Having a 63 year old house I had been having draining issues for awhile. I checked Angie's list booklet as I remembered an article on plumbing. Drainpro was at the top of the list. I called Raman who was able to come that afternoon the fix the clogged drain. He said my drain was rusting from the inside. He gave me a couple of options. I could fix the kitchen water pipe or do the whole house. I opted for the kitchen fix. the pipe he pulled out from under the house had a split in it. At this point I realized I needed all the plumbing done. He was able to accomodate my schedule and told me it would take 2 days. Raman and helper arrived on time and were able to complete the job in 2 days. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. They worked fast with only a short break. I will definitely recommend Drainpro to my friends and family and I will certainly call him in the future. My only regret is that I didnt get his helper's name since he spent most if the time in the crawl space that was very dirty. Thank you!

They did not include putting the wall back after the job was done in the quote. The fellow that was here was Arman, he was more professional, mainly because I could understand him. He went through what they would do a little better than the others I got quotes from. They were right on time. It's an Indian company but they spoke better English and went through what they would do a little better.

Raman saved me a ton of money. I am getting ready to sell my condo so was distressed when I found a small leak in the pipe to my vented hot water heater. The first estimate I received was for $2800. They told me I had to replace the whole tank because it was over 10 years old, even though it had no problems. But Raman said the tank was fine and gave me an excellent price for using Angieslist. He also did the work on the spot and took less than 20 minutes to complete the entire job. He provided the old pipe to me so I could see where it was leaking. Great to do business with - I highly recommend.

Drain Pro was professional in their handling of our clogged drain and instillation of the cleanout valve. They explained possible future problems with the drainage and what might have to be done at a later date. Left everything clean.

I have an 85 year old house and the old pipes that route water and waste to the street started to crumble a couple of years ago. I had to replace the sewer line right away but managed to limp along with the kitchen sink drain by being very careful. However, the time came when the water simply wasn't draining well. Rather than dig up my side and back yards to replace the pipes, it was less expensive and more efficient to reroute the pipes through my unfinished basement. I actually got estimates to reroute the kitchen drain when I had the sewer pipes done but could not afford to do both at the time. Plus those estimates were much higher than I was willing to pay. I had hired Raman to work on plumbing at a rental I house and was confident in his professionalism. For my own house, he showed up when he said he would to do the walk-through and give me a very reasonable estimate. Then, he showed up on time on the scheduled day and went right to work. Of course, because it?s an old house, the unexpected happened and one of the main pipes the new pipe would connect to, broke. He had to make an extra trip to get replacement pipe and parts but he was quick about it and came right back to finish up. The whole project took about six hours and I am very pleased with the result. Raman works hard, knows the plumbing business very well and has always been very honest with me. I will use him again for any plumbing issues at both my own house and at my rental property. I recommend him and his work

We called Ramen on Wednesday morning, he came out to the house the same day. He is very approachable, and made us feel very comfortable. He was very professional, taking measurements, writing down everything we asked him, and answering all of our questions and concerns. He took a few minutes and then came back to us with very detailed information about fixing the problems with our pipes/main-line, a plan on getting the job done and pricing. He then squeezed our project into his schedule for Friday. Everything went as planned. His whole crew did a fantastic job and got the entire project done as planned, in a matter of hours. They didn't even have to dig up our yard! We are so grateful to have our water back on. I would highly recommend Ramen and Drain Pro Plumbing again. (Yes, this job was expensive. But it was worth every penny to have this level of professionalism. [We had other bids for less, but didn't feel confident in people/companies approach/plans for fixing our pipes.] You get what you pay for, Ramen and Drain Pro Plumbing was worth the cost.)

The job went great! My kitchen sink was clogged so I tried using Drano which didn't work. I called on Drain Pro on Monday, and Raman came by my house the following day. He was able to quickly determine the issue, and explained how he was able to determine the problem. He answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job. He even offered me a new customer $65 off coupon that existed as on Angie's List without me even asking. Very honest and highly recommended.

This is our second positive experience with Drain Pro. They quickly diagnosed and fixed a pipe in our bathroom wall that had spring a leak. They were in an out within an hour and we thought it would be so much more expensive. They are our go to plumber!

.Raymond was very quick to respond and provide the necessary information our HOA needed. They ended up putting in a french drain system that connected to an existing pipe in order to avoid having to install a pump that would require maintenance. This was a very labor intensive job and they were very fast and cleaned up after themselves so that you could barely tell they had been there.

I received large water bill due to my outdoor underground water pipe was leaking. I was very anxious calling for contractors for help. Raman was the only contractor who returned my call within an hour and showed up in front of my door next hour. He listened carefully then explained to me possible routes for re-piping thoroughly. I couldn't believe he was able to start project next morning. Everything was nicely done in the afternoon. Raman is great, pay attention to your need, reliable and we will definitely use him.

Michael did a wonderful job unclogging the bathroom sink. He answered all of my questions with grace, and did a superb job fixing the messy problem. The company priced less than other companies in the area and was quick to communicate. I would very much recommend their help.

They came out to assess a backed up bathtub and walked us through a few potential routes we could take. Raman explained everything thoroughly (and was patient with my many questions), and got started on the re-piping project immediately. He is responsive, reliable and we will definitely be using them in the future.

When I awakened on Tuesday morning, we had an emergency water leak. I couldn't identify the source, and my regular plumber couldn't get to us until the next day. I called Drain Pro, and they were able to come in a few hours. When Raman arrived, I was in a panic, but he calmly looked for the source of the leak. Within a few minutes, he determined it wasn't a plumbing leak - the refrigerator water dispenser had failed. There's no way I would have found that on my own, and he found the leak quickly without having to tear apart walls to search for it. Drain Pro saved the day. I'm sure there would have been much more property damage if I had to wait 24 hours for my regular plumber. I will definitely call them again.

I love to have "my guy" when it comes to things that I can't handle myself. I like knowing that I can point this person in the direction of the problem, hand them a credit card, and just KNOW that things are going to be done right for a fair price. I have a guy for auto body work. I have a guy for real estate. I have a guy for finance. I have my mechanic guy (actually a woman)... You get the point. I can now say that I have my plumbing guy. I recently needed to replace 2 valves behind my washing machine. They were old, and needed to be replaced before a new washer could be installed. I called one of the large, heavily advertised, plumbing companies because I needed it to be done quickly. Big mistake. Those guys ended up installing two valves that leaked, charged 3x what DrainPro later quoted me, and insisted that they charge me again to come out and take a look at what went wrong with their initial installation. After looking on Angie's List and talking to a few friends, I found Raman at DrainPro. Raman came out, fixed the high pressure issue in my place, fixed both valves that were FUBARed by the previous plumber, and gave me an overall quote that was 40% less than what the Big Plumbing Company (TM) wanted to charge me: $1,000, as opposed to $1,600. His wasn't the lowest quote; but I just felt better about going with somebody who my friends have personal used. I'm so glad I did. Bottom line: I trust this guy with my plumbing and my checkbook. I whole-heartedly recommend DrainPro if you have plumbing needs.

Raman did a great job. He responded to my emailed inquiry promptly, kept me informed about his anticipated arrival time on the day of the service procedure, and got the job done well for the price he quoted me. He's very professional and polite and will now be my go-to plumber.

I am in the process of purchasing an investment property and I called on Raman and his team to help me determine if there was anything I should be concerned about when purchasing this older duplex. I have heard horror stories in the past, where people bought older homes and weeks later got stuck with an unanticipated bill for thousands of dollars to replace broken sections of their sewer line. However, Raman and his team were able to quickly locate and determine the broken/damaged sections to the sewer line. Raman was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to help explain everything to me and help look for any other major areas of concern. I?m really glad I called Drain Pro. Moved things around to make it out in a day after I had a main sewer line clog. They were very nice and thorough. I will need to replace the line soon but didn't feel rushed or pressured. Overall a very good experience, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Raman answered call himself after hours and showed up in 1 hour. We had sewage backing out of toilet and flooding basement. He arrived and was able to diagnose problem quickly, and give me estimate for the repair. He was professional and courteous throughout. His showed me through camera into my sewage pipe where the blockage was and was able to clear blockage. He also gave recommendations for long term solutions and explained everything in depth. Overall great experience and I would definitely use him again.
