And in the days of iffy customer service, Sam customer service is perfection. His employees were very professional, on time and worked very hard all day. After the job was finished I went outside expecting to clean up and they had already done it all! Again, Fantastic!

Excellent! The crew arrived early and were able to completely remove the old roof and then apply the new roof to the back side of the home, all in one day. They were careful to keep the area clean and did an awesome job all around. My mom (the owner of the home) was very pleased with how the work was performed and appreciated the friendly, efficient crew.

I am very happy with my experience with Forever Roofing. I found the company info on Angie's. Sam scheduled an appointment right away, called me the same day to confirm and was showed on time. He was very professional , offered different options pertaining to my budget and the work needed and was pleasant to work with. A very trustworthy gentleman. Sam was great from beginning to end. He met with us and gave us a bid on a new roof. He broke out the different options and gave us pricing for all. We had a front porch built and he helped with referrals and was very flexible with the timing of his crew to come out. The work was done quickly and on budget. Sam was great, the work done is perfect and forever roofing had the best price by far in comparison to the three other bids we received.

Great!! No more leaky roof. Sam's crew showed up were super professional and exceptionally clean. They took care to walk the property and make sure everything was Bette than it was when they showed up. I would highly recommend them and would call them again if I had any issues with my roof or gutter.

Very prompt gracious and thorough quote with explanations. I was sad to not be able to give this company the job. But needed to go with the combined bid with a solar installer.

Sam came to our house for the estimate appointment, unfortunately he was an hour late for the appointment due to prior appointments going long. He did deeply apologize for it though. He let us know that our overall roof is in great shape however there are several shingles with hole penetrations and other holes have been sealed by a temporary material that could wear out and start letting water in. He told us there are around 1 bundle worth of shingles needed for repairing, and that he'd need to charge us $500 for the work since it is the minimum charge. We were fine with this since most other companies would not even do the repair. He even gave us some extra tips to keep our roof clean. The workers came to our house on the scheduled day (again almost one hour late), but the work was quickly finished and we were satisfied with the quality.

I choose a different roofer based on the detail of the bid. I felt that Sam's company would have been my best second option.

Sam the owner of Forever Roofing arrived on time for our estimate appointment. He was thorough in explaining our options without being pushy. He made promises we thought no company could stand by but he did. He was able to start our project earlier than promised which his estimated start dated was weeks before all the other bidders. His crew arrived as scheduled and worked hard until 5 pm the time we asked Sam before hand to agree to. We had a larger than normal project but each night the crew left our yard better than they had found it. There was extensive structural work that was needed and Sam brought in a specialist at no extra cost. The new beam, roofing, flashing, and special valleys look amazing. The day he came to pick up the final payment I was sick, but my husband meet with him outside in the weather and he never complained. He even expressed concern for my health. We could never thank them enough for everything they did and how we were treated every step. We used a service to get other estimates besides forever roofing. The 3 other contractors were pushy and over priced 1 even pressured us into signing a contract we had to cancel and send certified return receipt. Please do yourself a favor call Sam and get an estimate from one of the good guys first. If you don't you may not know how to see through the BS of a 3 hour divid and concur 2 salesman high pressure sales meeting that tries to scare and bully you into an overinflated unnecessary cost estimate.

Very professional and work done well and on time

They turned the project around in 2 days immediately after the contract was agreed to. Professional workers, good communication and quality work at a very competitive cost. They quoted an install of 1 solar tube and then installed a 2nd at no extra cost after I requested.

Forever Roofing's estimate is one of lowest. They have done an excellent job. Sam is very professional on estimate and managed the whole job. I am very happy for the service and will call them again in the future.

When Sam came by to have us sign the contract he showed us the shingle sample chart with the latest colors. We compared what we had before and what goes well with the color of our house. On the first workday the Forever Roofing crew arrived early and a few hours later our lot looked like a proper work site with the operator of a telescope crane depositing materials onto the roof, while crew members tore off old shingles, making sure they landed in the dumpster in the driveway. The crew, lead by Hector, worked efficiently and at a steady pace. They obviously took great pride in their trade, and were very professional. After the work was done they cleaned up very well all around our house. The roof looks great, the color even better than we thought it would.

One of Sam's employees came the next morning to do the repair. He found the source of the leak and the reason for the leak. He repaired, added, and replaced material. He was fast and thorough. Also, he went above and beyond by examining the current status of the rest of the roof and provided feedback on the condition.

No return call - roof damage after windstorm, and we talked with someone over a week ago. Wonder if our job is too small to consider. Uncomfortable that they have my address.

Sam and his crew did a great job. They used high quality products. I am very handy myself but the upper section of house made me nervous .

It was the best service I have had from a contractor in years. I called them up, told them what the problem was and they were here within a few hours to look at the roof. Gave me a few options they felt were the best, gave me a fair and accurate estimate the first time. No car sales man, stuff. It was a great price and they started the next day. It took them a total three days to put the new roof on and put new gutters on. Great people providing great service!

my roof is start leaking really bad middle of my living room ,i called sam owner of company, he send his team write way in my house , they bring big tarp and covered the area where the roof is leaking from , they give me price , i could not amagin , really reasonable , i signed contract write way , couple days latter , when the dry days come , sam send his team , they tare of my roof and instale new roof . i like there service , they are best in town .

THEY INSTALE NEW ROOF , WITH GUTTERS , THEY ARE FAST , CLEAN REALY GOOD . AFTER JOB COMPLETION .

They are great. They gave me a really good deal. They were quick. They gave what they promised. Job was complete. They also cleaned up.

Member comments: I'd use Forever Roofing again, for sure. Sam was personable and fair and made a couple of trips to my house late in the evening when that was the only time I could meet. I had talked to him earlier in the year, secured a competitive bid. When I called him up a few months later, he could have blown me off as flaky but he didn't. He was prompt, helpful and we had the job scheduled soon after reconnecting. The work itself went fast and the site was completely cleaned up. In fact, the yard looked better after than before, for sure! Because we work all day, I hardly knew they had been there.

They come work every day , from day they started , they did great job for my roof. after job completion they clean realy good.
