The insulation work done was fine. The problem was damages done during work performed. First, a piece of beveled glass broken on an end table stored in basement. I wasn't going to say anything because I get it, it happens plus it's not terribly expensive to replace. The next day I found my (almost new) less than a year-old dryer all dented on top because someone didn't take a minute to go get a step ladder. Now I had to say something. Sure, it's cosmetic not mechanical damage so what, a lot of money and labor has been spent fixing the house to update it and that don't help one bit. I can't put the house on the market with beat up looking appliances. It gets worse....A weak and a half or two later I go down in to basement to grab something from my chest freezer a few days before Thanksgiving, to open it to the smell of rotten meat and seafood that smacked me in the face, all because someone unplugged it never to plug it back in again. The waste, the smell, the clean-up, the thought of it, the whole thing just made me sick and more angry. All of this should have never happened, ok broken glass it happens, a split second bad decision to get on dryer rather than get a stool or chair, plug cords back in especially ones to chest freezes full of food for God's sake, it's carelessness and/or don't give AF. After all this they tried claiming the dryer was damaged prior to them working in basement. BS! Rather than accept responsibility, simply apologize, pay for the minor damages, Energy Savers decides to take an easy fixable situation and try to get out of it, even worse defame me. The damages were $1000+ I told them $750 would settle this. I hadn't received anything so I let them know if they didn't want to reimburse me the $750 then give it to charity and just show me proof.....still waiting. NO ACCOUNTABILITY & SCANDALOUS.

They blew insulation into our attic and put insulation in the crawlspace. For the most part they were great. There were a few things we weren't completely happy with. We found out later that we could have gotten a rebate on the work had they been approved by the city.
