Mike of Drain Pro Plumbing was timely, professional and experienced. Mike explained what the problem was and did not mind me following him into the crawl space. Also, he was patient answering my questions and made recommendations that made sense. I appreciate that he gave me several options to solve the sewer issues of an older plumbing system.

Raman is a very down to earth and affable guy. I did the majority of the bathroom renovation myself and he offered free advice on how best to tile and finish the renovation to increase the success of the plumbing. The plumbing itself was great. Unlike some plumbers, he didn't attempt to cut through a floor joist to install a drain line. He was also very patient and agreed to come back when we discovered a certain toilet part was missing.

I was surprised to call and have someone come out a few hours later the same day since my problem wasn't an emergency. The Drain Pro Plumbing employee showed up right on time and assessed the situation. Despite the main shut off valve on the street not working properly (luckily, the water company will have to fix that one), Mike managed to get a new valve put on. He was very patient with my questions and honest/upfront about things. The only minor complaint I have is I was given a much lower possible quote over the phone by someone else when I originally called. However, the plumber went above and beyond to fix my problem right then and there and the 90 day guarantee keeps my mind at ease (I always worry the worst will happen). I will keep them in mind for the future.

Raman was out to inspect the problem within hours of me calling to request an estimate, which was very much appreciated as there was a strong odor in my crawl space from a leaky drain pipe. He diagnosed the problem and set an appointment time right away. When the plumber arrived to do the job he was punctual and did what he said he was going to do.

Raymond came out the very next morning after I called him to request service. We had gotten several quotes for this service before contacting him and his bid was well below the competitors. He was very upfront about communicating to me the possible issues with the job and making sure I wanted to move forward. Luck was on our side and the job ran very smooth with no issues, they were able to clean the drain line completely and even took a video so we could see the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

Ramen was competitive with price and arrived at the job on time. Despite several protect setbacks he was agreeable to our schedule and scope changes. When our Fireplace installers made a mistake, he worked with them to make sure the install was done correctly. The only point of improvement comes from other crew feedback. Some of the other contractors on the job weren't thrilled with the communication on job between crews. As the home owner I never had a problem with communication and would work with them again.

Work is fast and efficient. Price is as quote. They only need to dig small holes on the street and inside the garage, then patch the ground and concrete after city inspection passed.

They used the snake three times, the vacuum twice, and eventually got the clog caused by cooking grease. The guy, also the owner, was very friendly, patient, and responsible. He also cleaned up after himself. I'll definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Not only does he finish all nicely but also he follows up with jobs he done. Very Reliable person.

I called Raman for an estimate and he was able to come quickly and was on time. His estimate was competitive and detailed and he answered questions openly and honestly. He was able to schedule the repair within a week and again showed up on time and provided great service and communication. He explained things clearly. When an unforeseen issue came up after they dug down four feet to replace the pipe, he gave an estimate for that fix and ultimately repaired it for less than the estimate. Raman is very impressive, easy to work with, honest and does great work. I very rarely write reviews but do so in this case because of the high quality of work and service we received. Went beyond my expectation. Jobs went very well. When trying to determine if we needed a new water shut off valve, Raman wanted to see if he could find one in the house first. Amazingly he found it behind some drywall. This ultimately reduced what I could have been charged for a much larger job. What more can I say about how honest that is? When we had a contractor place a enclosed space for where the valve was, the contractor even remarked that the hole was cut with a mind of placing the enclosure. That is honest, thorough, and meticulous work. Drain Pro Plumbing Inc, has handled our water heater, installed a sump pump, and helped with the set-up of the water shut off valve. Without hesitation I would recommend them for any plumbing needs. I was always kept informed on when services would happen, they never missed a date or time, and the work was done quickly and the quality of work has always been excellent. As expected, they can be a little busy, so not always able to come out as fast as I might like, but again it is to be expected based on the quality of work they do.

He removed my 25 year old pressure relief valve expecting to increase the water pressure throughout the house. We were both 95% sure that was the problem as it was original to the house. He replaced the valve and the water pressure did not change. He went down in the crawl space to see where the water line came into the house to make sure there weren't any additional valves, but there wasn't anything else. He then plumbed the pressure gauge to the pipe straight from supply coming into the house without the valve connected and the pressure was the same without the valve. He then stated that they may have buried another pressure relief valve on the line going from the meter to my house. I was very skeptical as this would be pretty stupid to have two pressure relief valves on a single line. We went out to the meter again and scratched around and found another valve in a box buried under a plant. The plan now is to dig up both boxes and and plumb the line straight from the meter into the house and let the new pressure relief valve in the house do its job. They are coming back tomorrow to complete the job. He was very professional and was willing to put the old pressure relief valve back on, but since it was 25 years old and starting to fail I did;t think that would be a good idea.

The job went well, even though I was concerned about the unknown factors of digging such a deep hole. Other plumbers did not want to dig that hole, citing possible problems with existing underground utility lines and cumbersome tree roots that might not be visible. Other plumbers also warned me that a beautiful dogwood tree next to the hole would more than likely not survive the dig. But Ramon from Drain Pro was confident that he could do the job and save the existing tree and nearby shrubs. Well, the job is done, the landscape remains relatively unscathed, and the actual hole is not that large. It won't take much more than some grass seed to get the yard back in shape. Drain Pro was not the least expensive option, but now that the job is finished, I am glad I went with them. Less expensive options would have included digging a 4-foot "clean-out" hole about 40 feet away, clearing the tree roots with a "warthog," and then using Root-X, a root-killing chemical about once or twice a year. Ramon convinced me to spend the extra money and get the job done right, rather than doing yearly "maintenance" on the broken pipe connection. We are about as happy as we can be, considering this was a big expense, which was (of course) not planned for. We would use Drain Pro again, and I recommend their services.

It went well even though the old faucet installation was not up to code. Raman had to do more work than expected because of the problems with the existing faucet but he didn't charge extra. I am very pleased with his work.

I had this work done after an initial attempt to clean out a block in the sewer line failed. The guys came on top and dug a big hole in the area they had indicated on the previous trip. I say big but it was really deep and not super long/wide. They were very careful of the plants I pointed out which were nearby as well. I was really impressed by the way they just went at the job without taking a break! They were knowledgeable about the job and plumbing in general and answered all of my questions to help me understand various aspects of the job. They also pointed out to me problems that I might have in the future or things I might want to get checked out at some point. Ron, John and Ron were the guys on the job (easy to remember - they rhyme!) though I met Ramon the day before when we attempted to clear the blockage. All were great to work with and communicated well about timings as well. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others!

Raman was great to work with. He was a very friendly guy, helpful, informative and flexible with requests. He gave us the costs for different options for our most critical needs (fixing/replacing very old faucets with bad leaks) and any additional work that I requested while he was here. We ended up having him do all of the plumbing work that we needed because he seemed like the best guy I would find to work with. Raman and his staff cleaned up well after removing a lot of plaster to access the pipes behind our bathroom. He made sure to check that everything was satisfactory before calling the work finished. The price seemed reasonable for the amount of work.

He promptly responded on a Saturday morning gave a time window of 11:00 to 1:00 to show up. Showed up just after 11. He was easy to talk to and was friendly. fixed the problem and cleaned up.

A Rep came out to take a look, said we just needed it clean. He cleaned it right away. When the service was done, he cleaned up better than my hubby does. The Rep was super nice and worked around my child's napping schedule.

Our issue was annoying but not an emergency. The day of our appointment Raman called and was very sorry that he was going to have to push our appointment window out. He called again and was extremely apologetic that the call he was at was worse than he thought with pipes bursting and flooding and we would have to reschedule us for another day. This did not upset me at all in fact I was happy to know that if it had been me with the bursting pipes that they wouldn't leave me for a non emergent appointment. With a preschooler my schedule is crazy and they were able to come out the next week to scope the drain with the camera and determine that all was working properly and the issue was the low flow toilet that the former owners had put it. We needed a new toilet and Raman told us that my Son and I could follow them to go pick one out or they could go out and get us a good one. I would much rather trust a plumber with picking out a good working toilet then dragging my Son on a mission I know nothing about. They returned with a beautiful new toilet and installed it, all the while being super patient and kind to my young Son who was fascinated with the whole process and had so many questions about their tools and what they were doing. Both Raman and the man he had working with him were awesome. Right away I noticed that the seat felt weird, Raman came back and put my old seat on it and it was better but I quickly realized that the seat wasn't the problem my beautiful new toilet was just way to tall for my 5'4" frame and I could not plant my feet on the ground while sitting comfortably on the seat . I was really upset and wasn't sure what to do, Do I just deal with it and get upset every time I sit on it? I had spent a lot of money, would I have to buy a foot stool for my brand new toile?. I was going to call on Monday and before I could Sunday afternoon Raman called to make sure we were happy with our service. I wasn't privy to the whole conversation because he spoke with my Husband but from what I heard Raman at Drain Pro was going to make it right, and he did. They just left. I have a new toilet that flushes like a dream and allows my feet to touch the ground and I couldn't be happier. I would call Raman at Drain Pro again and again. They are on the top of my plumber recommendation list.

Raman came by after I gave him a vague list of things I needed fixed. He cleared my drain, installed a new disposal, and noticed that my faucet had an internal leak and had rusted. I had to buy a new faucet so he came back later that day after I had gone out to get one and installed it. I later noticed that my air gap still had a leak and called Raman to come back and take a look, which he did and fixed it. I'm very pleased with the workmanship of the installation and would not hesitate to hire Raman again for future plumbing projects.

For our new bathroom, we needed to install an almost 100 feet+ side sewer outdoor in addition to plumbing work inside This is a very costly part of our project. Not having dealt with sewer stuff in the past, we dreaded to get it started for a year until this February. I interviewed 5-6 companies and decided to go with Raman's crew. And I can't be happier with the result. Raman's bid was competitive and his crew was very hard working and polite. Raman himself is a very very hard worker as well. We had a very tight timeline and I could not believe that they got the job done in just 5 days!!! Everyday they arrived on time, worked non-stop except for a short lunch break. They just worked and worked. Different from some other contractors, they didn't job hop and they are very disciplined. Since we live in Bellevue, they needed to work with the Bellevue inspector's requirements. The Bellevue inspector told me at the end that they did a very good job. Our property is a fix-up. Since we moved here we have not stopped "fixing" it up. Having dealt with many many contractors of various specialty, I must say that I feel extremely happy with my choice of Drain Pro. They exceeded my expectations on all fronts and have my highest recommendation!

Raman and his crews did a good job. Raman was careful to make sure that he and I were on the same page regarding work to be completed. Workers showed up on schedule, demonstrated a sincere concern for customer satisfaction, and cleaned up afterward. After we expressed concern about the accessibility of the shut off valves for the washing machine water supply, Raman returned and completely re-plumbed the pipes to make access easier. Raman was both prompt and pleasant with all communication.

I would highly recommend Raman. He was very punctual and professional, and did a fantastic job solving a plumbing problem as we needed a toilet added to a small space that required hook up to our existing line. His bid was by far the most competitive, and he helped us problem solve to keep costs down. He was very responsive to our schedule needs, and the whole project took less than 3 hours. He was straightforward and a pleasure to work with, and the new toilet works great. I will not hesitate to use Drain Pro again, and can recommend their services!

The drains in my house blocked, and i had to call in for help in the middle of the night. I called in a couple different companies, but Drain Pro Plumbing made the quick rapid response, they came in around 8:00 pm and diagnosed that the sewer line needs to be repaired. They repaired 5 feet section in the sewer line in between the garage and driveway. They lit the area up, and started digging, and made the repair in the five feet section. The job took them around 5-6 hours. They worked non stop, and got it done before MIDNIGHT. I am very thankful to the whole team, they worked tirelessly all night to make the necessary repairs, and got the lines up and running. They also got the inspection done the next day, and even the inspector commenced them on the good job they did. He also said that some plumbers might not be able to do this in broad day light, but they did a very clean job for night time repair. I am very glad I chose them and trusted them for this sewer repair. Their price was also very reasonable, as some companies might charge exceptionally high due to the job being an emergency job completed at night. I saved more on hiring them. I have another plumbing job lined up for them as I got a good plumbing estimate for a new bathroom, at one of my other properties. I hired them for that job also as they are very reliable and work efficient. I trust them and would recommend them to everyone. TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE!!
