I called Drain Pro based on reviews and location to my house. I was hoping to have same day service, which they provided. Initially there was a mix up on arrival time however once Raman got here, he resolved the issue quickly. I was very happy with the cost and service he provided. I will definitely recommend Drain Pro to others.

Fast Service Fair Price Raman serviced our sewer line on June 11 when it was clogged. I called on Saturday and Raman answered while on holiday in Canada. He fixed our problem first thing Monday morning for a great price. His team is great.

Raman was great. He was able to to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, arrived within the time window he provided, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some guidance on how to keep the line clear (gunked up just from regular use). His rate was reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.

The kitchen drain came apart and leaked profusely. I called several so-called emergency plumbing services and none of them called me back. Then I called Raman and he called me back after checking his schedule. He wasn't able to come that night but said that he would try to come the next morning. The next morning he was at my house at 9:30. He made a permanent replacement and I feel quite confident that there will be no more leaks or late night emergency calls. I had company coming for lunch that day and Raman really saved me.

After calling several companies, I contacted Drain Pro. Clear information was provided and an appointment was made for the following week. The morning of the appointment, I received a call to let me know that there would be a delay due to employee illness - a delay of 2 hours. I appreciated the heads up rather than waiting and wondering. Raman arrived as expected. He assessed the work and we agreed on the price. The Angie's List coupon was immediately accepted and applied. 5 drains were hydrojetted. Raman kept me informed of the progress and answered questions professionally. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. An added bonus was that no cleanup was required of me afterwards!

Raman came out and did some great detective work finding the issues. He used several snake sizes to get the job done. Was friendly and came out quickly when we had leaking in the garage. Will use again!

From the minute I called to the minute the work was complete could not have been more than 3 hours. Immediate response, immediate service, and all the work was done very neatly - you would have never known they were there if it weren't for the shiny new faucet. highly recommended.

I had just returned back from vacation and had found that my garbage disposal had stopped working. I called Raman and he was very responsive in scheduling me same day for the replacing of my garbage disposal. In fact, Raman called back and was able to push my appointment up a few hours and showed up on time. Raman, confirmed the issue and quickly had a new garbage disposal installed and operational. He was not only very efficient, he maintained everything in a clean orderly fashion. Thanks!

The line was snaked almost to the sewer inlet, which is where the problem occurred. The technician made temporary accommodations to allow the water to flow, and then followed up with a course of action which would replace the connector between sewer and the waste line. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded on a Saturday to my request for service - they were there even earlier than estimated.

I am very happy with this company and with Raman. He was the third quote I got after being swindled and smooth talked by two big-box drain companies with HUGE quotes. Raman said, "Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done." SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

The pipes under the sink were old and leaking. The tech determined they had to be replaced. He did not have the correct replacement pipes with him but went and got them and returned promptly. He arrived during the time that was specified and called me about a half and hour ahead of time to let me know he was coming. I used this vendor because they offered a $65 coupon for first time customers. The price of the work was $250 but with the coupon it was $185. I would definitely use them again.

Raman did a good job. He had to open the wall behind the bathtub fixtures and replace the old fixtures with new ones. Also he replaced the old faucet with a new one in the laundry sink and replaced 4 angle stops. Raman was reliable and proficient.

Raman and Benny were lifesavers. Our waste water sewer line was completely backed up to the house. Raman spent hours locating the issue and trying to resolve it as my wife is disabled and going out to use the restroom was not possible for her. Benny worked into the night to resolve the issue. We are so thankful that we chose Drain Pro. They were friendly, polite, hardworking, and charged a fair price to complete the work. We will be using Drain Pro Plumbing from now on.

I called early on a Monday morning, and they had someone at our house by 9:45 that same morning. The team that arrived were knowledgeable, competent and were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. They took the time to explain to us how to prevent this from happening again and showed us what to do if it does. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They cleared the drain line. The plumber broke his snake while trying to clear it, but he didn't complain. Some other companies may have tried to bill the home owner for broken tools.

Raman and team are top notch from first contact to finishing the job. We asked for 2 replacements (in separate times): Our sewer pipe broke and flooded our basement. Our hot water tank gave out. Raman was the only person that was straightforward, detailed, and REAL. He was transparent of schedule and timeline as well as offered competitive pricing. I shopped around and we trusted Raman and team. He replaced about 70 feet of clay sewer pipe with PVC. To do that he had to dig a trench about 7-8 feet deep. Job well done. He also put in a tankless water heater that will last and perform other brands and fit to our needs. Raman is someone you can trust. Thanks again!

From the very first contact, they were courteous in taking our information, promptly said that a plumber will be there in 1hr and they have a house call charge which was very reasonable. Once they found the problem, their prices were comparable to fix the problem. Overall - we were very happy with their service.

I purchased the frost free hose bib replacement from Drain Pro. They had told me that they would arrive between 8-10am for the replacement. They showed up on time, replaced the hose bib, and were out of our house by 10am. Their installer was very educated, professional, and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Drain Pro showed up a couple of minutes early much to my delight, assessed the situation. Snaked the plug (over 20' away) and made some helpful suggestions, Clean, quick, professional, courteous and thorough.
