Called and got an appointment within 48 hours. Plumber arrived on time. Was nice to see he put the "little booties" on his shoes before coming in so as not to track dirt in the house. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts on hand to fix it. He was in and out in just over 30 minutes. Overall I was very pleased. Plumber was personable and knew what he was doing. I had called several other places but Fox was the only one who could send somebody out right away.

Marcus was here within an hour or so, of when I called. I did not expect, to get such quick service. We needed a new faucet, so he ordered it and was back the following week, to install it. It looks great. Marcus was very professional, friendly and a very nice person. He did a great job.

First they called twice to confirm when technician was going to come out. Nice to have this notice. Technician arrived on time. He (Tim) was very friendly and professional. We went to each drain first and I explained the problem, then he explained what he would do to each. If he encountered a problem, he explained the situation in detail to me prior to moving forward. All the drains now work properly with rapid empty time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, from initial contact to completion.

I had other bids on the work to be done. Fox's Estimator was very thorough, explaining my options, the various materials that could be used and the type of equipment that would be used. I liked the idea that all the work would be done by Fox workmen and not contracted and that the driveway would not need to be excavated. The workmen were compenent, professional and did not waste any time. The area was left in the same condition it was before the break.

An inspection turned up a toilet leak, so we asked them to come take a look. The tech found the problem quickly (leaky wax ring) and fixed it on the spot.

My house had new plumbing, but a very old main water line coming in from the street. I had two levels of rockery that I didn't want to have disturbed. I called Fox plumbing and the next day I got a good quote (less than half of a second quote I'd received from another company). The work started that same afternoon and everything was completed by the next morning. They used a trench-less technology to run the new water main. When they left, you couldn't even tell that they had been there. Clean, polite, professional, and no surprises. Highly recommended.

It went very well. Very Satisfied. Joe was the tech who installed the toilet.

Their work is excellent. Mike, who comes out, is fabulous!! Their prices are high but they are worth it.

We found Fox on Angie's List and got three quotes for the same work. They were the best quote and also the people we liked the most. The estimator, Travis, was very knowledgeable, friendly and straight forward. We felt comfortable with them from the start. A strong plumbing contractor was essential because we were acting as the general contractors on a large remodel and were not very knowledgeable when we started. Fox is exceptional at customer service, which is pretty rare these days. They always call back, always come when they say they are (or are prompt to reschedule) and are very helpful when on the job. When there are disagreements about the scope of work/pricing, they are reasonable and always defer to the "make the customer happy" philosophy. We really appreciate the craftsmanship and their attitude. We are very, very picky and perfectionistic and they dealt with us well.

Once they came out a week late on the 12th they were friendly. He just called me two days later and gave me a verbal estimate over the phone and didn't send me a written estimate.

Fox was the first to provide an estimate and came in under the 2 other estimates we received. They were extremely fast, courteous and professional. The work took exactly the time they estimated (3 days) and came in just at the bid. I enjoyed working with everyone at the shop from the general manager who did the estimate to the workers onsite to the friendly office staff. This was a difficult job for any plumber, and we were very nervous about cost overruns. But Fox got it right. I would highly recommend them.

We called Fox in the morning and got same day service. The dispatcher predicted the worker would arrive after 2 p.m. and promised to call before his arrival. True to her word, we got the call and the worker was on the job by 2:45 p.m. By 3:30 the job was done and our old toilet was back in business. The worker, Jason, was cheerful and knowledgeable. He did a great job getting the toilet back in business and suggested we replace our 5 gal. tank toilet with a more water-wise model. Good advice for us to ponder.

Brent returned my calls when nobody else did, came out and gave me an estimate and lots of honesty. For that reason, and the fact that I checked your list and joined per Brent's advise, I hired him on the spot. Tim and Jose showed up Monday morning and had the job done in about four hours. They were professional, most pleasant, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up to the point that you would never know that they had been here. The original quote was more, but since I am a senior citizen and I checked their site for media, he gave me a really good discount. I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone and would not hesitate to call them on another job if needed.

They replaced the water heater and toilet. They were an hour late and when I called to see when the plumber would arrive they said he was caught in traffic. He came a half hour later. The plumber was there from 10:30 until 2:15. For at least a half hour he was in the truck. He charged $580 for labor. The water heater is working fine. I found the clip on the toilet was cracked after the plumber left and I thought the toilet was still leaking. I called them back to check this and replace the toilet seat. They did come out as scheduled and said the toilet was not leaking but replaced the wax seal and caulked around the toilet. They wanted to charge me for the toilet seat and an additional $150 dollars service call. I told them I thought that they should have told me the toilet seat clip was cracked when they were originally out and that they got my old perfectly good toilet seat. Also I said the $580 for 3 1/2 hours seemed steep so they did not charge me for the call.

The job required putting holes in walls and ceiling and the guys did a good job making a small footprint, to keep the costs of drywall repair lower. They cleaned up nicely after themselves, stayed late to finish the job on time, and came it at estimate. I would call them again!

Originally, the plumber that came out did more work than necessary. When I brought it up, the manager from Fox Plumbing called me (what a pleasant surprise) to review the situation. This proactive move on Fox's part is such a refreshing change. He was also so pleasant to deal with. We got the whole situation resolved very quickly. They did an excellent job technically, and they only charged me for what we thought should have been done. I am extremely pleased with them. The company showed integrity in their business and they handled me with the ultimate professionalism. They have won my business and loyalty. For anyone, who is looking for a good plumbing company that does good work, but most importantly who wants to be treated very fairly, I highly recommend them.

The plumber arrived at the correct time, assessed and made the repair without making a mess. Be sure to ask for the Angie's List discount before the plumber starts work, otherwise you will pay the entire bill.

I had been told by another company (Fischer Plumbing) that the only answer to my problems was to reroute and replace all of my side sewer at a cost of somewhere between $20,000 to $23,000. When I called for a second opinion, Doug (from Fox Plumbing) came over, listened to the issue (which was one side sewer line that was apparently chock full of roots) and suggested that there was an intermediate repair at considerably less cost that might be sufficient. He turned out to be correct. The one section that was taken out was very full of roots, but the camera scope showed that after it was flushed out, the (the first company only sent a camera down about four feet, saw the roots and declared that I needed a whole new system). The person who did the work, Phil, was very professional, very hard working and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

Stuck to their initial bid of $725 for the washer/dryer work, however they encountered issues with the existing drain, thus the need for piping the washer drain with the bathroom sink. However, throughout the whole process, very professional, on time, and HONEST! My one complaint was they only had one man, for a two man job, and since they work by the hour, this made this job more pricey than it should have been.

I have hired a few different contractors during this remodel. Fox was the most expensive and the least productive. They spent a lot of time chatting with us, taking breaks, speaking about other jobs on the phone, etc. We were billed for all of it. At $2/minute, I expect them to be working hard every minute on the job. The work done was fine, but not better than I would expect from a less expensive plumber. I don't think I got my money's worth and would not recommend Fox.

We waited all day. Spoke with the office several times. They need to schedule and then estimate time of arrival more accurately.

Marcus, the plumber, was very personable and professional. He showed up within the alloted window provided 12PM-3PM. All the work was done well and everything works! The price was fair. I will call Fox Plumbing again for future work and I will ask for Marcus!

They arrived on time, wore booties when in the main house. Performed the work in just under an hour, and cleaned up after themselves.

They were prompt and able to do the repair in a timely manner. Once they got started, they found that more extensive repairs were needed. They called me to make sure it was OK to proceed and gave me a revised estimate of the cost. My only reservation is that they did not obtain a permit for the work from the city.

I am very impressed with Fox Plumbing. During the estimate process Tyler was on time and gave me great ideas about how I could approach the job. Once we scheduled the job, Mike came by the day before to inspect the site. He caught a big mistake my husband and I had made (sewer out was not in the place we thought it was) and his catch saved us a lot of heartache down the road. The job was supposed to be relatively simple but once the digging started they found another problem. Our sewer was buried six feet deep! They had to bring in shoring to hold up the sides of the ditch. They kept going and made the entire job work. We had to get another bid to finish replacing the sewer line down the side of the house (not part of the original scope of work). Tyler and Mike at Fox were very reasonable and worked with us very closely to get the job done right the first time. Phil did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess! We couldn't be happier and will ask Fox back to do our remodel next year.
