Drain Pro Plumbing Inc

The faucet was leaking on my bathtub with a steady drip. After reviewing YouTube videos on how to replace the Delta cartridge, I thought it was in my capabilities to perform the work. Since I couldn't isolate the bathtub's water supply from the household water supply, and that I'm a law abiding citizen of Murhphy's Law, I couldn't see having the household water supply cut off for several hours while I tried to fix whatever predicament awaited my entanglement. Being of sound mind, I determined a professional touch might be a better plan. I called Drain Pro Plumbing Inc., and I am so happy that I did. Two workers showed up, very polite and capable, and had the cartridge replaced in no time and left no mess. I am pleased with the work they did and haven't had any problems or issues with the repair. I will definetly use Drain Pro Plumbing Inc. in the future for any plumbing concerns I may encounter.

Raman was great!!! He came to do the job in snow as we had water all over our basement floor. I can't recomend him and Drain Pro Plumbing enough. Definitely hire them again!

Raman came within 2 hours of calling despite terrible road conditions. Raman was quick to assess what needed to be done. It took him under 2 hours to complete. His work was great quality and the price was very fair. I would go to them again.

I can't say enough good things about Raman and this company. Kitchen sink backed up yesterday morning. My usual plumber was booked until Feb.(!), my second-in-line missed my call and was shorthanded, I tried a third plumber (no response at all). I saw all the glowing reviews for this company and tried them. They *answered the phone* when I called, soonest they could come was today (next day) 12-2. I needed the work done, but was a little concerned if they ran late (traffic being what it is) or the job took longer than expected, I would have trouble getting to an afternoon appt I had scheduled weeks ago. They said they would try to get here early. And they did! Raman showed up a little more than an hour early, got to work, fixed the problem, cleaned up afterwards. Super nice guy! Very reasonable price. They just became my go-to plumbers. Very pleased.

I received a very fast response on Christmas Day and had in fixed within a few hours. Very Raman was very knowledgable and professional. When I told him that I need a quote for a relining or permanent repair of roots roots growing into my old cracked and offset clay pipe segments, he was able to quickly provide a quote. He also offered to email a quote with the specifics that other companies would need to also provide a quote. For me, this just about sealed the deal for the bigger project. When I mentioned how high is ratings are, he just smiled and said that it's a family business and everyone is treated well. It doesn't get better than this in terms of service and trust. DJ and Damian came out promptly and worked their tails off to clear out our totally stopped up kitchen drain in our 1960 house. They provided the estimates up front and stuck to it even though they had to crawl around in the nasty 18" crawl space, cut and clean out the pipe, and make repairs so the pipe was not sagging. Outstanding attitude and service which helps with a slightly freaked-out owner! We'd bring them back anytime (but hopefully won't have to for awhile!)

We heard water gushing under our house one night and thought a pipe had burst. We shut down the water from the street and started calling Angie's List plumbers the next morning. Raman from Drain Pro said he could be here between 8-10 am, and he was. Discovered that the pipe from the street had disconnected to the pipe leading into the house. He had the parts and tools to repair the connection on the spot. In addition, he took the time to replace cartridges in our faucets that had failed related to the leak. He was great to work with and we really appreciated him getting us back on water so quickly. In addition, he recommended for the amount of water in the crawlspace that we rent a dehumidifier rather than contract with a much more expensive company. The guy at the equipment rental shop verified that doing so was saving us many hundreds of dollars. We know we need to replace our hot water tank soon and will be calling Drain Pro to install it.

Very Well -Raman responded to my email request for service quote, communicated that he was coming and arrived when he said he would. This all happened within 4 hours of initial email. Drain Plumbing Pro was the only company of the three I wrote that responded by phone. Raman was professional and after viewing the situation I had with the drains suggested a review of the drain system with camera (paid for service) to see what was really going on before quoting on work options. Once the review was complete he provided an estimate to do work I wanted done. I would call again for quote on plumbing work we might need. Offered 1st time discount for Angie List member.

They arrived same day to replace the toilet and were courteous.

The Drain Pro person was not able to clear the drain from the only known assessable drain so a toilet was removed and the blockage was removed through that. The removal and replacement of the toilet almost doubled the original quoted cost.

Ramon responded to our request, came out immediately and gave us an estimate and a clear explanation of what needed to be done. His crew had to dig down to 7 1/2 feed in hard clay to find the external pipe, clean out our sewer, establish a "clear out", hydroflush our system and diagnose our problem. We were in contact with both the workers and him during the process. He came to our house afterwards and showed us through the scope what our problem was. We found him intelligent, competent, hard working, responsive and able to explain all the issues clearly to us. We highly recommend him and would hire him again. What was especially challenging was that we were on our way out of town the next day after finding our sewer backed up. He was willing to work while we were away and stay in contact during the process.

Our kitchen drain backed up on Labor Day. Raman from Drain Pro actually answered the phone and came within 24 hours to fix the problem. The plumbing company who replumbed most of our house could not come for 2 days. So much for service to return customers! I really liked the reviews about Raman and was happy that he could come and do the job in short notice. He was prompt , courteous, and efficient. We felt he exudes competence and really knows his trade. We will definitely hire him again for future plumbing jobs.

Work was performed properly, but required owner intervention to ensure the quality of the finished product. It seemed that the workers on-site did not have a clear understanding of what the job actually entailed. Miscommunications between management and the workers.

Previous owner used non-heat rated PVC piping on the water heater. Entire system was almost a decade old so decided to change out the heater at the same time. After giving the owner a good description of the problem he was able to give me a quote over the phone ($1950 + tax). I decided to let them come out and access the job before agreeing. They arrived on time and after a quick assessment the lead plumber quoted me a higher price but after consulting the owner they agreed to do the job for the original price quoted. Mike and John worked quick and efficiently. They were polite & professional and had the entire job complete and work site cleaned in 3-hours. Over all quick and painless process, would use their service again.

These guys were great in all respects. Michael and Don were timely, professional, clean and fast. I had a really bad experience (terrible work, insanely expensive) with one of the franchise rooter companies many years ago so was very anxious when I had to call someone to clear the waste line clogged with food debris. I trusted the great reviews on Drain Pros listing and am so glad I did. This is a small company that understands what it takes to deliver great service at a fair price. Will definitely call them again.
