Installer was in time and speedy. There were some issues subsequently and Fireside responded quickly by sending out a technician.

With the patience of a saint, Chris must have showed us a hundred houses until that perfect one came along. He then helped us negotiate a fair deal with the sellers. He even helped us find reputable contractors to make various needed repairs to our new home. Being an accomplished do-it-yourselfer, we have correctly placed our trust in Chris's opinions and recommendations on many occasions over the course of both house-hunting (condition of house, likely repairs and expenses); and repairs to our newly purchased home after the fact. His knowledge of Seattle and the surrounding communities was also very helpful indeed, and we certainly added mileage to Chris' odometer with no complaints from him. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, honest and friendly agent!
