Excellent. John P. was straight-forward, efficient and creative. We had a bid from another company for $2000+ and a very long, drawn process in front of us. John walked in, offered us a new option at a quarter of the cost. We appreciated his honesty. Fox Plumbers don't work on commission so they are not motivated to increase your price to improve their personal bottom line.

Fox came in and said we would need to replace the part - he then took off for a supply shop in south seattle (for which we were billed) and as it turns out they didn't have the part and had to order it. I authorized the travel time, but I was put out that it was a part that wasn't in stock (so I paid for a drive to south seattel and back for nothing). We had company coming and we needed that shower working. As it turned out he tinkered with it a bit and got it working (without the out of stock part). So good - its working. bad, they should have called ahead to the supply company and checked on the part first. Too expensive.

I am a repeat customer. Called yesterday afternoon and work was scheduled for this morning. Adrian arrived on time and provided excellent technical and customer service. I will use Fox again for my next plumbing project.

I was pleased with them. I spent approximately $400 on that service. My interaction with them was very good. They were prompt and the individual appeared to be very knowledgeable and provided me with useful information that was beyond the scope of the immediate situation he was dealing with. He gave me good tips. I would use them again. I thought that the price was reasonable and the quality appeared to be good and I haven?t had any problems.

Workmanship was quick and professional. The kitchen was clean when he left. I thought the price was reasonable considering I requested service on a Sunday so I could have water on Monday morning.

They did well and we would recommend them. We would use them again.

Went well from the start. Even though the estimates went up they explained in detail the reasons and the options. The guys worked hard and stayed until 8pm the first night to ensure we were not without a sewer line overnight. They communicated well through every step of the process and I would definitely use them again in the future. Although hopefully I won't have to.

The response beginning with my call to Fox through the end of the technician's visit was highly professional and satisfactory.

Unexpected repair meant no water on in house. Fox showed up about 2 hours after the emergency call went in. Repair went very quickly and allowed us to have water running in the house within 2.5 hours. Nice work!

Rick was great, came out and did a detailed estimate, answered my many questions and as I had more questions he promptly responded to all my emails. Jose and Brian, the guys that did the work were fantastic. Kept me informed on how the job was going and did a great clean up. My only "B" was cost. Fox was cheaper that other estimates but plumbers are expensive.

I had received a bid from Rick previously for the work to be done. Although he didn't return my call when I later wanted more info when I called the office they got in touch with him and I heard back right away! The people in the office are really on top of it! They were able to schedule the work for the same day and Joel and Will showed up and went to work. Will also looked at my leaky basement project and we discussed causes and remedies and he will get back to me with some options. I could not be happier with the service I received from Joel and Will. They were pleasant to be around and patiently explained what they were doing. Will spent time trying to troubleshoot my leaky basement and as a plus I got to practice my Spanish with Joel (although his English is better than my Spanish!). Great service from this company!

Overall, everything went great. The plumber, Kris, was professional, fast, kept me informed, did not use any pressure tactics for upgrades. Originally, I called on a Monday morning and someone was sent out promptly at 10, on time. They assessed my various issues, detected some new ones, and then went on a run for parts. Once back with the parts, they were installed fast and the issues and fixes were explained well. I set up an appointment the next day for a replacement of the water heater. Plumber ran a little late, so that he could get the proper paperwork and guarantees for the water heater. I appreciated the extra effort, and he kept me properly informed of when he would be there, etc. The installation of the water heater went pretty smooth and fast. He had to do some extra ventilation work that was not in the original estimate, but I was well informed of the minor extra cost, so no issues or surprises. This is the second time I have used Fox, and I'm very happy with them, and have confidence based on their work and based on the great attitudes I've seen from every one I have dealt with so far. I'm not really sure how their prices compare to other competitors, but in terms of value for money I think they are very good.

EXCELLENT. Marcus and Jesse were the technicians for us. They were quite frankly amazing to work with. Not only were they responsive, professional, and timely - but they had a can-do attitude that was refreshing. The project took place over the Thanksgiving week and they worked their tails off in very inclement weather. Fox Plumbing's pricing was very competitive and fair. I recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone who needs honest, hardworking, professional plumbing services.

I've used Fox before and was happy, so I called them again. Got a reminder call from Kris (my service technician) the morning of my appointment, which was very useful. He called again to see if he could come early, since traffic was lighter than usual. Kris was very pleasant, friendly, respectful, patient, and thorough. And, as I mentioned in the "services performed" section, he was very skillful in dealing with my silly demeanor and the overly friendly behavior of my dog. Kris was very interested in teaching me about my options, being honest about my choices, and helping me learn about the product and how it is easier to repair in the future (if necessary) than my last model. He even showed me how easy it would be to take it apart and replace things myself if I was so inclined. I am definitely NOT "so inclined," since I have a reliable plumbing company to work with, and apparently couldn't find a leaky O-ring if it dropped right into my bowl of corn flakes. Anyway, I could go on and on about how great Kris was, but it seems wrong to "gush" over a plumber! (haha) So suffice it to say that I was very pleased with the efficient, professional (yet friendly) service. When I looked at the back of Kris' card and read the company's mission statement**, my first thought was "it's working!" Thanks! ** "Mission Statement: It is our sincere desire to give all of our customers premium service every time, treat our customers like our friends and family, and plan on having a lifelong relationship with them."

We needed a plumber, on Thanksgiving day, to unclog our kitchen drain. I called a few plumbers and Fox quoted an excellent price. They were also the nicest. The plumber arrived, in record time. That was really unexpected and appreciated, due to the fact that it was a holiday and it was snowing! He was extremely nice, and professional. He had us ready to start using our kitchen again, to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, in no time. These guys are really great. I highly recommend them. Next time I need a plumber, I'm calling them!

I have used them several times. They also replaced our water heater earlier this year ($1100.00). I have had good service from them and will continue to use them in the future. They are very quick to respond and always follow up after the job is completed.

We have used them over the years and we call them with any plumbing issues.

They gave a very high estimate to fix that. When we got back we made other arrangements.

They were very professional. Left things better then we found them. They arrived early. They completed for the bid they gave us. They completed in the time they said it would take.

I called them to get the work scheduled and they waited a week to get back with me and I told them I already had someone to do the work.

My old 40 gal water heater was starting to go bad, it was time to replace it. I have used Fox Plumbing in the past and have been very satisfied so I gave them a call. Called at 9am and tld them what I needed done. Kris Jones from Fox was here in an hour. He explained how he was going to install the new larger 50 gal water heater and any additional costs for materials, such as adding an expansion tank required by code, which I didn't have before. Kris removed the old water heater and installed the new one. He was finished in approx 2 1/2 hours. The new water heater was installed much more professionally than my old one. I was very pleased with Kris Jones and Fox and will definately call them for future plumbing needs.

Very professional service. fast and efficient. Considering time spent and material, I felt the price was a bit on the high side hence the B but otherwise first-class service.

Fox did a great job. Given what we were seeing, we were concerned that we might have to have some major plumbing work done. Fox figured out ways to resolve the issues that were easily done and they did an excellent job in explaining what they were doing and why. They did a check-up of all of our plumbing and gave us a 'thumbs up'. It's great to know that we have a plumbing company that we can trust. we have used them for a number of years and they do excellent work every time.

They were able to quickly identify and resolve several long standing issues that others had not been able to diagnose. Previously, they were quick to fix other problems I've had with my sewer line. Fox Plumbing is first on my list to call whenever I have interior or exterior plumbing issues.
