EXECUTIVE GREEN CLEAN LLC

I purchased a Living Social deal for over $150. The merchant would never return my calls or schedule the work despite the fact that her phone number still has a recording on it showing she's still in business.

the 2 cleaners were very nice but not very good. They showed up on time but they were ready to leave after an hour and a half...some of that time they were both on their cell phones. Many of the things on the checklist were not done at all. They would not move anything to clean around or under it, until after I complained. I paid extra to have the inside windows done...they only did about half of them. Some of what they cleaned was good and some was just mediocre. And as for that "Green" thing...they used toxic oven cleaner on my stove top and the rest of the the products were in unmarked bottles so I have no idea what was in them. Plus they mostly used paper towels for cleaning...hardly a green thing to do. Not happy and not using them again.

Contacted them via email and voicemail per recommendation of someone in my building. NEVER responded. Instead, he gave ANOTHER company my phone number! Not only didn't have he have the professionalism or courtesy to reply to me, they caused a potential security issue by giving out my contact information without my knowledge or consent!!

I'm very happy with Executive Green Clean's service. I found them through a friend who uses them to clean her business. I went to their website and was able to get an accurate quote and book my cleaning in under five minutes. I spoke with the owner personally before the day ended. From the day of my first appointment they have shown up every time within the time frame given and done a great job. I don't even check their work at this point - if they say it's done then I know it is. The housecleaning service I used before them was okay, however I felt as though I had to check their work continually for skipped tasks to keep them "honest". It is so refreshing to just know that executive Green Clean is going to do it right, I don't need to worry about it. If I have a question I call or email Iain - he is great, always so pleasant and punctual. And last but certainly not least... I can breathe through my nose again! Always a plus.
