Description of Work: Ran a gas line for new gas stove. Total professional, great job, on time, and very good price! Would most definitely use for all of my plumbing needs! Flashy commercials do NOT make a good plumber! Drain Pro was awesome!

Description of Work: Showed up on time and did what we asked them to and it was less than we thought it was going to be.

Description of Work: Discovered broken sewer line in garden. Raman bid to replace the broken pipe, install a clean out, and to jet and camera all my underground lines. Rock had fallen into the pipe from the broken line, plugging the line completely. The camera showed several more breaks and a couple of 2-3" rocks blocking the 4" line. A twenty foot section with the rocks and several breaks had to be replaced, plus one other small break closer to the house. Raman was up front and fair every step of the way. He's good at his job, he speaks the whole truth, and he's not looking nickel and dime you at every opportunity.

Description of Work: Ramin did a great job of communicating with me and showing up when scheduled. They installed about 15 feet of new sewer line. I could not be there so I was emailed photos. Overall a good experience.

Description of Work: Unplugged clogged drains. When plumbing leaked afterwards, they came back and sealed it with no additional charge.

Description of Work: Replaced several leaky water-supply pipes for 1st-floor bathroom. Diagnosed future potential leak problems with old drain pipes, and gave us a rough estimate for repairs. Plumber was polite and fully informative, and quick to make the repairs once he'd obtained the proper parts.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet and hauled away old one. Person in charge of Angie's list clients was very helpful in answering questions and scheduling appointment. The person that came to do the work was very courteous and professional. He took measures to make sure dirt did not get tracked through house when he had to go out to his truck.

Description of Work: Purchased deal to clean out slow drain. When asked to look at our toilets (if sealed properly) the tech only took a few seconds, quoted replacement and couldn't wait to leave. Needed a more complete check before going ahead. We did have another plumber come, saying replacement was not necessary. $75 seemed costly just to snake 2 drains.

Description of Work: We originally bought an Angieslist deal offered by Drain Pro Plumbing $179 for Main Sewer Line or Other Drain Cleaning with a Free Video Inspection. We have an old rambler and they found that the old pipe was not able to be cleaned so they had to cut the wall and add an opening for the cleaning. Part of the work was also to replace the pipe of the leaking section to fix the leak in the laundry room. The cost was a bit more than we expected to spend but overall we are satisfied as the job was done properly.

Description of Work: When I purchased the Big Deal, there was a picture of hydro-jetting, and no specific mentioning of anything different, so I assumed that it was a hydro-jet deal. I purchased it and contacted them about this, and they informed me that the price of hydro-jetting is more, but they were nice enough to let me pay the difference when they arrived. |They jetted out a weeping tile system on the outside of my house, it had been there since the beginning of the house, and there was quite a bit of mud built up in the bottom, they got at it from both ends, and did a very thorough job cleaning out the drain.

Description of Work: Highly knowledgeable with top-notch equipment. Can't see any way they could do a better job quality wise and the representative was very friendly, but when you buy a $179 deal that then gets a fuel charge ($20) and tax added ($18.50), it's a bit uncool. The deal stated, "Service area includes: King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties." It does not mention a fuel charge nor does it say taxes are extra. I'd be willing to use them again, if I needed their expertise, because you can't pay too much for good quality, but for regular stuff, I'll find a local plumber and save the fuel charge.

Description of Work: The service did not inclue picking up the toilet. He did it for me so I appreciate it.

Description of Work: Installed a new toiled. It was an Angie list special for $149. The offer said we should provide the toiled, but the ad from the provider said to check with them for a better price. I did that and they offered the toiler for $243 rather than the $248 price from Home Depot. I asked them to bring the toilet because of the better price and because then I wouldn't need to do anything. The provider came with the toilet, installed it in about 30 minutes and took the old toilet and all the wrappings for the new toilet away with him. Neat job, no problem.
