Emerald City Window Tinting

Wonderful job from start to finish, and the tint is already making a huge difference in our cooling bill. Would recommend!

We bought a new house and hired Emerald City Window to put in security laminate on all our ground floor windows. It was an all day job and I felt comfortable with them in my new house. The workmanship was great and the prices were very reasonable.

They did an excellent job and the price was right.

We purchased window tinting, because we're going to take a trip to the Southwest and want it to be not too hot for our dogs if we leave them for a few minutes while we go into a store or whatever. It cost a lot more than I had hoped it would, but I have no basis for comparison. The woman who helped us had truly exceptional customer service skills. She was patient and pleasant. The work was completed on time, and the end result looks good. I decided to tint the windows on my Prius as well, and that work was also done on time and looks good. The price for the truck was about $700 including windshield, and $400 on the Prius, for which we only did the sides and back.

Tim is simply superb. They had the car done earlier than expected and the work was, like the first time, excellent. Easy choice to come back to these guys for any work in the future.

Unfortunately a more urgent spending need overtook our plans to proceed with thsi project.

Perfect, Tim did 6 windows and they look beautiful. Tim went the extra mile to provide me with additional vendors info when we discovered my skylights were domed. I decided on see thru skylight covers. He also provided me with a range of tinting products to fit my needs, glare, fading ext. Thank you Tim for the great timely work.

They were open earlier than I expected, had my car ready even earlier than I'd hoped. I am planning on using them again as they are fast, professional and do great work.

They did a great job. Everything from intake to the finished product was what they said they were going to do. It was in the amount and time frame they said. One of the reasons why I went with them is because they were competitive.

From estimate to installation, Emerald City Window Tinting was a pleasure to work with. Jennifer was helpful in answering questions and providing estimates over the phone. I received samples of window film to choose from and Tim was also helpful in answering additional questions, in addition to doing a great job with the installation. Work was completed cleanly and as expected/scheduled. Warranty information and care instructions were provided.

Great job - at a great price. Quality is good; once we got connected, Tim and his group were very responsive and everything worked as planned at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this provider if you need windows tinted.

Emerald City was a pleasure to work with. From Russ, to Andy, and especially the installers Terry and John, they were all very professional, responsive, punctual and nice! Briefly, I bought Emerald City's big deal ($1999 to replace 5 windows). Russ contacted me and we promptly scheduled an appointment to replace all windows in my house--14 total (so the $1999 was a great deal). The 5 windows that I wanted to apply the $1999 special against were an inch or two longer than Emeralds maximum allotted length but Russ allowed us to use the special and pay the difference between the maximum alotted window size vs our actual window length (it totaled $45 so not a it deal.) After Russ, Andy called to schedule exact measurements and note any installation quirks or issues. Andy was busy with another install that ran longer than expected that day so he called and let us know and ensure we were not overly inconvenienced due to delay. Once measurements were taken and windows ordered, it took approximately two months to install--Emerald City was replacing windows for a church that burned due to a fire so many of their installers were at that site. I informed Russ it was important to have installation completed by years end/2013 to take advantage of tax breaks and he got installers Terry and John to my house Dec 30 and 31 to install my new windows. Terry and John were/are one of the most professional teams I've encountered. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to be helpful. Terry in particular fixed two doors that were sticking and could barely be opened (without pulling out an arm!) when he was only there to install windows! (Thanks again Terry!) iIn addition, I overslept on the second day of the install and didn't hear them knock; when I woke up, and headed outside, Terry and John had already started to unpack to get ready for the installation--they were on time and I was late! I just contacted Emerald City to finish replacing the last of my older windows (I ended up replacing only 8--all faulty--of the 14 windows in Dec due to not wanting to paint so many windows in the dead of winter (the wood trim around the window come primed but owners have to paint them themselves after install). I hope to get Terry again for the install!

This is the first time I have had tinted glass in my automobile. They did a very good job explaining all the options and finishing the work. I was surprised how much I liked the result. It reduced glare and looks great. I would use them again on my next car.

The experience was fine. There was a little additional charge of $99 for the service. I was able to utilize the big deal within a couple of weeks after I purchased it. They did the work within the time that they said they would. They did not keep me waiting any longer than what they suggested.

Got a special in Angie's list, purchased the big deal and went, everything was great from this vendor.

Tim came out to give me an estimate and match the tint on the windows in the front door. The job was small, so Tim offered to complete it right then, instead of making an appointment and coming back. Tim did a great job! The windows match the front door perfectly! I couldn't be happier.

Was given a thorough explanation of the differences between the tint choices available. Questions were answered promptly and without hesitation. The process was also explained. And although I was given a time line of 2 - 3 hours, it looks like mine was done is about 2 hours.

What is there to tell. Estimate, showed up at the appointed time. Did it. I paid. He left.

I received Great Service, they were ready for me when I arrived. The shop and restroom were very clean. I decided to up grade the tinting flim myself after asking some questions. There was no pressure from my installer Kris, Kris still honored the discount on the over all tinting and visor treatment. Kris was very patient and knew his products. Kris was meticulous on the installation. I love my new tinted car windows. My car looks great and I know the car interior will be much cooler when warm weather hits. It was worth the drive. I called and made an appointment with ease. The technician walked me through the options and prices. I selected a middle of the price range window film. The whole thing took about three hours and I am very pleased with the results.

I was going to make an appointment but found myself nearby with a little time and just dropped in. They were able to perform the work right then. They did a great job.
