Good job of installing but did not check the dishwasher that shared the drain causing a flood from the dishwasher when it was started. They responded right away and fixed the drain.

He unscrewed the leaking connector, applied pipe dope and some type of thread sealant and put it back together. He waited a few minutes to make sure the leak had stopped and that was pretty much it. Took only a few minutes.

We hired him for a $600 'clear the pipe.' job. In the past we have hired plumbers to punch a hole through the roots from a neighbors trees in the side sewer drain pipe. This time we hired Raman because he had done such a good job for us before. We decided to clean out the pipe this time. However, the roots were so dense the drain clearing machine could not get through. They worked hours but went almost nowhere. He said -Roots, and roots, and more roots. He gave us a DVD showing the roots in the pipe. We talked it over with him and decided there was no other option but to dig down and replace the pipe. The pipe was laid down in 1924, probably. They worked for days, without bothering us at all, answered all questions, discussed all options, showed us what they were doing, and finally gave us a DVD of the clean pipe. We decided not to replace the pipe that connected to the main city drain as although it was old it was not infested with roots. They had had to dig up the sidewalk and go down 5 feet to accomplish the task. When they finished the whole sidewalk and ground around it was much better looking than when they started. In all, Raman was cheerful and discussed how to do the job right with costing as little as possible. We will gladly hire Raman and Drain Pro again.

My appointment was set up for 8:30. I received a call at about 8:15 to let me know that they would not arrive until approximately 9:15 due to traffic, which I appreciated. When he came in, he removed his shoes and went right to work. In about an hour, I had a brand new toilet installed. He did come out to inform me that he would be best to replace the valve on the wall because it would leak if left the way it was (20 years old)...it was not compatible with the new toilet requirements. That accounts for the additional $36 over and above the Groupon I had purchased. He was quiet, efficient, and professional. When he was finished, I would never have known that anything had been done in that bathroom...it was as clean and tidy as when he arrived. He took the old toilet, and when I went out to the garage later, I discovered that he had broken down the box and placed it in my recycle container. There was no hint that anything like unpacking a box and assembling a toilet had ever taken place. I have a brand new toilet...it works well, and I am happy to have had this work done by Drain Pro Plumbing. This is the second time I have had them at my house for my plumbing needs.

Raman was wonderful. I called late in the afternoon to schedule for service and was willing to wait a few days for an appointment. To my surprise, Raman was able to come later that evening. He arrived at our home 20 minutes early of the expected arrival window and was finished clearing our drains, by the time I had originally expected him to arrive. Wow! Amazingly fast service. If I need drain services in the future, I will call Drain Pro again and recommend their services to friends.

The plumber called and verified measurements of the tank as to make sure they picked up the correct size, which was really nice since the tank is in an enclosed closet. The plumber was very nice, respectful and professional in his work. I would use this company again for any plumbing problems we might experince in the future.

I used Drain Pro to clean drains on 10/8 and based on the good service - I called him to replace a hot water heater. He came out next day to install (10/30). He brought the wrong hot water heater (my fault) and happily returned it and had the correct one installed within 45 min. I'm very happy with Raman's service and will definitely use him again.

Everything went very well. Raman was very professional and fast. He measured the toilet that we had purchased and our bathroom space to make sure that the toilet would fit. He then removed the old toilet and wax ring, replaced the wax ring and toilet and cleaned the floor and calked around the toilet. Raman also noticed that our bathroom sinks had chips in them and gave me an estimate on replacing both the sinks and faucets. He also told me that the shut off valve to the toilet needed replacing and gave an estimate for that as well.A great job and experience, would use them again.

There was $59 additional because he replaced pipes and stuff so it was a pretty big job. We had the same job done by another company here and it was more than double the cost. It just happened that the same pipe had gone out and I called another local plumber and it was about $460 job. These guys did it for half the cost and it was very pleasant, they were much more pleasant to work with than the other companies. Overall I was very satisfied. I haven't actually gotten back down there to make sure that everything is not leaking or anything.

Drain Pro Plumbing Inc. in 2012 satisfactorily installed a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and faucet in my kitchen. I called well over a year later to have a brushed nickel bath faucet already purchased installed in a bathroom. A few days later Raman came out and I also ordered a shower kit in brushed nickel and a new sink. The sink and faucet were installed later as scheduled and all work paid in full. A leak was noticed under the sink the next day. The leak was fixed a couple of days later and a stainless steel shower kit was installed, not the brushed nickel finish ordered and stated on receipt.

Great! This installation was an Angie's list "big deal." Scheduling via email was very easy. Raman was responsive, polite, and quick to respond to email . He scheduled the installation on the day and time I requested. He showed up early and went right to work -- and we had a new, functioning toilet within a half hour. He also gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the wall connection/valve, which I'll schedule if we continue to find water leakage on the bathroom floor. I see why Drain Pro has such high ratings on Angie's list. The next time I need to have plumbing work done, I'll call Raman.
