outstanding! Raman was able to get me worked into his schedule on short notice (just in time for SeaFair!). He kept me appraised of the costs, work area was kept clean. He was pretty efficient.

I called them up and got a gruff Hello. No name of company or can I help you. I confirmed that this was the company I was trying to reach. He said yes and I began to explain my issue and he cut me off stating no one could help me till Friday. (This was a Monday.) I then called a few other plumbers looking for someone else, but the other companies were either unresponsive and didn't call back or were just overbooked and couldn't get out to me for more then a few weeks. Begrudgingly, I called them and booked an appointment. This second time I called, I got a more friendly voice, stating "Drain Pro, How can I help you?" or at least something to that effect. He readily answered my questions about rates and times available. So I booked an appointment. The day of my appointment came and I got no phone confirmation. My appointment window came and went. So I called them up to find when my plumber was coming. Again I got the friendly greeting and found out that they had actually confused my appointment with someone else who had cancelled. He offered to come out right away and shortly arrived. When A_ got here, he was very professional and got straight to work. Once the drain was opened he showed me where everything was that needed to be replaced to make the needed repairs. It really did need the work, and at no time did I feel pressured. Once I okayed the cost, he got out the entire sink assembly and replaced all the pipes from wall to the faucet. He had to run out briefly and buy a new faucet setup, which I was not consulted on the style for the new one. He cleaned up everything nicely, even behind the sink before remounting it. A once again apologized for the mix up and offered me a small discount for an Angie's List review. We paid and parted ways. I have had no complaints with the sinks plumbing since.

Very well. We called Drain Pro at about 8:00pm, Mike arrived at about 8:30pm, and the supply line was fixed by 10:00pm. It wasn't cheap, but certainly less than I feared for emergency service.

Raman was quick and responsive on all the calls to set up the appointment. He arrived to the appointment on time and was prompt at doing the job. He quote included multiple options and a promise to not charge if he cannot fix the problem. It shows Raman is proud of his work and passionate to get his job done right. He installed the sink garbage disposal unit promptly and did not take the additional steps he thought he would have to do if it did not work. Fixing the external pipe was more involved. RAman assessed the job and reworked his estimate to get an approval before starting his work. For the bathroom faucet, he tried fixing but the job required replacing the old one. So we rescheduled. Raman did not charge for the partially done work. I have hired him again for the next job.

Excellent! Raman is the best. Kind, courteous and always fair with his price. We were leaving on vacation the day he started. I usually like to be around when someone is working on the house but I have used Raman quite a few times on previous projects and had the upmost confidence in him. I was comfortable leaving knowing he would be there to solve the problem.

Quick and easy. Raman provided an estimate over the phone and provided a written estimate before the job. He was knowledgeable, and his pricing was fair.

It's refreshing that Raman and Mike are more concerned with taking care of their clients then simply up selling products/services like too many of their competitors (especially the local big name shops)

Drain Pro to the rescue, AGAIN! Because of the poor piping in the house there is not enough water going through the pipes to flush the system when we use the garbage disposal. Mike came out snaked the system and cleaned the drain vent. From the moment he arrived until he left was less than 40 minutes. He had me fixed and ready to go! Perfect service as always. Again very satisfied with Drain Pro!!!

Unclogged sewer line, then scoped to look for potential problems. Another company usually scopes first, then clear the clog so you never really get to see what your line actually looks like when it's clear and to see potential problems. Drain Pro was super prompt, got us an appointment quickly, was helpful and informative and helped us pinpoint our sewer line location for future reference. Gave us future recommendations to keep the sewer free and clear. Mike was extremely helpful and informative. We have used other companies and Drain Pro is now our go to company when needed.

I called Drain Pro in the morning to have my garbage disposal replaced. Raman has been very professional since the beginning. pretty upfront and straight with expectations and pricing. I got same day appointment. The work is clean, professional. Pricing is competitive too. Will be glad to call upon them for plumbing needs again.

Turns out it was a very big deal, and not something a snake could fix. Piping needs to be replaced. I'm obviously bummed about the outcome, but Mike was gracious, polite, informative, and about as nice of a guy as you could get. I definitely trusted his assessment, and appreciated the hour he took to ensure it wasn't just clogging a snake could fix.

Straightforward, prompt, and professional. Showed up early, finished the job in about 30 minutes, and highlighted some other issues which needed to be addressed (but didn't get too pushy with trying to sell me).

This guy makes it look easy -- he observed the leak from the crawlspace, then looked in under the sink. From that, determined that the problem was three feet to the left behind another cabinet. Cut the back out of the cabinet, and cut a piece out of the drywall behind it, and bingo there was the cracked drainpipe. No exploratory wallboard surgery needed. An hour later a new section of pipe was installed and the kitchen was back in business. By the rules, plumbers cant do carpentry so will have to finish that off myself, so it was really nice to have the minimal amount of destruction to get at the leak. Job Well Done!

It was easy to get a same-day appointment. Mike called when he was an hour out and was right on time. I explained that the city had a backup in the main a few weeks ago and I was concerned that it was happening again. We needed to be sure it wasn't in our line, so Mike ran a camera out. He did find 1 small blockage that he cleared and then was able to verify that it's the city's problem. He wrote all the details on the invoice and told me if the city's employees had any questions, they could call him. He was done in just over an hour. He was very polite and professional. I'd use Drain Pro again.

Last night our kitchen sink drain became clogged. My husband and I tried to plunge it, which did not work. Then we tried Drano and that did not work. I then looked on Angie?s List for plumbers who serve our area. Drain Pro had excellent reviews so at 11:00pm I left a message on their 24 hour answering service. I received a call first thing this morning and set an appointment with Raman to come to our house. Raman arrived promptly at the appointment time and went to work on our sink. It only took him about 25 minutes to clear the drain. He said he had to go down about 13ft with the drain snake to reach the clogged area. He explained to us what had happened which was very helpful. And, we received a $65 discount for being a new customer! We are very relieved that we didn?t have to wait days for someone to show up. After all, the kitchen sink is the hub of all cooking needs, etc! Raman was very prompt, professional, and personable. Drain Pro is a full service plumbing company so we will definitely hire Raman and Drain Pro for any future needs. Obviously we highly recommend Drain Pro and Raman. Gratefully, Brenda

I don't normally write reviews, but I cannot recommend Drain Pro enough. I called them yesterday with a tight timeline to have the services performed and they were able to accommodate my schedule by setting an appointment for the next day. They were very professional, courteous, and punctual. I, like most people, have had bad experiences with plumbers, but with Drain Pro, I felt like I was in good hands and would definitely use them again. Thanks!

My toilet start flowing out suddenly and water start flowing in the whole house, i start calling the plumbing companies and waited long made and cancel few appointments because everyone says they are on their way and no one showed and start making excuses. then I call this company and talked with Raman and they showed up earlier than expected and keep coordinating all the way very well and quickly they diagnose the problem is outside the house my line has leakage in the pipe and tree roots get in the line. they dig the hole and relapse the damage area pipe in a very short time and very professionalize way. I am rely impressed with there team work and quickly completing the Job.

Michael was great from beginning to end. He called me to tell me he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He was on time. He gave me a quote on the spot and seemed very confident & knowledgeable about what we asked of him. We hired him on the same day that he gave us the quote and he was able to do the work that day. He went to get supplies and came back at the time that he said he would. We needed him to be done by 2pm, which he was able to do. He hit one snag and consulted us on alternatives before he moved forward. We would recommend this company to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

We went with Raman because our neighbors highly recommended him. His references also gave him excellent feedback. I felt strongly about having my house repiped with copper plumbing. Most plumbers that gave bids attempted to talk me out of copper. Rather than try to talk me out of the copper, Raman educated me on the different types of copper that could be used. He also gave me great advice and information about different details of the job during the bid process and when he was doing the work. He really knows his stuff and he has the right equipment to get the job done right. He had no hesitation about installing a copper water main from the street to the house which is about 50 feet. Also, I really like having the owner/operator come to the site and give the bid. I was able to ask all of my questions directly to the person who knows exactly how the job needs to be done. Raman and his crew worked very, very hard and completed the repipe in just three days. The drain lines were not part of the original bid, but it became quite clear that we would need to get these replaced. There was also an issue with where we originally wanted the toilet moved, so we had to make some unanticipated changes to our original plan, which extended the time it took to complete the job by several days. Two of Raman's employees came out on a Saturday to wrap everything up and get the work completed. I really appreciated this because I really wanted my basement floor to be closed up. Raman was responsive to my questions and concerns along the way, and I am not always an easy customer. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the project. For example, I didn't like the black PVC pipe that extended from the wall to our sink drain. He trimmed this back and installed a chrome drain under our sink so that it was much more aesthetic. I have only a couple of concerns about the overall experience. Raman didn't always have an eye toward the overall finished basement. For example, the main run for the copper supply lines were installed right down the center of the hallway ceiling. This makes it impossible to center any recessed lighting in our hallway. I should mention that I am acting as my own GC in this basement remodel, and it has been a learning experience. After the supply lines were installed, I realized I should have had a conversation with Raman about placement prior to installation. Secondly, as mentioned before, it's clear that Raman works very, very hard and interactions sometimes felt rushed with him. Both of these concerns can be easily addressed by being well prepared when checking in and asking questions, and taking time to talk about the small details of the job. Thus, in spite of these concerns, I would absolutely hire Drain Pro Plumbing again because I know the job will be done well.

It was raining from my bathroom into my basement, and after calling four other providers who were unavailable until the next day, I came across Drain Pro. Raman answered the phone immediately and advised me (correctly) on how to deal with the problem until he could make it there. He told me he had two calls before me, and took the time to explain why he had to attend both before coming to me. He arrived promptly at exactly the time he had given me, and was extremely courteous and professional. He was very clear at the start about the charge for finding the source of the leak and diagnosing my plumbing problem, and after finding the source he then carefully outlined the charges for doing the repair work before proceeding. Unlike other plumbers I've worked with, these charges were accurately reflected in the final total (i.e. no hidden extras). Raman did a solid, professional job, and I definitely would (and given the age of my house's plumbing, probably will) use Drain Pro in the future.
