The plumber showed up on time, was professional and clean, was clear about what worked and what didn't, had a solution and the correct part in his truck, sink works great again. The job didn't take the full hour, so he also checked the lines in another sink (which he confirmed were fine). Great to work with, and I'd use them again.

During the recent heavy rainfall, we had fairly severe flooding in our basement. We called Drain Pro Plumbing, described our situation to Raman and he stopped out that same evening to snake our basement drain. This solved the immediate flooding problem and we were very appreciative that he was able to stop out on such short notice to solve our emergency. I also brought up my concern about a downspout draining right next to our house near where the flooding occurred. Raman explained that it was contributing to the flooding and should be connected to a drain pipe like the other downspouts near the house. Raman and his assistant arrived as scheduled on 10/17 to complete the drain pipe connection. It was done very professionally and with attention to detail. Two existing downspouts were connected securely to the drain pipes. They even took care to disturb the lawn as little as possible, one could hardly guess that a 10 foot trench had recently been dug. Drain Pro Plumbing was very prompt, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

It went well. He snaked three sinks, was very careful about ensuring that neither water or debris dripped under the sink area, Once finished, he cleaned the area up for me. I was very happy that I could switch the intended job to another and am happy to have clean drains. I plan on using them again.

Called ahead to ask if arriving early was OK (it was). Scheduled same day service for our basement flooding issue. Very polite, did an excellent job.

Raman came on time. He was very nice and professional. He said that they don't normall do clogged drains on their specials, but he did it for me anyway :) Very nice man. Awesome, Ramen was sweet. Fit me in on the same day since I was on a tight schedule. Part was wrong ordered by third part, Ramen agreed to come back and install the correct part.

Raman came out on short notice to fix our short shower, very flexible with our schedule. He quickly fixed shower and talked with us about other issues we may need help with.

It went very well! I received a call from a tenant that has an infant in their apartment. The tenant said that their toilet was overflowing. I asked them if they had tried to use a plunger and they stated that they did. The plunger didn't work and the water was spilling onto the floor. My concern was for the tenants because they could hurt themselves by slipping on the water in the bathroom. Plus, it is difficult to live without a toilet to use. I called Drain Pro and the owner answered. He sent out a worker immediately and the toilet was fixed shortly thereafter. I was very pleased by their quick response. I am a full time student and work part time as an apartment manager. I don't have a lot of extra time to spend on checking the work of my vendors. I am definitely not a professional plumber. I have a limited budget with which to satisfy the tenants' concerns while keeping in mind the owner's return on their investment. With all of these factors in place, the last thing I need is to have an unprofessional vendor. Drain Pro has been servicing my properties for years and I would not use anyone else. The hardest thing to find is trustworthy vendors who have an excellent work ethic. Every time I hire Drain Pro, the work is done quick and right. I never have to worry about plumbing.

I called Raman and he gave me an estimate. He came when I had purchased the shower enclosure and proceeded to instal the hot and cold lines necessary for the shower to work. It was a big job and he had to go under the house, but he got the work done in a timely manner. He is the only plumber I would use.

I had blockages in 2 units at the apartment building I manage. I called Raman, told him the problem and he came and it took 2 days to complete the job, but he managed it. He had to go from an upstairs unit through a downstairs unit and then under the building to clear it all the way to the main sewer line. He did all of this in a very quick manner because tenants could not use their facilities while the work was underway. He and his crew went that "extra mile" to get everything done in a professional, quick manner. these guys are the best.

This was the second job that Drain Pro plumbing did for me. And as expected from my first experience with them, the speed and quality of their work was excellent. Raymond and his team were very nice and thorough in a explaining the problem. They listen to the customer and recommend the method of the proper repair. And they are accurate in estimating the time it would take and the cost before starting the work. They cleaned the drain of my bathtub and fixed a leak and didn't leave any mess behind. I Highly recommend!

I called Raymond based on his great online reviews, and reputation. He was very professional over the phone and gave me an appointment to come take a look and my leaking water Heater. He was very punctual and showed up right on time. He seemed very experience in assessing the problem. My water heater needed replacement and he gave me a great price for a brand new and bigger size water heater, including labor. The work was done, with great speed and great quality. I would definitely hire him again!
