 + 0 moreErik was professional, friendly and polite when he came out to do the estimate. His workers were equally pleasant to have around. They were very considerate: they even organized the noisiest part of the job around my baby's nap schedule. When an unexpected (and highly unpleasant) plumbing disaster happened while they were here, Erik organized the repair even though it had nothing to do with his company. I've had to hire several contractors this past year and this has been my best experience.
Description of Work: Foss Construction did an earthquake retrofit for my 1960's rambler. They also made a new cover for the crawl space, did some emergency plumbing and fixed the kitchen door's latch.
