 + -1 moreI have been using this Dunn Lumber location for approx. 1 year on a BIG and LONG project on my home. I had been purchasing lumber before finding Dunn Lumber from McClendon's, Home Depot, and Lowell's. I had to take my contractors with me when purchasing because of the poor choice of lumber. Each 2 x 4, 2 x 6, 2 x 8, etc. had to be examined because of warping, minor damage, etc. on the boards. EVERY piece of lumber I have had delivered by Dunn Lumber was great! My contractor has also switched to Dunn Lumber as his first choice. Not only can you order over the phone and have it delivered, DELIVERY IS ONLY $20! Home Depot will only deliver to the curbside, not up one's driveway. (Mine is several hundred feet long and my contractors would have to carry each board up to the house after delivery. Lowell's said they would deliver up to my home but never used their delivery service. Both Lowell's and Home Depot charge approx. $79 per delivery. If you have a long project like myself, you can see that in a few deliveries, you'd save several hundred dollars. I have dealt with the majority of the sale's staff over the time I've been using Dunn Lumber. To a person, they have been helpful, professional, courteous, and they have a sense of humor if you want to share yours.
Description of Work: Drove to Dunn Lumber and a salesman walked me through choices for decking, T11 boards, railings, etc. I ordered approx. a thousand dollars of materials. After speaking with my contractor, I needed to add some items to my order that will be delivered on Wed. I was able to add to my order and have my receipt snail mailed to me (my request). I have had multiple orders delivered previously. Everything was always correct. AND they will pick up material ordered and NOT used when they deliver a new order at no additional cost.

custom cabinets
 + -1 moreKathleen, the lady who works in the cabinet department, is very knowledge about custom cabinets. She spent many hours to help us to draw up the cabinet plan, explained different part in details, and even suggesting some layout change to help us with the design. And after we went home, we called her for a few more revisions, and she was very patience to help us through the changes before ordering. Also, she followed through the entire process, and called us one day prior to the delivery date to inform us the delivery time windows. In short, I would highly recommend Kathleen for ordering cabinet.
