They were prompt, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed systematically and repaired efficiently. I was very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

This was a very frustrating problem, as every step seemed to uncover a new challenge unique to our plumbing set-up. The Fox people were great to work with: Positive, professional, efficient and helpful. Though they gave me an estimate for replacing my entire (obsolete) pipe materials and I chose to just repair the existing pipe, there was no pressure to do the replacement, just information.

They were enormously capable and professional. They gave me a bid and then told me when they could start. They came out to do the work on time. I was very pleased with their work.

This was quick and easy. I had a slow leak in my garage. The leak was visible and accessible, so there wasn't any detective work involved. I also needed to get a water hammer arrestor installed on my dishwasher (so the pipes wouldn't bang every time the dishwasher ran). The tech came out and got the work done in about an hour and a half or so.

We are very pleased with Fox Plumbing. They were here for 2 or 3 days to complete this very large job. Before they left, they wanted to make sure we were extremely satisfied and there were a few things that we wanted re-done, like raising the outdoor faucets about 6 inches. They very politely explained to us the reason why it wasn't possible and answered any questions. They were very professional. One of the guys was even going on vacation the next day and he took the time to go back down to the basement to re-cut the pipes that had to be lengthened.

Called them about a powder room toilet that wouldn't stop running and was also overflowing because I couldn't turn off the water at the tank. They had someone at my house within 30 minutes. He examined the toilet, explained what needed to be done. I okayed the work and he was able to complete the work quickly because he had all the parts on the truck. The serviceman was courteous and knowledgeable and I was happy that the work could be done so quickly. Price was not cheap, but probably in line with other plumbers.

Excellent - dispatcher was able to schedule next morning, technician was very capable and called me several times during day to give me information and the price was fair.

I was very impressed with Fox plumbing from beginning to end. Their telephone staff were friendly and professional, and never once did I get the impression that they were trying to "snow" me or talk down to me. Mike called before leaving for the job to see if I knew what kind of pipe it was and make sure he had the parts, and also gave me tips on how much room they needed to work around the pipe. Throughout the job, I chatted with Mike and his assistant about what they were doing and various plumbing codes and issues. He was knowledgeable and help during the entire process (which was only about 25 minutes!). I had my water back up and running in no time. I would definitely hire this company again for any plumbing job. Their rates were very reasonable and they were a pleasure to do business with.

I called several companies, and most couldn't come out for a day or two or three. Fox could have someone out in 45 minutes! One of the other companies that I called said to beware of companies that could send someone out right away, and described a scenario of plumber employees in a back room playing cards! I am in business for myself, and I disagree with this assessment, knowing that there are times when I am not booked, and it has no reflection on the quality of my work. So, I had Tim Rowe from Fox come out to fix the drain. He was on time, very professional and personable. He looked at another problem I was having, and gave me some creative and inexpensive ways to fix it. Then he went to work on the drain. It was difficult, because the pipe was old and only one inch, not up to code. Tim got the job done in an hour, and left the shower cleaner than when he showed up (cleaned up all the sludge!). Overall a very good experience. I choked on the price, but it was worth it.

The project went well. Justin & Mike corrected a few inside glitches done by another employee who appears to be still learning. As the glitches were quickly corrected to my satisfaction without a struggle, I am pleased.

Project went very well. Work was done on time and materials which worked very well for this smaller job. Budget was provided and technician completed work under budget. We had a scheduling false start but once we got started everything went quite smoothly. I am a time and material contractor as well and I appreciated how well this job went. I will definitely hire Fox Plumbing again and will refer them to my clients who need professional plumbing services.

They were referred by a business associate who uses them regularly. Unlike some plumbing companies, they do give free estimates. As expected, the installation of the plumbing for the new range was not cheap. When we were ready to have the work done, we scheduled about a week in advance. They were on time and meticulous. The work is very well done and we have no issues with it.

We were quite pleased with our overall experience with Marcus at Fox Plumbing. We called in the evening and Marcus was at our house the next morning for a 9AM appointment. He called about an hour before he arrived to let us know that he would be coming. When he arrived, he put on protective booties before entering the house. Marcus diagnosed the problem, pulled up the toilet, and showed us the crack in our toilet that was causing the water leak. Luckily, there didn't seem to be any structural water damage. He gave us some choices for toilets, and we went with his suggestion. As he was caulking the toilet, he noticed that our water pressure seemed low. He checked the pressure (which was low) and then looked at our PRV. Our PRV doesn't seem to be working, but we're used to the low water pressure so we're opted not to replace it. The entire service call lasted less than 2 hours. Marcus was friendly, professional, courteous and educational throughout.

Fox completed the project ahead of schedule (quoted two days, did it in one), and on budget. Another company had quoted me a much, much higher estimate to do the same work using standard techniques, so Fox's cost using the trenchless technique was quite reasonable in comparison. I would use them again.

The plumber arrived 45 minutes after I called (very fast!), and was very professional. He told me exactly what he planned to do, and kept me informed over the two hours it took to do the job. He cleaned the sinks and tub which had some effluent in them, and cleaned up his job site when done.

I am very happy that Fox admitted their mistake and took action to fix the problem. They were responsive to me and our problem and did not try to make excuses. I am very willing to do business with companies that are decent in actions and deeds and my experience is now positive with Fox.

Great. Available, on time, polite, nice, honest. The only downside is they left a rag and some caulky-putty stuff in the garbage disposal, but it was just a mistake. I would use them again in a second.

Called & talked to the main gas guy, who said he would be the one to come and do the work. Day of appt came, and some other guy showed up, saying the original guy was busy. In running the gas line, he cut through an electrical cable in the ceiling of the basement. Graciously said he wouldn't charge for the extra time & materials used to fix it. When drilling through the tile, the bit broke & didn't have another one on him; needed to come back next day to finish. Water line- he ended up not turning the water off & flooded the kitchen & garage below. Took 2 days of work instead of the 5 hours. Again, after all the mishap, graciously said we wouldn't be charged for the extra time taken. Ended up not getting any kind of discount for the inconvenience-this is where we were surprised; things happen, but we expected something. But work is done as desired. Wouldn't hire again. (ended up having to a few weeks later for an emergency - didn't know any other plumbers, also not a great experience).

Chad was very professional and clean. The new toilet works great, and he promised that it's a good quality Toto toilet, which is good since I thought it was a little pricey. I have paid a plumber to put in a new toilet before, and it costs about $600, so this wasn't too far off. I'd use them again because things went very smoothly and no hassle was involved. He also looked at the soft spot in the ceiling of the unit below and gave me some quick advice about how to air it out. He put booties on every time he came into the house, and he even got down on his hands and knees to clean up a few leaves that may or may not have been brought in by him.

When the leak re-occurred, we called Fox and were told that someone would be there by noon. We waited and by 3:00 PM no one had arrived or called. At about 4:00 PM an employee arrived. By 8:30 PM, the source of the leak was determined but he didn't have the parts or time to fix it. He returned a week later to finish the job, but only after we waited several more hours after he was supposed to arrive. When the job was "done" and the worker left, we noticed there were numerous holes that had not been caulked around the work area and that he'd burned the shower surround, leaving a dark brown mark, and hadn't told us. We called Fox, the employee returned a few days later, finished caulking, and when we showed him the burn mark, he admitted that he'd seen it but left without telling us. He took pictures and said he'd have the owner call me to discuss solutions. The owner never called.

Adrian from Fox Plumbing was hired to extend the copper plumbing into my basement shower; that went well. I'd also told him that I wanted to have a new shower enclosure installed, and asked him for recommendations. He recommended ("upsold") a very expensive shower pan, without first measuring sufficiently, & when this new pan was installed & my contractor attempted to install the shower enclosure that Adrian also recommended, it didn't fit: the shower pan was too high and the walls & door hit the ceiling. Fox and I went back and forth on this issue for several weeks, and I was very frustrated by the extremely slow pace in which this was being handled by Fox, and experienced a high level of arrogance, defensiveness, and condescention from the plumbers that Fox sent to my house during this process. Ultimately Fox agreed to install the original pan that came with the shower kit, & I'm pleased to say that it was installed successfully by Justin at Fox, who was great.

He cut some walls and was very good about only cutting out what he needed. He came back later that day and replaced the spout on the tub. Very good customer service. Did not charge for his travel time, even to the store to get parts.

They came out and gave an estimate the day after I called. Doug explained the entire process and was confident they could do this job with no problems. This was a Friday. He scheduled the work for the following Monday and Tim and Jose were on time, finished all the work they could do on that day and came back on Tuesday to finish up the concrete work. They were completely professional, listened carefully to our concerns and called back a few days later to make sure everything was okay. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

After we tried auguring it out ourselves, Tim came and recognized something was stuck. He un-did the toilet and found an expired U of W bus pass flap valving in the pipes. He also found the flush mechanisms to be eroded by those clorox tables you drop in the tank, and replaced it. He was very easy to work with, amicable, knowledgeable and efficient. I saw that everything he recommended to be fixed truly needed to be fixed. He was prompt and called ahead to let me know he was coming. The price was totally competitive as I did call around.
