After that my toilet--which had always worked fine before--started acting up. Either it wouldn't stop running or it kept dripping after it stopped. For $500 I st least expected it to work or make good on the job. They told me one of the parts they installed was not covered and that it was the defective part...but they wouldn't replace it. I was mad but just moved on? This morning I woke up and my house was flooded. Apparently the toilet ran all night and was leaking through the rubber washers I had recently paid $500 for. Fox Plumbing is run by money hungry crooks who don't give a **** about you.

I stop using them because they gave me a bid of thirteen thousand dollars and I said I can't afford to do thirteen thousand dollars for you to drill under my concrete foundation. they are very very expensive that's all I have to say, very nice but very expensive, I probably will not use them again because I was shock and they did the installation in my laundry room and they had to come back and come back and come back and they put the toilet over an heating vent and the toilet tipped into the heating vent and the water ran down the wall and then when I called them I said where is the water coming from, they said oh I'm sorry your warranty expired so I had to pay them to move the toilet they had placed partially onto a heating vent and that's where the water from the toilet was leaking downstairs. I wanted to have the shower drain they said well we'll just jack hammer the floor out. I said they already did that I had a new floor work you told me to put in a new concrete floor I did and you cleared out the main drain you wanna jack hammer up the stuff you just put down. I used Fox's for thirty years my other life in and other house but that just blew me out the water with them. I used them for years, the drains outside my house, inside my house and two other houses I had.

The plumber replaced a part, which cost $125 and was likely completely unnecessary. It did not fix the issue, it didn't even change the pressure and the part was not showing any signs of failure. He claimed that the only way to do more would be to start cutting into walls to find the blockage. I had another company come out, and they were able to fix the issue by simply flushing the line. I used Fox's several years ago, and they were great, but they have now dropped off my preferred list.

Excellent - My experience with Fox and Conrad was great . I hope the rest of their employees are as attentive, fast, and as considerate as him.

We were having water flow issues throughout the house, and weren't getting any hot water in a downstairs bathroom. We had FOX Plumbing come do an estimate of the work, and were very impressed with their professionalism and competitive bid. J.P. handled the bid, and also managed the work onsite. He made sure we understood their schedule, asked lots of good questions about how we wanted things routed, and kept us up-to-date with progress throughout the two days they were on-site. Even though they were replacing our water service to the street, he also made sure we understood that they weren't going to leave us without water overnight. JP's statement was "I'm going home to a house with water tonight. I'm not leaving here today until you have water too", which made me and my wife very happy. I'll be very happy to hire them again when we need plumbing work in the future.

Fox put us on a priority list and came the same day- thank you. James was great and continued to trouble shoot the problem and call for technical advise on the pilot. He discovered a leak above the tank that caused rainwater to drip down and smother the pilot.

We've been using Fox Plumbing for years and years. They are not cheap. However, we never worry about about the quality of service with them. Often the plumbing needs we have are a bit out of the norm. (The former owners of our house were very "creative" in the ways they remodeled, and many things in our house are not standard.) Most recently, had to have a sewer pipe replaced. When the former owners added the dining room onto the house, they built it over an area under which a significant length of sewer pipe was located. We called Fox and they told us that the concrete sewer pipe, likely original to the house, had started to disintegrate. The estimator from Fox used a fancy camera to diagnose the issue and allowed me to watch as they reeled the camera through the pipe. He indicated that they could use a lining technique to repair the pipe, and we scheduled the job. The sewer crew team came a day before the scheduled job to scope out the job they would be doing. The very experienced lead person indicated that, although it would be more challenging, they could actually install a new ABS pipe, instead of doing the lining technique, and that that would be a superior solution as it would likely last much longer. They replaced other parts of the line while they were at it, and they did not charge us any additional $ beyond the original estimate. We felt like they provided the better product because they cared. The lead crew person said that he knew this was a substantial $ outlay and wanted to give us the best product and solution. When finishing up, they replaced the dirt, replanted the few plants that were disturbed, and put back the stone edging around them. You would hardy know they had been there.

As before, Fox exceeded my expectations. When I initially called, they said they could probably do it the same day. That was a little fast for me but the rep came by same day and we agreed for the install early the following week. On time, on budget,terrific quality both of the toilets and the installation.

My technician was Jerrod. He was awesome. My house is old and nothing is to standard. But got it done even though he had to go through concrete. He's a hard worker and I'm very happy with the service, I will hire again!

My technician was Chad. Very helpful, explained exactly what he was doing. Checked out my heating system and walked me through a quick tutorial since I was a new homeowner. Couldn't have asked for better service.

As Murphy's Law will go, our water heater also did during the weekend prompting us to search online for businesses that would be able to replace our water heater for a manufactured home on the East-side of Seattle. We left a message on Sunday with Fox Plumbing and Heating really thinking that we would have to call back again on Monday to followup on the call. To our surprise, Rick had promptly returned our call within minutes. I must say, in the years that we have lived in this region, it is extremely difficult to receive this type of prompt, quality service. After only a brief amount of time discussing our situation, Rick said that he would check into things on our behalf and we could expect a call on Monday to get the work completed. By Monday morning, we received a call from the office letting us know that Fox Plumbing and Heating could have a service technician out to our place by around 09:00 AM. I did not even expect a call until much later in the day - if they could even fit in the time to do so. I then received a call from Max to inform us of his status and gave us his expected time of arrival (based on GPS travel time). He arrived during the indicated time frame. I found Max to be very pleasant to work with. It was very obvious from the beginning the Service Excellence was top of his game!! He took the time to politely greet me with a handshake, listened to my situation, assessed the work that needed to be done, took the time to explain what what our options were, and put together an estimate. Upon agreement of the services to be rendered, Max immediately got to work and found a local place that acquire the appropriate water heater that would could fit in the tight work space of our manufactured home -- keeping in mind our desire to have a 50 gallon capacity! I was so impressed with his service that he did not need to preach about doing a service review..., I was already planning to do so! However, I did ask for his business card for future reference. It was at that time, he had informed me that he had not received business cards and he had just shortly been with Fox Plumbing and Heating (although had been doing this line of work for almost 10 years). He gave my 2 yellow/blue cards from the business and put his name on them. He graciously thanked me for allowing Fox Plumbing and Heating to do the work before leaving, reminding me to call anytime if we had any questions or concerns regarding the work completed. The next day, a very pleasant lady (Kat) called to inquire about our overall experience and helped guide me further on ways to be able to provide my feedback is so desired. Wow!! We were completely impressed by the overall experience!! Prompt, courteous, professional, trustworthy, good follow-up, with service excellence at its finest! On top of it all......, no mess to cleanup at the end :-) We can't thank you enough. Call Fox Plumbing and Heating today -- I promise...., you will NOT be disappointed!!

Mike did a thorough job and explained key issues and mechanics of the assembly pipe, shutoff valves, and new booster pump. We had contacted other well outfits for competitive quotes, however neither replied. Fox did reply immediately to our interest and was punctual in performing the work once we gave Mike the go ahead.

They were able to complete the job in a day, and we are back up and running by day's end. They were the only company that scoped our sewer line for free to determine what to do (another company offered to replace the whole line, but didn't scope to figure out that only some of the line was broken). They were prompt, courteous, and explained clearly what to do and why throughout the whole process. They weren't the cheapest estimate we received, but definitely the most trustworthy.

Fox was able to come out the same day to clear a blocked sewer line. Jerrod was efficient, professional and courteous. I'd definitely use them again. Price is a little more than I'd wanted to spend, but I can't say that it was outrageous.

Had James out from Fox plumbing. He was on time and was able to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. He gave us a few different options to complete the project, which I always appreciate- especially considering how expensive plumbing is. I would definitely use Fox Plumbing in the future.

I have had multiple jobs done by this company in the past 10- years. They are always very similar, and this latest time was no different. Technician is on time; everything is explained, work and price; time is efficient; clean-up is great. I'm not a plumber, but I assume the quality is good because I've never had a single problem after they have worked on something. All in all a great company to work with.

They did a great job, were very professional, neat and clean. Nice people to work with.

We thought they were excellent. We are very happy with them. I like the most is their communication of the people that come out to work on it and sensitivity to your home environment. They always clean up what they have. They wear the booties and they are sensitive to what is happening in the area in the room so they can make their job that is what you need. I haven’t had anything I dislike about them.

We've had Fox out for both plumbing, and an estimate. The plumbing was ok, however the gentleman didn't have the right tools needed for the job and had to borrow ours. He also reeked heavily of cigarette smoke, which was still prevalent after he left. He was nice though and gave our kid a stuffed animal and rounded the time down. It was still *very* pricey to simply remove a piece of sentiment. We also had them out to do an estimate, and it was the worst experience. While I don't want to throw an employee under the bus, they represent their company and he did a pretty poor job. We were looking to switch to a tankless water heater. He could not answer any questions I had about the different models they sold - he literally read off of the pamphlet to try and answer my questions. The worst part was when it came time to write an estimate. He had no idea how to use his computer. It LITERALLY took 30 minutes to send me an email quote and he sat on my couch the whole time. He struggled to write an invoice and had to use a Word doc-type of program. Then he proceeded to accidentally delete all he'd written THREE TIMES! I kept telling him he could email the proposal later, but he ignored me and sat on my couch being mad at his ipad. We will never use them again as I am quite leery about the competency of their employees.

They are great. I have no complaints. They did a great job.

Made an appointment to have a water heater and their price was outrageous more than twice what other companies quoted me. Be sure to compare prices before working with them! The following day Fox called to apologies about the mix up in term of prices. They did a great job the first time I used them and for my next job I will consider using them again.
