Excellent service! Plumber arrived on time. Listened attentively to my description of the leaky, non-functioning toilet. Quickly suggested couple of fixes. And, upon my choice, performed the repair quickly (well, within a fraction of the time it would have taken me, if I could have even done it). The repair seems complete and price quite fair. Very professional plumbing service company.

I called Fox on a Monday morning, about 9:30am, after another company was a no-show to do the work at 7am. The Fox scheduler was friendly, informed, and helpful on the phone, and she said they could have someone come at 11am that morning. The 2-person team showed up on time and provided an estimate quickly. It was a bit more than we hoped for, since the pipe only needed to be moved a foot, but the Lead Tech explained the work that needed to happen in a clear, logical way. The price was more than the company who didn't show up for the job, but not enough to make us want to try to get someone else to come, so we went ahead and had Fox do the job. They were friendly, quick, neat, and very professional. I will definitely hire them again for other gas, furnace, or plumbing work.

I was very impressed with how prompt and professional everyone was - from the woman scheduling the appointments, to the estimator, to the technicians. Chad in particular was a good listener and very helpful. I will use Fox Plumbing again!

We called because of a gas smell from our water heater. The plumber discovered there was a leak. He gave us options to replace the water tank. The new tank was delivered and installed all within 3 hrs. We were quite happy with the service and will use them again if we have plumbing needs.

Technicians Chad and Kevin were right on time and the scheduling process was painless. The technicians got right to work and installed the new faucet. Very competent and thorough. No issues with installation. Great hours! They start manning the phones at 730am, and they do have emergency service available. I will be calling them back to have them address our other plumbing annoyances soon!

We had a water issue that turned out to be much easier to solve than we thought. The Fox plumber said that since he was there only 10 minutes and didn't need to perform any services, he would not charge us for the service call. I thought that was very generous. We will certainly go back to Fox if we have any other plumbing needs.

They were good. There was some confusion on scheduling the appointment but they kind of went above and beyond to reschedule. The work was done satisfactorily. They missed the first appointment, when I called to find out what had happened, they really bent over backwards to reschedule. They came out the same day.

The city water from our faucet in this part of south Seattle is completely undrinkable, with a very bad musty smell mixed with a chlorine odor. Been that way for 14 years since we moved here. The water has been tested at our location and found to be "OK." So, we have resorted to using a Brita filter to filter our drinking water. Have experienced health problems due to fumes from hot water when taking a shower. We finally got tired of the situation and purchased the Aquasana EQ-300 whole house water filtration system. The Fox Plumbing technician quickly assessed the work and completed the installation of the system in about three hours. We had to call the technician back one time to fix a small residual leak. The technician was thorough and conscientious in his work, and did a great job. Would definitely use Fox Plumbing again.

24/7 Flood Response is an emergency water damage mitigation and restoration company also listed on Angie's list. When one of our own clients called us before addressing the plumbing problem we turned to Angie's list to find a referral. It's very important to me as president to only refer our clients to other companies that share our vision of customer service. After reading through the reviews for Fox Plumbing on Angie's list I decided to refer them to our client. Since we had never worked with Fox before I told our client I would cover Fox's service call and the first fifteen minutes of diagnostic time if she decided she wasn't comfortable with their recommendation and quote. I am pleased to report that our client did hire Fox directly and it was a very positive experience. I trust Fox has a new client for life. We will definetly call them again. Thank you Fox Plumbing.

The workers couldn't have been nicer and more professional in their demeanor. However, their work was shoddy and I can't recommend them. They installed 1/2" instead of recommended 3/4" and didn't tie down the pipes. They were suspended in air. Fox came back to tie down the plumbing at our request but still failed to tie down the tub spout on the 2nd visit. The finish plumber had to correct their work and install a brace to support the tub spout. He said the tub spout is the most important piece to tie down as any force on the tub spout (child leaning on it) could damage the pipe. The pink cast iron bathtub was broken up into pieces on our lawn instead of being hauled away for recycling as I thought we'd discussed in early stages with the salesman. I should have reminded them to recycle the tub but in any case, breaking it up on our lawn with shards flying everywhere was unacceptable.

John P arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He replaced the faucet which required manuevering around a hot water tank. I'm extremely happy with his work and was delighted to see him clean up the small mess he made, even though it was outside. He went right to work and didn't waste time. Besides being a knowledgable technician, he was very nice and personable.

They were excellent. They were prompt. It was very prompt service. They arrived on time. They were very professional. They didn't have to install a new drain pipe. It was probably the second time we used them.

Wyll started project on time, finished on time, completed price matched proposal. I was given an update each day at end of day as to progress, and what to anticipate for following day of project. Sidewalk closure was clearly marked and lighted, equipment left on street overnight during project also clearly marked. Only complete down time for the sewer line was the time necessary for the liner to cure which was clearly communicated. They were very careful working around my landscaping and around an abandoned pipe that was not discovered during the utilities location. During project it was our garbage & recycle pick up, Fox placed my continers back in the yard for me post-pick up. During the sidewalk patching, the sidewalk was tagged. Fortunately the concrete was still soft enough that the damage was fixable. Wyll fixed the damage, stayed to make sure the concrete cured, and informed me of what happened when I got home. Excavations were meticulously refilled. Sidewalk, street and paved pathway in my yard were left very clean.

Poor customer service, non existent.

This is one of those jobs homeowners dread (and, perhaps, plumbers dread them as well), but I must say this job went rather well, thanks to the hard work of Jesse and his helper, Clinton, with assists from Rick, Jose, Ted and others. There was one important complication in the form of the rockery that had to be removed and set aside in order to get at the juncture of the three pipes. In the process the main water intake was revealed to be faulty and had to be replaced, a fact that was probably fortuitous since the house is 84 years old. When everything was ready the two side sewer pipes were 'burst' in a process one has to see to be believed, and the 6-inch pipe under the rockery to the city main was 'lined' through another interesting technique one has to witness to appreciate. Finally, the laundry room and downspout 'tie-ins' were dealt with, the holes filled in and bricks and rocks replaced, and the backhoe hauled away. (The guy who hauled away the backhoe left quite a pile of clay in the street, but I assume he doesn't work for Fox Plumbing.) Unfortunately, the rockery was replaced inexpertly. I called this to Ted's attention and he promised to correct the mistake. He sent Jesse back with a backhoe and a rockery expert and the two of them worked for about 6 hours and put the rockery together corretly. I am convinced that rockery replacement is not something just anone can do, even someone skilled in the operation of a backhoe. It must be a little like doing a jigsaw puzzle in that everything must be correct because there is no 'almost right'. Finally, a note about price. I have no idea whether or not the price was suitable. Perhaps someone else could have done as well for less money. But I am convinced Jesse and his helpers worked very hard to do the work , and I am satisfied, and relieved to have the experience behind me.

We contacted Fox via an email inquiry in the evening and they were quick to respond the following morning via phone and email. They were at our house within 2 days (it was a non-emergency) and their follow-up visit (with parts that required ordering) was in just 1 week. We originally contacted Fox because one of our toilets kept running (and making noise) for about 10 minutes after each flush. It turned out there was a small part inside that was broken, which they replaced (sorry for the lack of technical detail). They also checked our other toilets to see if there were any other issues. The most important service they helped with was checking our incoming water pressure and tankless water heater system. They discovered that our water pressure was well above the acceptable PSI, which is what likely caused the toilet issue. They also found that one of the valves in the tankless water heater was broken (likely due to the high water pressure as well). All of this was surprising given that our house is just a few years old and went through a series of inspections early on. Nonetheless, we were glad for Fox's thoroughness and professionalism because the issue could have turned in a much bigger problem

Fox was able to respond on the same day that I called and sent John to assist with the slow draining tub. John quickly identified and took care of the issue which it turns out I could have addressed myself with a bit more investigation. He was super friendly, understanging and helpful. On the back of their card the Fox mission statement says that they treat their customers like friends and family and plan on having a lifelong relationship with them. After my brief experience with John I can say that he treated me as a friend and I will definitely call Fox again when I have plumbing issues and recommend them to all my friends.

Fox is awesome. From the first visit by the estimator to the final good-bye, they were just great. Will, the plumber that did the work, is a true professional with lots of attention to detail and pride in his work. I didn't enter the true amount I spent because I wouldn't want the other estimators that were here to see what the competition is charging. I had several plumbers come and bid the work. One came, looked (didn't touch), gave me a price pretty quick and left. Another came, spent A LOT of time looking at the work, gave me confidence he could do a good job. He said because of his previous associations (with some of the other companies had been here), he knew his price was going to be a lot less. but when he sent the bid a few days later it was more than double the number from Fox. Another plumber came and did a god job understanding the work, said he was too busy to give me a number right away because he was going on vacation; never did send me a bid. There were 2 others that jst didn't give me confidence. When Rick Moore from Fox came to do the estimate he crawled through the house, through the crawl space, explained how they would do the work and why. I gave them a B in price, because I always think the price is too high :-) I gave them a B in punctuality because on day 2 Will was suppose to come back to finish the work; he called in the morning and said he was diverted to another job but would be here later in the day. He got stuck at that other job and I was left waiting all day until he showed up the following day. That was really annoying, but not Will's fault. All said and done I am extemely happy with their work.. Based on my experience you will not go wrong if you chose Fox.

It went well. Fox was prompt (responding to leaking water heater problem immediately), professional (wearing booties over shoes at all times), polite and did not give me the hard sell or try to convince me to get the most expensive model in existence. They even offered to repair the old heater! During the project a manager came and helped out with the installation. There was one issue (unsightly cord) after they left. When contacted they were very polite about resolving it and came and fixed it within the week at my convenience. This is not my first experience with Fox and I would certainly use them again in the future.

They were very responsive to our calls, which I really appreciated. I do think they were costly, but that can be said of all plumbers.

They arrived at scheduled time and looked at the scope of work. They had to return the next day as the plumber did not have all the necessary parts. They did schedule for the first appointment of the next day and the work was completed by noon on that same day.

They were prompt, courteous, and thoughtful. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. When the project was completed, outside of two new areas of concrete sidewalk/walkway, you'd never know they were there!
