They were quick, and they explained everything that they were going to do before they started. The guy was really early for the work, but he was not that professional.
Description of Work: I used Evergreen Fresh Air (EFA) Duct Cleaning a couple of months back. The price started at $30, and then, I had them do a full clean, which then ended up at $600.

HORRIBLE Service. There is no way that the vents were cleaned due to the fact that they never even covered all the vents so that the vacuum would work properly. They also broke one of my windows in the process. I tried calling for the past 3 weeks, and no one answers the phones or responds to voicemails.

they were "okay" when they were here, but their visit resulted in more costs for my household. I had to pay another company to ACTUALLY clean the dryer vent. They are also coming back for PROPER duct cleaning!
Description of Work: branch supply duct cleaning AND dryer vent cleaning for FREE They were very "nice" but left a bunch of lint in the furnae AND their idea of cleaning the dryer vent was to clean the first four inches of the vent on the outside. Our dryer vent is the length of the house! 20+ feet
