My main sewer drain line was clogged in the middle of the night. I called Drain Pro Plumbing and the job was done very professionally by the great crew. Thank you Drain Pro Plumbing! I will recommend these guys to all of my friends,neighbors and family!

My bathtub had been draning very slowly then one day it just wouldn't drain. I called another local plumber,but they were unable to get someone out the same day. I had guest coming from out of town and needed it done ASAP. I called Drain Pro Plumbing and they sent someone out 90 minutes after I called. They had the drain unclogged within minutes thanks to Raman. Now I can take a shower without having water up to my knees.

ApWhen I called, Raman understood that the water heater was a hard to get item, he promised that he would have it in a certain time. He showed up on time, installed the water heater and took away the old one. He was totally professional and timely. His company is the only one I would call for a water heater.

We had consulted various plumbing companies as we wanted to get new plumbing drain pipes at our store, since the old ones had gone worse. Many companies gave us a very hefty job description saying that the job would cost at least $10000. Then we called DRAIN PRO PLUMBING, they gave us a free estimate, and did our job for less than $5000, which was completely in our budget. They were quick, professional and very high tech, as they had used various new technology cameras to investigate the plumbing routes, and everything. I was very impressed by their job skills. They also wrapped up the work in a few days, as compared to weeks of work as described by other companies. In all, my experience was great working with the plumbers of Drain Pro. I would definitely recommend them to others. I still call them, when I am in serious plumbing problem. GOOD GOING GUYS!!

Our regular water heater failed in our rental house and flooded the basement. I called Raymon and he was out with his guys within hours to take out the old water heater and install the tankless. They did a great job and my renter were without water for just a day - amazing!

Great! Our rental house's sewer was backing up into the shower. I called Raymon and they were out within hours to fix the job. They completed the work in record time and completed it correctly. (I had another company do the SAME work a few years ago and it was done incorrectly, hence the broken line.)

It went great! This is probably the 8th or 9th time we've used Drain Pro Plumbing. They are in my contact list and I call them anytime we have a plumbing issue.

It went great. They came out at night when our main well line broke. We had gallons of water flooding into our house. They fixed the problem and even put poured new cement to cover where they had to dig up the pipe. Fabulous job!

I have used Ramon before, in my previous house in Ballard for drain issues and in my current house to hook up natural gas to the kitchen. He's my contact at Drain Pro Plumbing, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. When we first called Ramon and told him that it was not an urgent emergency, but that we were worried, he was able to fit us into his schedule. He brought all the tools and tried cleaning out the drain from the toilet (and fished up some really unpleasant things). He was professional, willing to explain to us what he was doing, and called me to verify that I was okay with the price before proceeding to do actual work. After he snaked the bathroom drain, he put a camera down there and saw that there were a lot of tree roots. Our house is 100 years old so it's not that surprising. He said that he could either try cutting it, or he could dig a hole and replace the part of the sewer that is cracked/compromised. He wrote down the estimated price for both, and told us that if we're careful, the drain should hold for a few days/weeks. We were headed out for a trip, so we took some time to decide. In the end, we wanted it fixed all the way. But we wanted to try to save some money by digging the (4'x4'x3') hole ourselves, which he was okay with and gave us a sizable discount for. My partner dug the hole and sent him pictures to make sure it was large enough and at the right location. We accidentally broke a hole in the sewer line, and Ramon told us how to make it okay just for a few days before he came to replace it. On the day of the sewer replacement, Ramon came with all his tools. There was a very impressive tool to break the sewer line so that he could just replace part of it. He then replaced it with parts sticking out (I don't remember the specific term for it) so that it can be hydro cut in both directions and we wouldn't have to dig it out again in the future. In conclusion, I really like Drain Pro Plumbing. They are professional, knowledgeable, happy to answer all my (numerous) questions patiently, on time, and priced fairly. I know they'll get the job done when I call them, and not overcharge me. So I recommend them most enthusiastically.

We had a clogged kitchen drain, we called several plumbing servers but no one answered our call. Then Drain pro plumbing came to our rescue. They came within an hour at midnight. They diagnosed the problem very fast, unclogged the drain line. they very very professional, fast and high tech. In minutes, all my stress for the clogged drain line was over. I am so thankful to Raman, the plumber, who gave excellent customer services, and solved the problem easy. He also gave me a free estimate for the replacing of the lavatory drain, and then came the next day to replace it. They are very punctual, and hard working. We wanted to get new garbage disposal installed. We contacted Drain pro Plumbing, they scheduled us with a closest time, and confirmed the appointment through email. Raman, the plumber, came and checked the sink where the disposal was to be installed. He was very fast, professional, and efficient in his job. He had excellent customer service skills. He came an hour early, did the job and there was no mess left, as he cleaned the job site. I was very impressed by the job. GREAT JOB!!

SOmething happened with the cast iron pipes underneath my house. Both toilets were plugged up, they got them unplugged and everything is working fine.

Excellent service, with added bonus of snaking out clogs at no extra charge. The provider did the installation quickly, was very courteous, professional and the cost was very reasonable.
