Raymon is a master at his craft. I have used his services before and will in the future. He always is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right, treating your project as though it were his own. Even at the end of a long 2 days of work, Raymon was willing to take a quick look at a clogged drain in my daughters bathroom. He had the drain cleared in five minutes. He quickly was able to plan a complete repipe of my house "on the fly" and managed to do it with a minimum of damage, removing many of the older exposed pipes. He made many suggestions along the way on how to improve the existing service such as the laundry inlet/drain and made many improvements to bring things up to modern standards. Highly recommend!

Drain Pro is thorough, responsible and professional. They take time to thoroughly explain issues and the pros and cons of each option. They are very reasonably priced and take pride in doing excellent work There is no posturing, drama or surprises. Raman is a neat person to do business with and my only complaint is that they only work on plumbing.

He needed to add a section of new copper pipe, which involved a bit of pipe cutting and then splicing in the new with a little help from a torch. Standard stuff. New faucet looks great, works well, and it's quiet! (I can't believe we put up with the old one for so long.) Good work.

I appreciate Raman and the work he does. He replaced about 40 feet of concrete pipe with pvc, and had to dig several feet under ground. It only took one day to perform replacement and get everything back to normal. He came back to perform the hydro-jetting to clear up a clog that was about 80 feet out near the city line.

He came and fixed the problem and left. When the job was finished, you would never know he was there. Everything was left as it had been. Very nice work.

I call another plumber for the same problem and he quoted me well over $500 to JUST unclogg the sink. When Ramon and his assistance came, they were really professional. They took off their shoes and they used their own mats and rugs to keep the area clean. They were very fast and efficient. The clog was roughly 30-40ft below, so there was no way I was going to get to it. I asked ramon to look into fixing the plumbing as well, and he was able to redo it in about 20 mins. Great job! I would totally recommend these guys.

I bought the whole pex replumb package for $3800 originally. My house has galvanized pipes (original from the 50s). Based on the description, I assumed this would cover the whole job (pipes to attachment to fixtures). It does not quite cover all that I had anticipated based on the description in the deal. By attachment to fixtures, I assumed that if you had a new fixture putting it on in the process of the re-plumb would be included. Additionally (and it does say this in the ad), it doesn't cover drywall damage. At the time of purchase, I didn't anticipate the need for them to actually cut large chunks or the drywall out to access plumbing. I will totally grant that not understanding that the above items weren't cover by the deal might of had to do with my limited familiarity with plumbing. Regardless, when the team showed up, my original reaction was less then positive when they explained the job would require around $1000 additional to do. Having already purchased the deal, I started to feel a bit fleeced. The plumbers weren't really responsible for the disconnect in expectations, this was more a issue with the home office, which initially put a bit of strain between me and the plumbers. Anyway, the guy that led the job acted very professional. He talked me through how much each additional item would cost (replace shower wall and laundry room facility sink fixture). All in all for the job the cost was still reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Their service is good and the plumber professional. On that level I would go with them again; however, in terms of affordability I think of them being about average (to slightly higher).

The technician did a good job with the job we purchased. What most impressed us was his willingness to take a look at a leaking kitchen faucet too, let us know what was wrong and give us a proposal -- all at no extra charge. That's the kind of "above and beyond" service we love.

We used this company twice. Raman is the owner and it's great he does a lot of the work himself and can be contacted directly. First after hour emergency service to unblock drain after sewage backup. Raman came promptly and took care of blockage and explained options. Next service was for permanent fix, including replacing part of sewage line and pipe-lining the remainder. They came as scheduled, explained the job and timeline, and completed work as promised. They did great job cleaning up and you could hardly tell major repair was done when they left. Overall I would say Raman is reliable and honest. Hopefully we will not have any other issues though I would have no hesitation using or recommending his company for any services.

Well. Ray responded to our initial call within minutes, and was able to come out the next morning. He was professional and courteous. Job was done in under an hour. Sink flows faster than ever!

Raman responded immediately to my call. His evaluation, based on camera investigation was accurate. Within about 5 hours, he had made a repair to the 4" sewer pipe leaking into my garden 4' deep, jetted out the clogged pipe downstream so service could be restored, and investigated several hundred feet of piping with his camera to assess other problems. The piping used for the original house (1937) and an addition (1963) was in short lengths of concrete pipe mortared together. The soil had shifted over time, partly due to improper support, causing one section of the pipe to drop relative to another section at several locations on our property. One location just downstream from our initial repair had several 2" diameter stones inside another offset pipe blocking flow which could not be dislodged by Raman's powerful jetter. This issue, plus a section downstream of the 2" stones which had a short distance going "uphill" due to settlement, plus one more offset pipe joint due to settlement, had to be repaired so I could sleep nights. I was relieved that initial repair estimate was $2800, and he executed that well with his excellent worker Ben. I was then jolted by the additional repairs needed and the estimate of $5900 for the larger scale back hoe dig. But this was not Raman's fault, he was honest about what was needed, and I made all choices informed by witnessing the issues on his camera. The second part was completed in two 6-hour days with two laborers and Raman on the back hoe. To make sure my garden was restored exactly as I wanted, I organized the top soil, wood chips and slope-retention stones myself, directing Ben and John on the second day to restore the garden to my satisfaction. I downgraded Raman slightly on "Responsiveness" for making me wait two weeks from the initial repair (leaving garden unrestored) until the final repair, and also for not being there when the wrong-sized back hoe arrived, leaving me to identify the problem and refuse that delivery. Price was also downgraded slightly because I thought he still could have made a tidy profit at about $1000 less, although that may have been because I was such a good project manager, having the skills, being retired and motivated to restore my wife's garden. Still, Raman was impeccably honest, and that's hard to find. Also, his workers were respectful and easy to work with. Drain Pro would be my first call on any future repair. Raman is honest, smart and good at what he does. Again, that's hard to find, and I would use him again today.

They really did a great job! Our case was challenging because we were coordinating service for our very elderly and ill aunt and uncle who live far away. The company was responsive and flexible, agreeing to inspect other areas we had concerns about, and making special accommodations to not disturb the hospice patient in the home and to make extra calls to keep us in the loop. Our aunt is very kind - and has high standards. We couldn't have been happier to hear her rave for several minutes about the great service she received. Polite, thorough, efficient, automatically applied the Angie's List discount, AND left everything beautifully clean. We were impressed! We were also nervous that a request to inspect other areas could lead to suggestions of work that may not be terribly necessary. We were relived that this was not the case. They told us the plumbing is older, and they would recommend replacement of some items, and that the repair today to get things working again would be just the one item. This went a long way toward building trust as well. Having a plumbing issue is never a pleasant thing, but Drain Pro made it as painless as possible for us.

I have an old house, so updating the plumbing was a very involved job, including investigating where and how to access the old plumbing (buried in the walls) in the unit below the problem area. Raman and his crew was very careful to not open up more walls then necessary, was very thorough in his work, and cleaned up after themselves. He provided quality work, quality materials and was able to navigate the complexities of dealing with an old house with ease. I have worked with big companies like Southwest Plumbing in the past, and they have all the blatant tactics and sales techniques to make you feel like you have been properly "bent over" by the time they are done with you. But not with Raman! He was very honest and I never felt like I was being gauged. His prices were very fair and he is very easy to work with. I have already recommended him to a lot of my friends, and they have also been happy with his work and professionalism. Without I doubt, I would use him again for future plumbing needs!

Great job. Very professional uniformed plumbers. They cleaned up some shoddy drain work that was leaking. Even though there was more work than expected, they did not increase the price.

Raman and his associate were on time and professional. They did some initial excavation to determine what was causing the leak in our front yard. Once that was diagnosed they bought the needed parts and installed them. This was on Memorial Day and there was no additional charge for working on a holiday. It took about 4 hours to complete the job. They left the site looking as they had found it - minus the leak. This is a good company. The parts were expensive, which wasn't their fault. Still, it was a costly job so I've listed their price as "Good" since I have no basis for determining if it is any better or worse than it would have been with another supplier. I was very satisfied with Drain Pro and would recommend them to friends.

Recently, I purchased a duplex and quickly found out that the original home owner was a weekend warrior and a self proclaimed plumber. Needless to say, he decided to tackle the sewer line replacement on the property himself and without a city permit. As a homeowner and a landlord, I?ve had the misfortune of the dreaded main sewer line replacement for a few of my older properties in the Beacon Hill area. Fortunately this time around, I found Raman at Drain Pro Plumbing. Raman was very professional, honest and is a very down to earth guy! He was able to save me a lot of time, money and was able to determine the best sewer line replacement options Drain Pro had for my duplex. I?ve seen the way my other sewer lines were replaced in the past by different plumbers, before the city inspection and reburial of the new sewer lines. And in my opinion Raman and his team of expert technicians did one of the most cleanest/professional replacements I?ve ever seen. They used professional grade piping and fittings to ensure a proper seal which helps to eliminate any potential issues in the future. I was very impressed!!! What I particular like about them was I had them installed a garbage disposal and it was leaking but it was the unit and not them. I called them and they came out immediately and took care of it free of charge even thought it was not their issue.

We did have to wait awhile for availability because our job was not an emergency. Our friends had an emergency last week and Ramen responded immediately and took care of the problem though. I found this to be very reasonable. You do need to know your plumber will be there when you really need them but if a good contractor has to schedule non emergency work out a week or two that is acceptable. The job was small enough to be completed immediately after they gave us an estimate. The work was done well and they left the job site clean. We have used plumbers in the past that were less expensive but we had to contend with various other issues we did not have to deal with using Drain Pro. Plumbing issues can cause such extensive damage that paying a little more to get better quality plumbers was a trade off we were comfortable with.
