Description of Work: A day before July 4th leaks sprang in my kitchen sink and we were going to have folks over for dinner on the 4th. I couldn't do without a sink for the day so I called and the owner called one of his plumbers who very kindly came to the house and fixed the problem. The plumber, Mike, was courteous, efficient and thorough in his work. He also chatted with himself while he worked at trying to figure out how to put together new drains, which I found entertaining.

Description of Work: He replaced a failed central cutoff valve and a drippy bathtub faucet. He showed up on time, provided an estimate, and on approval he did the work as estimated, with no problems. I would not hesitate to have DrainPro do work for me in the future.

Description of Work: They came the same day we called them and provided the service quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. I was so pleased that they were willing to come the same day. I've never had a provider so willing to get the work done quickly. They also gave us a nice discount for being a first time customer.

Description of Work: Outdoor faucet knob broke off. They replaced faucet. Initial purchase from Angie's List was $160 for fix, they charged additional $160 on arrival because of 'difficulty' and cut a 3'x3' hole inside my laundry drywall to access. Details of service did not explain this and AL explanation seemed to cover the work. So work cost doubled & left with expense of fixing hole in the wall now.

Description of Work: Replaced a toilet. Arrived 30 minutes early, did the job as promised, and gave me the 10% discount "Angie's Deal" (from them) that coincidentally just happened to arrive in my email that morning.

Description of Work: Had him out and moved all plumbing for the washer upstairs, and put in gas for my gas stove. Very professional! He went above and beyond! They deserve an A+++++++++++++++++++to infinity. He is my plumber for life cause is a a saint.

Description of Work: They came to my house to help check out a possible leak around the bathtub. The worker determined there was no leak and nothing to be done-He didn't charge me a dime for his service, and even showed me a few tricks with the drain in the tub. He was very much appreciated.
