Had a bad leak in my roof from a rainstorm the day before. Hector and his team were able to jump in and fix the leak, repair my leaky valley, replace 4 plastic vents, repair the flashing on my chimney and some bubbled up areas in less than 24 hours! They worked fast and they worked with great detail. Hector was honest about the life left in my roof and I am so relieved they were able to get the job done. Thank you Hector and team!

I had contacted at least 15 other contractors before I found Express Roofing & Remodelingâ 8 agreed to come look at the job and provide an estimate, 4 actually came out to our house and none followed through with an estimate. Hector was so quick! Once we accepted the estimate, he was able to start within a week. Our deck repairs were complex and surgical in nature, including replacing a failing footing supporting a two-level deck. Hector checked in with me daily through the work. He has immense knowledge and I would trust him to do anything in/on our home. On top of it all, Hector asked that we pay in full once the job was complete. Porch post needed replacing , was sagging leading to roof leaking. They did a great job! Was fast and efficient. They also repaired our roof and replaced and repaired a weight bearing post in our basement. We couldnâ t be more pleased. Highly recommend this company.

Hector and his team are amazing. Hector replaced a 500+ sq/ft 2nd story deck, and smaller two patios with trex and aluminum rails. There were many customizations that had to be made, and at each step of the process Hector provided recommendations, options, and solutions that gave us confidence. The end product is excellent and my family is very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Hector and his team are simply amazing! This is the third project we had completed by express roofing in less than a year (front porch, backyard patio roof, asphalt shingles roof replacement). I appreciate the quality of the work, the responsiveness to our needs, and the expediency of the team. With this roof replacement, we had Express Roofing replace the roof, and add a 4x4 skylight to increase the amount of light we get in the living room. Hector helped us with the best design, selection of materials, and suggested we add a smart venting system to increase ventilation in the attic. Upon agreement, they started the work within a few days and were done in less than a week. We are very pleased with our new roof, skylight, and smart venting system. I will work with this pro again.

I had moss removed and gutters cleaned on house and garage. the 100 year old house has a very steep roof. They were able to schedule my job promptly. The two workers were efficient and did their job well including cleanup around the house when the work was done.

Hector & his team were exceptional. He was thorough, timely, knowledgable, & personable; he met or exceeded my expectations every step of the way! I felt like I was his one & only priority the entirety of the project. I am a high-end service business owner & have high expectations, & he treated me the way I'd treat my clients. I'd give him six stars if I could! We purchased a home this summer, & then noticed what we thought was one leak coming in once the rain began. Hector identified all of the problem areas (five, total), made it very easy for me to understand what needed to be done & why, & then completed the work within days of his initial estimate, & left our home in perfect condition when it was all said & done, even sending his team back out the next day to ensure the clean up was flawless. It has since rained a ton (plus a large wind storm) & we've had the peace of mind knowing we hired Hector just in time! I have already passed on his info to family members, & will be using him as my go-to roofing expert from here on out.
