Overall, good experience. The service was excellent. The price was a little high compared to what other plumbers have quoted me for the same job, but they came out the same day I called, which I really appreciated.

Called in the morning and requested that service be provided after 3 pm. Plumber arrived right on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and clean out the mainline. Cleaned out clogged septic tank line using high powered wash and then inspected line to make sure it was completely clear both to the house and to the septic tank. Service complete at a reasonable cost.

The plumber came on the date we had set. He was very professional in his work. He did all of the necessary duties under the house and also put in a really nice water hook up for the new washer. He cleaned up after himself and I now have a terrific laundry room/dressing room..

We had a complicated situation with an upstairs water heater that had been installed by previous owners. The water heater had no access so we wanted to de-commision it and reconnect the upstairs water to our downstairs water heater. We wanted to avoid having to tear down interior walls (of a new kitchen remodel) and do this from an exterior approach while having new siding placed on the house. Raman was able to figure out a way to do that in a very efficient cost effective approach.

The service was quick and professional. Price reasonable, and they were willing to explain the repairs.

Raman made sure that the utilities were identified. Of course they were extremely close to the sewer access point. All went well. They power washed my driveway when they were finished.

I discovered a leak in my water line from the street to my property. Drain Pro came out, identified the location of the leak but when they were able to get to it they discovered my water was not installed to code and was buried under the plumbing and electrical, making it inaccessible to repair. This was an unexpected outcome and Raman was extremely patient in explaining the situation and coming up with a way to resolve it. Even though it ended up costing about double I was so thankful to have Raman and his crew there to assure me they could fix the problem. The crew did a great job of clean up and left everything in the exact shape they found it. I will absolutely use Drain Pro again for any plumbing issues that arise.

I called on Monday morning to see if they had appointments to look at my kitchen sink since it was leaking. I had told them that I had to work until 3p and wouldn't be home until 330p at the earliest. He totally worked with my schedule and when I got home, they were already waiting for me outside of my house. They took a look at my leak and figured out that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He estimated an hour length of work but only took about 45 minutes. They were very efficient and flexible with my schedule.

We called approx. 6 o'clock at night, Ramon came out and diagnosed the problem. They came back the following morning and fixed it. Everything as promised.

Called before 9AM, sent someone out by 3PM. Raman gave me an estimate and after I agreed he set to work. He snaked the pipe and then cut off the old pipe where it had disintegrated. Whole job took about an hour. I asked him to get me an estimate for replacing the whole line to the soil stack and will likely have them back to do that. Excellent all around.

The area of my water line is very close to my other utility lines and Drain Pro was able to work with the utility companies to assure the lines were not damaged while placing a trenchless line. Raman was very professional, prompt and answered all of my questions with accuracy. Very responsive to phone calls. I highly recommend Drain Pro Plumbing and will be contacting them with future plumbing needs.

I called in Drain Pro Plumbing, I had used them before, also their ratings are going excellent these days too. We wanted to get our bathroom remodel. First, we wanted an estimate on how much it would cost us. Their technician made the same day appointment to stop by, and take a look at the work site. Their technician came in, very professional, wore shoe covers, and saw the area that needed work. He gave me a break down of the price around $2600 plus tax. I had also called in a couple other companies before, and their estimates were way above $3000. I decided to go with Drain Pro Plumbing,and wanted them to schedule an appointment a week later. They were very flexible with the dates, and timings, were ready to work around my hours. They completed the job, did roughing for my new bathroom unit, and the price was $2500 plus tax. I was actually very happy as it was lower than their estimate. Very glad with their pricing, they always give me good deal,and I enjoy working with them. Very happy go lucky guys. I would definitely recommend them to all my fellow members,and I would personally use them again for any plumbing needs. Good job!! Excellent Work!!

My old water main line leaked and I hired Drain pro to put a new trenchless pipe but they had difficulty in working because of many rocks underneath ground so their tool was broken one time and also ended up having two trenches and making the connection with the two. Those were all unexpected problems causing extra works but they were not charging for the extra work so I was very happy with their service and highly recommend.

I called Drain Pro Plumbing after reading their excellent reviews on Angie's list as well as Google. It seemed like this company was very likeable and trustworthy bunch of technicians. The problem started when one of my toilet started leaking, I didn't pay any attention the first couple of days but later it began to make large puddle of water in the bathroom, and plugged toilet. Due to my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to call for help right away. But when I called Drain Pro Plumbing, they managed to get me an emergency appointment, and worked with my schedule. They came to my house a little before time, and pulled the toilet out, and did snaking and camera inspection. Raman told me that the problem seemed to be in the main line, and after camera inspection, we could see the cracks in the line, causing plugged drain and hence water clogging. They were very professional, used shoe covers, and drop cloth, so our floors remained clean. They gave me an estimate first, since I was new to Angie's list, they also mentioned about their great deals and coupons on Angie's list, which helped me get good deal with them. It's very hard to find honest and hard working technicians in such business, but their work was commendable. The toilet works absolutely great, and there are no issues with any drains at this time. I will work with them again for the main line issue in a couple of months. I am highly satisfied with their excellent customer service and would definitely use them again in future. GREAT JOB!! The Service was seventy-five, (75) minutes late to the appointment! They did provide the service but proceeded to charge an additional full fee for the dual sink. I receive no notice of the increase for the service prior to the service. Had I been informed prior to scheduling the service of the increase in price I would have chosen other services. The total bill for a bathroom drain was approximately $400.00 USD for 30 minutes of their time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE************************************ As it turns out both parties (Plumber and Customer) misunderstood each other?s intent. In discussion with the service they agreed to the original price so it worked out reasonable for all. (a bit frustrating during the process though) I update the grading reflect the new information ) (cavete emptor)

It went very well. They agreed to get out the day I called and kept me informed about their schedule through the day. When they arrived I was given a couple of options to identify and /or possibly fix the issue. The issue was identified and again I was given options on getting the work done. We chose an option and arranged to have the work done the next day, on a Saturday. Workers arrived as scheduled and began work. The schedule called for work to be done that same day. Even though one of the workers had a health issue and was taken off in an ambulance and there were some additional issues found during the work the job was completed on that Saturday with a very successful completion. It was a longer day than expected, but we were glad to have our sewer connection back and working smoothly. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone with a drain problem. They have the knowledge, equipment, and people to get the job done.

I paid for the service ahead of time. He was unable to fix the leak that was causing the most problem because the piping was loose inside the wall and unaccessible. I ended up paying way more than it would have cost to have the one hose bib fixed. The work they did was done well. They gave me a future $50 discount because I was unhappy with the price I paid. I do not wish to pay for any more services before the work is bid or completed.

The only complaint is having to wait three weeks for the service to be provided. The service was excellent and I would probably use their services again.

Raman and his team lived up to their reviews! I really appreciated their dedication in completing the job in less than a day. Raman's quote was accurate so there were no additional expenditures, and he took the time to repeat with me the work he and his team would do to alleviate my concerns. The peace I have now is because of the great work they did!

Raman and John came about 5 days to look over the issue and try to figure out where the leak was located. After going under the house they discovered approximate area. Raman gave us two ways to go about fixing and the estimates for both. We chose to have the area of pipe replaced and although they highly recommended the complete replacement of the water main from the street shut off to the house they were good about us choosing the lesser expensive way. John and Ray returned on the appointed day, on time and ready to find the exact place. It didn't take them very long but needed to go get a part for the work. After doing that it was fixed in no time. Very professional guys and really seem to know their stuff. I will definitely will use them again.

Raman was professional, efficient and overall wonderful! We used his group twice now! The first time we called Drain Pro Plumbing, was to replace two toilets that my renters broke. He quickly calmed down my tenants and took care of business without issues.

Clogged washer drain flooded the laundry room. Drain Pro was able to schedule someone for the next morning. They also gave us 'best case' and 'worst case' price estimates when we called. Ray, the service technician, was professional and thorough. He looked for clean-outs under the house and in the garage (we don't have any). He was able to run a cable snake through the trap area and clean out the debris. He tested it thoroughly before leaving. Drain is now working great.

Raman and his team were great. We had a broken water line so we were completely out of water at the house. He was quick to respond, and based on the urgent nature of our project, juggled and adjusted his schedule to make sure he could come out as fast as possible to do the project. I had several bids done and Raman's cost was the lowest, and his service was the best...would use him again any day.

Very good, on time, very efficient work. Cost was what was estimated. They cleaned up and also re-attached the utility sink that we're currently using. It was two different jobs, and both times they were great. The first job was to lower the pipe under the sink, the second job was to replace a 1 1/2 inch pipe with a 2 inch pipe and to move the hot/cold pipes from the floor to the wall. I believe the cost was fair/good, but I don't know enough about plumbing costs to compare; however, I feel like it was worth it.
