Hired Drain Pro after reading reviews and was not disappointed. Raman did an awesome job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet!

Amazing! They were done in exactly the time frame they estimated, 5 days. They're efficient and on time. The job site was left in better shape than when they started. They even took the time to put our berry posts back in place. We will recommend them to everyone who asks.

Their service was great! They visited to assess the problem, wrote up a quote, and did the work all in one day! Their work was excellent and their quote was by far the lowest of three bids. We are very happy to recommend them.

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.

Very well. Mike and Bob arrived on time. Diagnosed source of leak in crawl space quickly. Left to get materials to do repair and finished it promptly. Very polite. Repair was costly but $65 coupon for Angie's list brought price down to a more reasonable range. Would hire again.

I called Drain Pro Plumbing around 9 am and Ramen showed up around 11:30 am. He was fast and thorough to clean our plugged drain in the basement. I would definitely use Drain Pro Service again!

Great. I received 3 bids and Drain Pro's was the most competitive and thorough. We scheduled a date, and installation was done in a day. They removed my old electric water heater and were tidy and very professional. I paid by check as they left. Now I will have to install an electrical outlet next to the heater but meanwhile, it's on an extension cord... Looking forward to 24-hour hot water, and a lower electric bill!

I called Drain Pro Plumbing at 8:00 to come fix a plugged drain (Kitchen, Laundry, and downstairs bathroom). Raman was on site by 10:00 and quickly cleared the plug. He kept running the auger up and down to make sure the plug was totally cleared. He then used a garden hose to get a lot of water in quickly to clean things out and make sure that it could handle a large flow of water. I was up and operational by 11. They did a great job, cleaned up the area and their charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if we need any other plumbing work done.

So thankful for showing up within a day and solving the problem. After a remodel on an old bathroom, we feared it would be must more costly. They even identified an old drain under the hallway carpet that we didn't even know existed!

Drain Pro plumbing installed a new Toto flush mount toilet for us which requires a bit more work and effort than standard toilet installations. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They have done other projects for us in the past such as convert a single vanity in the master to a dual vanity and redo plumbing in the kitchen to accommodate our IKEA drawer. I would hire them again for any future projects.

The tech for our first appt was delayed so we had to reschedule. Once the company found out the tech was running late, they provided amazing service when rescheduling. During the day of the installation, they were prompt. Additionally, we had to call them one more time a week after the installation, and they came back on the same day to repair the issue.

Came, diagnosed, fixed all within an hour. Would highly recommend.

I have used other plumbers before...none of whom did the work entirely to my satisfaction, and many of whom found ways to increase their "firm" quotes. I chose Drain Pro because of their almost perfect 5-star rating. I now know why they have that rating. The man who took my call was Raymond or Raman (Ramandeep Singh), the company president. He was pleasant, friendly, and gave me a reasonable ballpark quote (assuming no major problems). It was not the lowest estimate to do the job, but I wanted it done right. He arrived right on time. The only part of the job that went smoothly was the bathroom faucet replacement, and it went quickly. The kitchen sink partial-clog turned out to be several heavy accretions of hardened grease in one eight-foot section of pipe that had become CONcretions over the years -- some of the grease had come from previous owners...and likely some from us. He tried the big power-snake twice, but couldn't force the gizmo (heavy steel screw-spring) through the blockage. He slithered into the crawlspace to see if there were some abnormality in the pipes...nope. So up he came -- he took off the gizmo, and forced the bare cable-end through the blockages, back and forth several times -- ran the water to see if the blockage was gone...nope, even worse than before (he felt that some of the smaller blockages had moved, become a "log-jam"). He tried it again with the gizmo...nope. At this point he said there were only two good solutions: (a) cut out and replace the section of pipe with the hardened blockages; and (b) bring in the cavalry with special equipment and do a "hydro-jet" clean out -- both these processes would more than double his original bid. But just to be sure, he tried it once more with just the bare snake-end. And lo & behold, the blockage was gone! ...I hope. Raman said it could come back, and we could do the hydro-jet operation, if needed. Then he rebuilt a toilet (several small problems). The bolts holding the tank on were so bad he had to use a sawzall to cut them off. He replaced all the parts, installed the new flush mechanism, and it is now as silent as can be. Hallelujah! With all the problems he encountered, I expected a demand (or request) for more money. Nope. He stuck with his original bid. As I said at the top, his wasn't the low bid. But he did all the work correctly, kept everything spotless clean, and was friendly and cheerful throughout. Without any hesitation, I strongly recommend this company in general, and Raman in particular.

Quick repair- turned out to be a quite straightforward repair, and the charge was discounted from the original estimate.

I got a kitchen sink backup and after trying to clean things up myself quickly realized I need a pro. I found Drain Pro Plumbing here, they had good reviews and a deal for what I needed, so I claimed a deal around 11pm. I've got call around 8am next morning, asked if they can help me out on the same day, they quickly called back and confirmed appointment the same day, even the same morning. Michael came as scheduled, was very friendly and professional, have been explaining what he is doing and why. Due to the nature of the blockage we had he wasn't able to fix it during the first visit, so he explained why jetstream is the best way forward. Important to mention that there was no sales pressure, just explanation of what is happening, what other options are. He also applied the deal payment to the jetstream service that was scheduled next day, because that requires separate trailer. Next day he and his colleague came with jetstream, camera, and more other tools. As day before they were very professional, have been explaining what is happening, what they doing, and why. Needless to say that they left workplace very clean. They honored all estimates and deals, were absolutely honest and open, haven't tried to sell me anything, only to solve the problem.
