Established Moving & Storage

I hired this service in April and I strongly encourage people not to use them. They assured me that they were a professional service but they showed up 45min late, presented liability wavers the morning of the move that they made no mention of before. They destroyed almost every piece of furniture I have, dragging it on the ground, hitting it into walls and not securing it on the truck. When I called to complain, they had no resolve to offer. These guys couldn't even handle disassembling a bed.

The movers never showed up. I was unable to contact anyone for several hours. I got a hold of someone who said I need to talk to John, whom I had called twice and left a message to call me immediately since the movers did to show up. I was told John was busy with another customer and would call me back. John never called me back. I needed someone to move the furniture as the company to refinish my floors were scheduled for Monday morning. I was able to find another company, since I could not get a hold of John. The company, Friends and Family movers came out Monday morning promptly and did a great job. John had contacted me Monday but did to leave a message. I called him back. he wondered if I still needed movers, which I did not since I had made arrangements with the other company. He apologized for the mix up but never gave an explanation. John called back later in the week to see if I needed movers to move the furniture back into my house the following Saturday. I told John I had made other arrangements.

Contacted several providers and chose Established for the following reasons 1. Response was quick, professional, and terms clearly defined. 2. Pricing reasonable and able to control by how much I wanted to do on my own. 3. Movers, Uriel and Myykieo were incredible! Quick, efficient, polite.
