerator for $275 just 3 years earlier which had a 7 year warranty and is in great shape, I thought their price was excessively high and said "no" as we did not need to replace the disposal. Since Insinkerator uses the same mounting brackets for all of their disposal units, I thought it would be odd for the plumber to not have a few of those parts available in their large service truck. When I received a customer feedback request from Angie's List I provided a low rating. I then promptly heard back from the Service Manager at Fox and explained my unhappiness. He expressed a sincere interest to make this situation right. He promptly sent another plumber out however he did not have the Insinkerator disposal parts. I then purchased the parts over the internet for $60.00 and the plumber returned once they arrived to reinstall our disposal at no additional cost. I was very pleased to see Fox follow through and take of the situation.
