Andy was very punctual when he came to give the estimate. He provided insightful information and we talked about future plans, and gave suggestions on what he thought we should do with the future project. The estimate was fair and accurate with the end result. On the day of the service, he and his team showed up pretty much on time (about 5 minutes late, but that's understandable given the time of day and usual traffic patterns). We discussed to make sure everyone knew what was happening, and they went to work. They were finished before I knew it. They left, and a few hours later, I inspected the work. There had been some miscommunication that caused them to miss a spot. I emailed Andy to see if this was just an oversight, and they came back and fixed it within a few hours of my email. All and All, the experience with Andy and his team was great, and I would definitely use them again.

Andy replied quickly and professionally via email all through the process--a great way to do business these days, and each bit of eco-friendliness helps (he even uses electronic invoices and estimates for those who can deal with PDFs). He stopped by at a convenient time and checked the property. Yards are great but some of us just are not attuned to the land: I wanted things "cleaned up" and it was clear Andy was an expert at focusing on what to improve. I received a very reasonable estimate later that night and was placed on the schedule. His crew arrived and got to work a little ahead of time, which was fine. They were friendly, asked for my input on shaping of the shrubs, and worked quietly and swiftly. In just a few hours the front yard was transformed. The front beds are inviting to the point I'm almost inspired to learn something about plants and bulbs myself, and the driveway, previously a treacherous experiment in uncontrolled Pac NW overgrowth, is now incredibly clean. Overall cleanup was impeccable, too. Unfortunately the crew left while I was distracted inside the house. I wanted to thank them again personally for doing a great job! I've already mentioned Ecoyards to area friends and won't hesitate to contact them for more work. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with Ecoyard's professionalism and results.

Overall, things have gone very well. Andy and his crew are very professional, prompt and thorough. One time we had a problem with something that was done/not done and they came back within the hour to remedy the situation.

Andy and his team did a great job. He was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate and arrived as scheduled to do the clean up. There were a couple things that needed additional attention and he had no issue sending someone back out to resolve the discrepancies. They were thorough and cleaned up really well after themselves.

Andy arranged to come look at my landscaping and provided an estimate promptly by email. Work was scheduled promptly, and Andy was flexible in adding a few new items to the "to do" list, and removing one other project that I decided to postpone. Estimate was accurate and work was done with professionalism. Andy was very responsive to all questions I submitted to him by email throughout the time he was working here.

This was a custom job from the onset. We had our own old street bricks that we were able to use in conjunction with new pavers. We had a curved concrete slab that needed to connect to the new patio and we wanted the new portion to flow with the curves of the yard rather than be straight edged or rectangular. Andy did a great job designing and allowing me to be in on the design process. I also wanted to work on the actual laying of the patio with them and Andy and his employee Jeff, not only let me, but were very conscientious teachers. We had scheduled this for Nov. but due to other circumstances we needed to delay and they were very accomodating.

Ecoyards has done great work for us. I like to go out and work with them and I know their work is good. We shopped around before we hired this company and their prices were the best. At first we only had them help with the upkeep of the yard but now we use them for bigger projects, too. They're very prompt, too. They help you with decisions about the yard and share advice about plants and other aspect of yardcare. We really like them.

The job was very well done, on time, and has received several compliments from people who have seen it. Andy even took his time finding the perfect Japanese maple to plant, rather than just picking up any plant and putting it in the yard. He seems to have good knowledge about local plants and how they are expected to grow over the years. We wanted a low maintenance yard, so almost all of our plants are local and tolerant to NW weather. He was easy to reach and communicate with and listened to our needs and questions.

Andy quickly responded in mid-May to my request for an estimate to clean up our back yard. He spent time with us discussing our needs and the best solution for our shady back yard and dogs. Andy is very knowledgeable and came up with a solution that is better than we had hoped for. Andy provided a professional estimate - all of his communication was very clear, prompt and friendly. The yard work was done very quickly during the week in June we planned. Two months following the installation, Andy checked back with us to see if any spots in the lawn needed reseeding. He came out and distributed more seed free of charge and even left extra seed for us. We've been so happy with the work Andy and his crew did. It made our back yard usable and was such a pleasure to be in during the summer.

Very nice to meet and chat with. I ended up using another lawn service just because it was much cheaper, but this guy was really nice!

Andy came by on time for our first meeting. We walked the area and discussed our needs and desires for a twice-per-month lawn mowing, edging, and flower beds weed control. He and his crew, Jeff and Jim, showed up on the date and time specified. They were courteous, cheerful, and worked as a team to quickly accomplish their tasks, leaving the areas looking great! They even were able to work around a chickadee nesting without disturbing the birds. We are looking forward to their continued great services.

Andy came out, gave me an estimate and answered all my questions. They started maintaining the yard soon after and it has never looked nicer. (Even when I lived there). They take care of the whole yard so I don't have to worry about it. They do a monthly billing through the mail which works better for me than them collecting in person which is what a lot of other yard services do. I also like the fact that they use the same eco-friendly practices that I use at home, i.e. mulching mower, no weed killers, etc.

Andy and his team are excellent, quick, energetic and thorough. They cheerfully tackled a severely overgrown wasteland and made it look like a neatly-manicured home in a day and a half. They did a great job promptly, for far less money than I'd have spent on physical therapy if I had tried to do the work myself. And they finished it quickly, which I couldn't have done. Now I have them do regular monthly maintenance for an affordable rate, and a long 'to do' list for the future.
