They called and I wasn't there because it was at a rental home. They told me they were going to have to do camera work as well as the snake. I figured it wouldn't be much more than the initial price for the snake. They charged me $1551 just for the camera work without initially telling me what the cost would be. I called them, to complain about the issue and they offered to give me $361 off the bill.

Marcus came out and spent maybe an hour and a half exploring the house with an inspection list. I went along and asked about everything, and he patiently answered all my questions. At the end he apologized, saying he felt bad for not really having done anything! I was more than satisfied and, assuming nothing goes wrong, will stick with Marcus and Fox for my plumbing needs as long as we own this house. Incidentally, I had a roofer out later for an estimate, and when the roofer heard we'd brought someone from Fox out for the plumbing, he replied "You don't have to say anything else-Fox is a great company." If all the other workmen we bring out here are as good as Marcus, taking care of the house will be easy!

We ordered a pedestal sink and toilet from a big box home improvement store and called back Fox Plumbing. They helped us with another problem and we were glad to invite them back. The technician repeated what the schedule said on the phone. Replacing our wall mounted sink with a pedestal will require changing the location of where the water comes in and the drain. He presented us with options and helped us decide that perhaps another wall mounted sink is best. The toilet replacement went well. Adrian was carful, used a drop cloth, boot socks, and cleaned up after himself. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiency. When it came time for the bill, he explained it with great detail. Very, very well. Nobody likes to pay to have a sink unclogged, but this company takes the pain out of it with their top-quality service and attitude. This call came at the end of the nasty snow storms, and was completed toward the end of the business day but if this fellow was worn out from slogging through snow banks you would never have know it from his demeanor, which was cheerful and professional in every way.

They were here for 35 minutes and I thought the price seemed high. Nothing was wrong with the service, but I thought it was expensive.

They were very timely. They were easy to work with. I feel that the estimate was high but I think there s more work involved than I originally thought.

There was rain and flooding all over Western Washington so our first call had been to SPU to see if that was the problem. No luck there so after hours of bailing the water out with buckets - when we could not keep up with the in-flow, we called the plumber. They came out fast even at 11:00 PM. The guy was great and wonderful to work with. Even the people on the phone were supportive and nice. The final price was exactly what they quoted and he was in and out w/in an hour. We also learned a valuable lesson - those "flushable" wipes for kids learning to use the toilet...Not so flushable!!!!

They came out and did the job. I already had one heating element and thermostat so they used those parts rather than charging me for new ones. The parts were extremely difficult to remove. The worker was very nice and friendly. We had been without hot water, when I turned it on it bubbled over and was an emergency. After the job was finished, he left. Later we found it bubbling out the relief valve again. We called, he came back that evening and apologized for not replacing that valve and replaced it at no charge. Everything has been working fine since. We were a little upset at having to clean up the water mess but on the positive side we were not charged for the additional valve or the work on it.

This company was very quick with the work. They took care of the main problem, even though there was more that could be done they did not push it. I trusted that they knew what they were doing. I have not had any problems since the work was performed. I have been using this company for about a year, and have not had a problem with them yet.

They showed up for the job on time. I was supposed to get an Angie's List Discount and it wasn't applied on my Visa so I had to get ahold of them for the discount. They did a good job and took care of the problem.

They do excellent and professional work. They are efficient and fast, they also are neat and clean and prompt and punctual. The company I work for is also using them at other houses.

Found leaking pipe; shut off water at the house water shut-off valve, noticed verdigris on that valve, indicating a leak. Shut off water at the street to repair the valve; noticed meter still running! Scheduled installing new water line from street to house. They scheduled emergency utilities locate. They tried to use a mole to excavate, but it wouldn't work all the way because of clay soil. Trenched by hand where necessary. Kept me apprised of situation each step. Ran new line into house and relocated house water shut-off to where I (disabled) could access if needed! Time without water was minimal! You would never know they had disturbed the soil at all! Used drop cloths to protect carpet. Expert job, but more importantly, they were extremely courteous, informative, and always trying to make a difficult situation easier.

Got 4 bids, and Fox was second lowest; they were the only outfit that integrated the tunneling with the plumbing details. Their estimator (Scott) brought up things that the other bidders didn't, their work guys Brian and Jose thought carefully through several routing options across 150 feet, and they completed the job in a day, without glitches, on budget. We had a leaky faucet after all the air bled out, but they came and fixed it. I was not thrilled with spending $8000, but their bid was competitive, they put in a state-of-the-art Q-line, finished on time and on budget, and even gave me my $50 senior discount. Nice guys, good work, fair price. Overall, as positive an experience as one can have when one's water line gives out.

It was an excellent experience. I called on the Thanksgiving Friday early afternoon and honestly weren't expecting that anyone would be able to come out until the following Monday. The lady who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. She said she should be able to send a technician out right away (within the next two hours). They gave me a call about 15 minutes before arriving (as promised). The technician, Adrian arrived on time, very professional and with a clean uniform. He listened to my description of the problem; and quickly fixed the issue. He worked very swiftly and efficiently (wasted no time at all - compared to some of the other plumbing services I had used in the past charging by the hour/15 minute-increments). I can tell he's very experienced and also described to me what had happened and what he would be doing along the way. He needed to go in/out of the house/bathroom and into the garage a few times to fix the piping and drainage, etc. but kept all work areas absolutely clean and did not make any mess. He cleaned up at the end and swept away all debris, etc. I mentioned to the lady on the phone that I had a $25 coupon from Angie's List when I called - Adrian automatically gave me the $25 discount after work was done (without me even mentioning it the second time) and charged me exactly the amount of time he spent on working on the job. He asked me if there was anything else he could helped me with before he left. Total charge was about $300 for 1.5 hours of labor (no fuel charges, etc.) and about $100 of parts. The office gave me a call the following Monday for feedback and follow-up. I have my fair share of water/plumbing problems at my house through the past many years and dealing with Fox has been by far the most pleasant and satisfying. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

They came out right away and we really liked the company. They kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I would highly recommend them.

The kitchen faucet was leaking and spraying water everywhere and I had no under sink shut-off, so I had to turn off the water to the house. I called them first thing in the morning and they had someone out within an hour. I had a new faucet already, but when the plumber went to put it in, it didn't fit. He very patiently discussed my options with me and even went back to his shop to get a different faucet for me to see. In the end, he moved the pipes so my faucet would fit, and even corrected a mistake made by the last plumber. He was very thorough and friendly and knowledgeable and patient, and for what he did, I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

Two gentleman worked on the issue and did a wonderful job. Did the whole job within an hour. They both even gave advice when asked and were true professionals. I highly recommend this company!

They came in and they got it done very quickly. They were very hard workers. They came out on time. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I called in the morning. Nate arrived shortly after 3 p.m. I showed him two places where I noticed that drains were backing up. He checked the crawl space, turned on combinations of faucets in different locations and discovered a third place affected. He determined that the drain from a bathroom sink was the best place to snake, dismantled the p-trap, cleared the clog and gave me the option of reassembling using new parts. I then asked him to look at the low pressure from two locations. He disconnected the old plastic line under the sink, attached a new flex hose and ran the water through it into a bucket to see where the problem was. He determined it was due to the build up of corrosion in the old pipes and a complete re-pipe job to fix this and other low pressure probs. Nate was very personable, easy to work with and to understand and took care to be neat and not damage floors and fixtures.

Very well! Rick (and sometime assistant Jason) were excellent in all regards. Most of the work was done at one time about a year ago. Some setting of new fixtures took place more recently as we completed remodeling work ourselves. Rick was great to work with and the company in general was easy to make arrangements with. Highly recommend them.

The job took the better part of five days and more than met our expectations. We were only without water during the day for one day and were prepared with buckets of water for flushing purposes. The rest of the time we had a toilet, shower, and running water available. Rick was very good about keeping us informed at all times, including the scheduled activities for the next day. We were expecting major disruptions during this project, but were pleasantly surprised at how well it went.

Adrian was polite, efficient and professional. I would definitely use Fox again and recommend them to anyone. Impressed that his truck actually had all the parts necessary, so no wasted time to go buy parts. Priced by actual work time and parts used, not "out of the book" pricing for the type of services. I had estimates of up to $1200 for the same work. Simply the best plumber I have ever used !!

The guys that came out and did the work for us were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some great information on what they were doing and have great follow up. The work they did is working just fine.
