The upstairs main kitchen drain was clogged with a few years of gunk and had backed up into the downstairs bathroom sink. Mr. Singh did at least three attempts to clear the main drain, but the downstairs sink still had standing water in the bowl. Using his knowledge and experience he determined that the drain system from the upstairs sink was clear but the backup was in the branch to the downstairs sink. With a little coaxing, much to my delight, the sink cleared and all the debris went down the newly cleaned main drain. By adding perseverence and patience the job was done to my complete satisfaction.

Raman gave me a 9-10am window for arrival and arrived about 30 minutes early! We went into the basement and he showed me what his camera can see as he scoped my line from the inside of the house out the the point where it connects to the main--about 80 or so feet, he said. The sewer line is in pretty good shape for its age; the house is 102 years old and the line is clay and may be original! Raman showed me a few places where there are a few tiny roots starting to make their way into the line and gave me some information on preventing big problems at some point in the future, but advised me that nothing is particularly urgent at the moment. Given that we didn't find a problem there, Raman was willing to quickly run his camera through the lines that connect to my downspouts and run through a retaining wall to check for any clogs or other problems. This was offered complimentary and though it wasn't a particularly timely effort, it was beyond what the price/agreement covered and I was very grateful! For better or for worse, we didn't find a problem there either. Now to find a $tructural engineer. . .

I called at 3:30 in the afternoon, requesting same day service. They arrived by 4:30, as promised. The plumber was professional, competent, well equipped (shop vacuum for water, electric snake, etc.), and efficient. He cleaned up after himself, leaving our under-sink area spotless (with the drain unplugged!). The cost was $195, after a $35 discount for being a repeat customer.

Raman arrived on time and quickly solved some access problems to the main line. He explained what we were seeing on the monitor as the camera was being inserted, and offered reaasonable solutions to the problems we saw.

Raman came to install a faucet I had purchased at Lowes. Unfortunatly it did not fit as I had a new 3cm granite counter & the attachment for the faucet was too short. Rae recommended I go to Keller Supplies to get a better quality faucet with a longer fitting. I did. I got excellent service there & I was able to get a special discount for being a customer of Raman. I was really short on time as I was expecting guests from out of town & my sink was not hooked up. Raman came on short noticed & took the time needed to assure I would get everything functioning. I would highly recommend his services.

I ordered a new washer & dryer. When they came to install, the installer said he could not do it as our connection was not up to code. We knew Raman from a previous job he had done for us & we were really satisfied with it. We needed to have this done urgently as we were in the middle of a remodeling project & some other step was being held up because of this. Raman sent someone right away to help us out. Two guys came & did a really good job without damaging too much of my wall. Raman came himself to verify that everything had been done properly. We were really satisfied with the speed & professionalism of his service. We will not hesitate to call him again and we highly recommend him.

Raman had done 2 other jobs for us previously. Since we had been satisfied, we called him again. This time since it was a bigger job we decided to also get other bids. Raman came slightly lower than the others & since we were used to working with him, he was our obvious choice. We were in a crunch for the rough ins so he squeezed us in. He did everything we asked for. In addition, he sent me to shop at a supply store & allowed me to benefit from his discounts there. I verified prices with other suppliers & prices ended up being significantly lower or equal than if I would have bought at other places. In this case though I had the advantage of a one stop shop for everything. When tiling was done he came back to connect everything. The $3200 included his labor & the cost of one very nice Toto toilet. I have heard of plumbers having problems installing Toto toilets but it was no problem for Raman.We need to replace another toilet & we've already scheduled him to do the job.

It turned out good. They did the job, but were unable to clear the clog and recommended another procedure to fix the issue. They did a good job. They were pretty responsive and did a good job with getting it scheduled quickly. They workers were very nice, pleasant, friendly, and professional.

Kept in touch and updated, prior to date of service. Arrived promptly, ready to go; handled equipment, tools expertly and efficiently. Explained our drain situation thoroughly, clearly. Recommended possible solutions clearly, and ball-park estimated associated costs. Gave us a 'pass' on billing, since it was a first & exploratory visit.

Raman is a good guy, very prompt, professional, and he knows what he's doing. He cleaned the sewer out within an hour, and gave me good assurances about what to expect afterwards. I personally think a sewerscope should be included in the service, just to show evidence of the work done, but I understand the guy has to make a living. Overall, great work, I'll be hiring him again.

We had a plugged bathroom drain, and it started flooding late in the evening. I called Drain Pro at around 8pm, and they reached within an hour. They came in, and took a look at the bathroom drain. They snaked the drain and unplugged it. They did a very clean job, as they were wearing shoe covers, and they perfectly cleaned the job site after they were done. Also I found their price very appropriate and reasonable. The guy, Raeman, was very efficient, and gave excellent customer service. This was my first experience with the company, and they made a very good first impression. I would definitely call them again in future for any plumbing needs.

It was fine and they were nice. I had to pay for a part. He needed a part and he is a plumber but he didn't even have the part. He had to go to Lowe's or something to get it and I thought that was a little weird. It was a very simple little part so I just felt like I'd rather have somebody that was more up-to-date and professional.

We called about 6:40pm, and by 7:00pm they were here. Raman was professional and courteous, taking care to wear covers over his shoes so he wouldn't get our floor dirty. He quickly identified the problem, and less than an hour after we called he finished and our drain is working beautifully.

The inspection went well even though I had not cleared a path to the cleanout -- I thought access could be done from another point and had that one cleared. The cleanout probably had not been opened in several decades and technician had to spend several minutes to open it. Snaking the camera through the sewer line was uneventful but there appears to be a spot in the line that needs future attention. My only complaint was the $25.00 charge to have a copy of the video burned to a DVD. Also, the price that I paid ($179.00) was not correctly calculated. But this was offset by the technician not charging for a new cleanout plug so I guess everything came out even.

We have worked with them before and we are happy with their work. They have taken care of main drain street drains. They also took care of some sewer lines that needed to be cleaned. They scope the sewers to see that they are cleared and they the give us the DVDs of that as well. If I have any issues, I contact Randy, who's the owner, and he takes care of that for me.

He called on Wednesday, came and looked at what was involved, said he'd come on Friday about 1 pm; he called about 1:30 to say he would be delayed and would come about 4:30 to 5:00. He came at 5:15. He began the work and continued until about 8:30. Said he would return on Saturday about 2 pm. He called Saturday about 10 am to ask if he could come in an hour. He was actually about 15 minutes early and finished at 1 pm. Very nice guy; he explained all that he had done and made sure we knew how it all worked. We had used him on a prior occasion and were satisfied with the repairs. We will continue to use his service should we ever need to.

I called they came within a few days. They were courteous and quick. He kept me informed about everything that needed to get done. I love my new hot showers.

It went fine. They did what I expected them to do. They did everything without a trace. The price is an advertised price but with what they did...I was happy with it.

We found about Drain Pro plumbing on Angie's list , after calling 2 other companies(which were way expensive) me & my wife contacted drain pro and scheduled an appointment . They were on time which is the most important thing for me. Mr Raman explained me how the process will work , first he did a camera inspection for the kitchen drain line then he snaked the line. He was very well efficient and quick in his work. I was very impressed , he gave me a good first time deal. Good price and nice work . Next time I need any job done i will definitely call Raman from drain pro plumbing . Raman is a very professional, punctual and friendly guy. Raman and his team were great to work with. They arrived earlier than anticipated and when the job took longer than expected, stayed until it was complete. Despite a very long work day they kept positive attitudes and didn't take any shortcuts, which was appreciated. The work they completed was clean and except for the dramatic changes to our set-up, you wouldn't even know they had been here. We are thrilled with the work they did and would use them again for our future plumbing needs.

Husband gave negative phone review but wasn't aware of what the deal was. I called Angie's List to correct the negative review when husband told me he gave them a D. I just found the list of reviews online that I've made before (I don't order service much) and was shocked it was still posted. I'm trying to pull the review and post that the gentleman came and did what the deal was. Just a clearing of the line within the toilet. He did tell us of a part inside the toilet that was not allowing a correct flush and he fixed that. Problem solved. Just like that. He also made a recommendation for us in the future. Husband takes morning meds and they had not kicked in at the time the plumber came. Husband is now banned from giving any reviews!

He was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. And the visit cost us $500 (not a typo) LESS than the one who had done the exact same job a couple of years ago. We asked about another job we have pending and he gave us estimates for the different degrees of work involved. They are very reasonable. I'm on Angie's list right now writing this because we want to call him to review the various job costs again so we can choose one to be done very soon.

Ramon unplugged the bathroom drain, it was plugged and the kitchen was backing up into the bath. After he unplugged the drain, he recommended we replace the pipes from the meter to the house, actually he recommended we place all the plumbing in the house. He said the worker who would replace the pipe would look under the house to see the rest of the plumbing, and Ramen would look with him. According to the man who was home, my son, did not. I don't like that he told me he would and did not, perhaps he had a good reason. I will get a second option before I get any further work done. Ramon was very pleasant, polite and a good listener. He was knowledgeable.

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!
