Description of Work: I had originally hired another company several years ago to survey one side of my property, but couldn't recall the name. While I dug around for the receipt to track down the name I called Escarez and inquired about their pricing. He immediately told me that it would be much less expensive to use the original company I had hired, because they already had much of the documentation in place. He easily could have told me to hire him and I would have never known I was losing money. This kind of integrity and helpfulness is rare these days. He was also very helpful in explaining how to proceed with certain details of the survey. I will definitely use them on my next house!

+ -1 moreReynaldo gave me several price options and explained each, which I appreciated. I at first went with the cheaper option, which was to not have the property points recorded, since I assumed I knew about where my property line was located. After he did the initial work, however, it was very clear that two of my neighbors were encroaching on my property. He offered to do the additional work of writing up a drawing and having it recorded with the city and appolied 100% of my first payment as partial payment for the additional work. After the work was done, he came over to my house and personally walked me around to show me exactly where the land markers were located. I was extremely impressed with his level of professionalism, his attention to detail, and his desire to have me understand exactly what he had done. He even put markers on the side of the property that I had excluded from the bid at no extra change! I will definitely use Reynaldo for any other survey work I need in the future, and I highly recommend him to others looking for quality land surveying at a fair price.
Description of Work: I got a land survey done on three points on my property so I could have a fence built. Two of the 3 points were located in overgrown, blackberry infested sections of the property. Reynaldo performed two services - the first one was to simply mark the property line so I knew where it was but not design an official drawing and have it recorded. After he did the initial work I found that 2 neighbors were encroaching on my land so I added the additional service of having a drawing made and recorded.
