Drain Pro Plumbing did the bathroom plumbing, including one toilet, 1 tub shower and 1 sink. They did hot and cold water line, and drains for the bathroom. Then connected to the main sewer line. This was a new additional bathroom on top of my garage. I was having a hard time figuring out what permits were needed, and how and where to get them. But Raman, is an exceptionally good professional, he not only did great plumbing work in my bathroom but also showed his professionalism, but handling the city permits and inspections for me. I just had to sit back, and relax. I am very satisfied with the money I put in this project because I got the most out of it. The plumbing crew was on time when the jobs started. They had all the permits, materials, and whole job lined up perfectly well. They cleaned the job site after they were done, and very well behaved crew members as well. I must say they are hard working, and dedicated, which is very less in today's world. I have used this company before, and trust their work with eyes closed. I have recommended them in the past to all my friends and family, and would like to further my recommendation to other Angie's list members also. Try their services,and you will have a go to company/ plumbers for life. GREAT JOB!!

He showed up on time and was very professional. He was training a young man while he worked. Very clean and responsive to questions. We liked him and his service alot. Would use him again for other plumbing jobs if his price is fair.

Raman was very prompt in returning my call on a Sunday (!) and a time was set for service the next morning. He called and was able to come earlier than expected. He quickly assessed the situation which was a problem with the main drain out to the sewer line with sewage accumulated underneath the house in the crawl space. The extent of work needed was not expected by either party and Raman was able to rearrange his other appointments to spend the day on fixing our serious problem. He needed to jack hammer through the asphalt and dig down approximately 4 feet to access the broken main line out from our house. He used the camera to go out beyond the problem to access for any further damage. He replaced the broken pipe and backfilled the area. He also fixed the faulty plumbing connection under the house. Raman is very kind and explains everything clearly. He is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled plumber. He works very efficiently. There were never any surprises on pricing etc. He cleaned up the area when the work was complete. Raman went above and beyond to solve our problem by connecting us with another company that could come and remove the sewage under the house. Drain Pro Plumbing is highly recommended and Raman will be the first person I call if any additional plumbing problems should arise.

My small home was built in1927 and I have lived here for 26 years. The drain pipes were original. I have never had the kitchen drain snaked because I never had problems with it draining until recently. Ramon spent a long time trying to snake the drain but the partially broken up material must have totally clogged the drain. From what I understand an old wall drain also made access difficult. Ramon recommended a new kitchen drain to run under the kitchen floor from the south side of the house to be connected sewer on the north side of the house. This involved cutting out a drywall ceiling in my basement. Ramon's crew was able to start work a few days after the attempted snaking and completed the work in 1 day. I was not home during the work but I believe Ramon gave good direction to his crew. There were a lot of electrical wiring they had to work around. Ramon came over a few days later to finish a few details. Clean up was good and things seem to be working well. Ramon was professional. I chose not to get an estimate from another company because it was an urgent repair.

We needed our kitchen and main drains cleaned out but because of a kitchen remodel some years ago, access to the main drain required some quite a bit of extra work. The owner of Drain Pro explained the extra work that had to be done to access the main drain and obtained our agreement before proceeding. He worked hard and did not waste any time. He seems like a very honest family man that takes his work seriously. We would use him again for plumbing work.

Showed up within time frame scheduled. Went well. Technician Raman performed the clearing and final inspection with courtesy and professionalism. Very genteel presence. It seems I could have saved even more if I'd signed on to Angies list before the services, but he still gave me a discount of 10% (initial cost was higher for me). Highly recommend to do a necessary job.

Job 1387 was a free estimate as stated and I understand that someone has to pay for the hour of estimating. That said, Mr. Singh did walk through the house, answered my questions directly and succinctly, and provided an estimate of $ 7500, VERY close to what I ultimately paid Spartan for the work. However, it was lacking insulation of piping, extra cutoff valves (though I didn't ask)...just a very basic estimate. At my request, he did add on a $3500 option to run a new line and shutoff from the street to the house (wasn't needed.) Again - free estimate and perhaps a "hurried" one at that because someone has to pay his time. I appreciated his time but I declined to contract due to the cost and "ambiguity" of the estimate and EXACTLY what I'd be getting. My other estimates from other contractors were more complete and really left little for me to question. Because of that, I personally wouldn't use the contractor again. I like to know exactly what I'm getting into (aside from the surprises you always run into with a major plumbing job.

The service provider came on time and provided good quality service.

We were able to get DrainPro out the very next morning following a late afternoon call the day before. They estimated 9am-10am for arrival, and showed up promptly at 9am. Everything was very professional. He wore covers over the shoes, and gave us an exact cost estimate before he performed the work. I thought it was a little pricey, but well worth it for the sense of trust and professionalism. No sales pitched, honest feedback, etc. We will use DrainPro again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

One of our pipes was clogged, which resulted in our not being able to use the washing machine or the kitchen sink - especially tough this time of year! Our regular plumber was booked up so I turned to Angie's List. To my amazement they were able to come same day, and it didn't take very long for the problem to be fixed. Raymond (if I'm remembering right?) was punctual and professional and very nice. He showed me the inside of the pipes via a camera he used, very interesting! (He also pointed out that we seem to have a small leak along the pipe from the roof, but that's a different adventure to be had. Sigh.)

Service was great. Raman answered my call and followed up in a very reasonable amount of time. He was on site within a few days of my request and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. And, this was done during a period of heavy rains. He is personable, professional and his overall service was excellent. He answered all questions in a way that I understood how system worked. I have Raman coming back for another plumbing job and would recommend him very highly to anyone needing plumbing work completed.

Raman answered the phone on my first call on a very rainy day and arrived at the time the he said he would, about three hours later. He was professional and helpful and he resolved the problem, which had probably been accumulating for 15 years. I was completely satisfied with the (limited) work that I asked of him and would use his services again. I do think that the price, $550+tax for about two hours of work as high and was definitely higher than I had expected, but given the circumstances I agreed to the price, which was given to me before beginning the work.

I have used Ramen before to replace a different more difficult drainage line. I knew I could count on him. I called Ramen frantically at about 9:30 on a Friday night. We found out the drain from our storage room that is routed through our storage room had a huge hole in it. Ramen offered to come out that night but we figured we just could get away with not using the kitchen sink until the morning. He told us that he would be here between 12:00-12:30 on Saturday morning. He showed up at our house at 12:10 exactly. He assessed the issue told us that he could connect the drain to the newer piping that he had installed last year and bring it back to the area right below the floor of the kitchen cabinet just to get us going until we were ready to do the rest of the work under our sink. Since we were not one of his regular appointments today Ramen came out to at least get us going. He had a full schedule for today but he wanted to help us. (All of the piping under my sink was done by an unlicensed plumber before we bought the house. We know that has to be done but we were not ready to do it today.) He had the situation finished by 1:15. That included me writing the check out to him. No extra charge for a Saturday call. No emergency service fee. Just a regular bill. I was expecting a much more expensive job. As usually Ramen shows up in professional dress uniform. Even in the cold weather he even had a clean DrainPro jacket on. He is professional and very nice to me. One of the other things that I like about Ramen is that he does not talk to you like you are stupid. He is very calm and willing to show you everything that he did for you BEFORE you pay him. He wants you to understand the work that he has done and the reason for the pricing! We have a quote to finish converting all of my old supply lines to copper and to redo the spaghetti mess that is under my sink. I will be using Ramen for that work. As far as I am concerned no one else will work on my home plumbing but Ramen!!! Hghly recommend.

They were courteous and professional, showed up on time, got done on schedule, didn't make any mess that wasn't required, and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't ask them to come look at the septic system parts (I honestly didn't know what was wrong with those), but they worked on those under the same price estimate while they were here, which was very nice. The septic system alarm went off the night after they finished, and they came back for free to work on the pump timer, calling the manufacturer to learn about how to tune it properly. I'm hoping it fixes the issue, but I'll have to wait to see. The manager was very professional in giving the original estimate, and was courteous and considerate when discussing the work with me on the phone as it progressed and after they left.

Raman did a great job. This was a difficult job and Raman rearranged his schedule to get the work accomplished. I have a concrete slab in a rental house that had settled significantly over 35 years. This caused interior plumbing in kitchen to break where it entered the slab and clog/backup kitchen and dishwasher drain pipe. Unfortunately this break happened quite some time ago and was draining under the slab and under the vinyl flooring. It also stunk horribly. The tenants never said a word about it even though the the kitchen sink and dishwasher were left virtually unusable and stank like a sewer. I did a slabjack to raise the floor to its original height. Raman did a camera inspection and discovered that the connection to the sewer had separated in addition to the kitchen work we knew had to be taken care of. Both areas required concrete removal to gain access to the pipes for repair. Raman took out the concrete, replaced the connections and about 6 feet of pipe that was under the kitchen floor that had failed. Concrete had to be removed and replaced to do this work. I am pleased to have found a plumber that was willing and able to do this work. I will be keeping his business card for future work.

Raman and his crew were excellent. There are few things more distressing for a home owner than a break in your main water line! I talked to 3 compaines about this problem and received 2 estimates. I chose Raman because of his excellent reviews on Angies list, his competitive price and because he was able to provide the service soonest. His crew did an excellent job. They were able to cut a hole in our concrete driveway, and directional bore through a complicated path to our house. They placed a large sleeve so that if I ever have problems with my waterliine in the future, replacement will be easy. They also redid the plumbing to our garage. Finally, they patched the hole in our concrete and matched the aggregate surface such that it is difficult to tell they were ever there. Raman communicated very well and was very attentive during this process. His crew were excellent. The job took 2 days and they kept the area very clean while they worked. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I will definitely call Raman.

We were referred to Drain Pro initially by Amazon.com to install a toilet we bought online, and made a subsequent appt for today to take care of some substandard valves. Raman was friendly and courteous; he explained the problem with our fixtures and got to work straightaway. The only downside was that we had initially made this appt for yesterday, and had to be rescheduled due to an emergency. However, they fit us in right away for a reschedule, so that is a definite positive - I understand stuff happens, especially with small businesses. He arrived approximately 25 minutes after the window we were given, but did call before the window was closed to let us know he was on the way. Overall, I would definitely use them again.

Raman initially quoted the previous day, $700 to $1000 for a job that entailed digging around the water meter box and down a couple of feet to get to the main pipe that connects to the meter pipe. He could not be more specific on the price without digging into it and seeing exactly what was going on. I've done small DIY plumbing work around the house, and there would always be other issues that pop up, so I understood why he could not be more specific. I actually did the digging myself in order to cut down on the cost. Raman said he would be over at 4:30, but luckily for me he was able to come by at 3:30. He looked at the situation, and pointed out that the meter pipe that leads to the main PVC pipe to my house was rusted and it would be the next thing to fail. He suggested replacing the pipe from the meter to where it connects to the PVC pipe. I agreed, and then he wrote up a formal quote of about $650. Once he put in new copper pipe and connected it to the PVC pipe, he had me take a look at it prior to filling back up the hole. I really appreciated that he did this rather than just filling it up and calling it done. Raman had the water turned back on, and the leak was gone. He then filled the hole back up. By the way, half the time he was here, it had already gotten dark outside. Raman was doing the work in the dark, but with the use of a flashlight. When he wrote up the final bill, it came to about $590 including tax and a discount for being an Angie's List member. This was a great experience. Raman was very responsive every time I called. Of the handful of calls I made to him, there was only once where I had to leave a voice message, but he returned the call within the hour. I would call on Drain Pro again, and recommend them to others.

The day before he called to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time and took one glance at what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Once I agreed he got right to work. He worked quickly and when he was done he made sure to check for leaks. It took him about an hour. The estimate was exactly what the final charge was (parts + labor).

Called on Saturday, and they actually answered and booked a Monday appointment. They showed up a half an hour before than the 2 hour window I was given. Better than late, though it did affect my schedule. They called me and said that without knowing "exactly" where the issue was, they could quote me $1000 fix for the job. Instead, I asked for a quote to diagnose the issue, which was $295. Once they diagnosed the issue, breaks in the pipe where I had said, they recommended a $2400 replacement of the line from the main to the house. I asked for an alternative. The alternative, which he could not guarantee, was to repair the immediate break, for a mere $785. 2 1/2 hours after arriving, he sent me photos of the before and after, and billed me just over $840, or $336/hour. When they have you over a barrel, with something like a water leak, you are vulnerable. Just be aware!

Raman verified the rubber flapper was the cause of the toilet leaking, he ordered the parts and a few weeks later came back to install it, along with a complete rebuild of the mechanism in the tank. All of the parts were worn and would be causing trouble sooner than later.

Arrived on time, analyzed the problems and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner at a fair price. Also gave expert advise to prevent future drainage problems. I will use Drain Pro Plumbing again (if needed).

Raman suspected our main sewer line was clogged. Which was confirmed after camera inspection. He took the time to show me on the monitor where the problem was. We have a root problem in our sewer line and he also showed me that on the monitor as well. It helped me understand what needs to be done to prevent this problem in the future. Drainpro was very thorough, knowledgeable and got the job done. Never thought I would be so happy to do laundry.
