Very good representative for the company. Based on his honesty, I would use him again if I needed any work done.

Service excellent. Unclogged sewer on short notice and relined main sewer. Initial price offered for relining was a little high. I called other plumbers and Drain Pro beat their competitor's price. Quality work done by good people.

It went well. Raman was able to put in new pipes and fix the leak within a few hours. I found the entire process stress-free. I would highly recommend him.

Raman's quote was competitive and comprehensive. It included line by line items on things we discussed. He made things much more simple than other plumbers we talked to. We liked that he was able to provide comprehensive service that included the entire drain/sewer/water supply system. He was on site daily supervising and working alongside his crew. He did great work and even came back to troubleshoot a potential leak without cost to us ( it turned out not to be related to any of the work he completed). We passed our inspections without any problem. We're pleased with his work and would not hesitate to use him again.

Raman was incredibly helpful with thoughts as to diagnosing the cause of our master shower that has been leaking. He spend over 30min assessing the problem and gave his opinion that it was most likely problems with the tile/seal versus a plumbing leak. He gave me options and what to look for while dealing with this issue. He was very professional, on-time, thorough, and didn't charge me for the visit telling me he didn't do anything!! I was fully expecting a charge as he spent over 30minutes and came to my house. I would definitely cal Drain Pro again for any plumbing needs!

We called Drain Pro because our bathtub was draining very slowly. We had previously had this "fixed" by another company. Michael first tried to snake out the drain but it wasn't working. When he had a closer look at the drain from underneath, he found the previous company's work left a "MaGuyver'ed" solution in place, not a long term fix. He recommended replacing the horizontal and old galvanized drain pipe. He came back on another day to do that work. The job was difficult because the space was extremely tight. After sawing through the pipe, inside he found a 7 inch piece of a broken off snake that was left by the previous company that was clogging the drain. Michael was knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely hire him again.

I left a (non-emergency) message on Sat evening, and Raman responded on Sunday morning. We agreed on a window of time for Monday, and he reached out to communicate when he was running a bit later than expected for our appointment. Very professional, great communicator. Raman explained the repair, what the replacement part did, and broke down the estimate by parts/ labor so I knew exactly what I was paying for. He also took the time to explain other unrelated plumbing quirks in the house. I especially appreciate, as a woman, that Raman did not speak down to me or dumb-down the explanation of the parts and repair as many vendors do.

The plumber was courteous, and professional. Answered all my questions about the warranty on the work. Was able to take care of the issues all in one morning. Replaced the handle on the shower as well as the cartridge, and when the force required with the new handle was slightly more than with the old handle, did a field fix to lessen the force. Cautioned me about things that might cause failures. Did a quick check on some other things while he was here. Would recommend him, and use him again.

In the main, I am very pleased. Plumbing work is so very expensive, and I don't know how they compare to other plumbers for the same work, I needed to get something done, so I hired them on the spot. I do intend to call them again and when I get enough funds, I hope to have them line the side sewere, though I will likely get estimates from a few companies for that.

I called late Monday afternoon and they said they could come out Tuesday morning between 9 and 10 to take a look. Michael called to confirm he was on the way, and arrived right at 9:30. He was very courteous and thorough. He identified the probable issue, gave me a quote up front for the initial work, removed the toilet to access through its drain, used an inspection camera to the extent possible, and tried the simple fix with a huge professional snake through my toilet drain. Due to the severity of my issue, this didn't resolve it. He told me the next step would be to install a sewer cleanout, which would probably require tunneling under my front porch, and then use a big hydro-jetting machine to clear the line. He explained the process in detail, answered all my questions, and said they could do it the next day. He gave me a quote for the total work (both days), though he noted that it could end up being higher if there were any major surprises. The next day, Michael and his partner arrived exactly on time, and got right to work. Both steps, installing the cleanout and hydro-jetting the line, were more difficult than usual due to my unusual pipe layout and the extent of the backup in my line - there was over a hundred feet of sewage stuck in there. However, they completed them both in a timely manner, solved my problem, cleaned up all the resulting mess, and only charged me the quoted price even though the work took longer than usual. Michael also discussed the root cause of my problem, and showed me on the inspection camera. He suggested a permanent solution, and offered me a discount if I instead needed them to come hydro-jet the line again in another year.

Drain Pro came on time and did the job quickly. Our only regret is that we didn't get an inspection report which we need.

All work completed in timely manner with professionalism. Raman and his crew are top-notch. Very professional and their communication is excellent. They give a time window and have always met it, making it easier for folks who cannot arrange to stay home a day from work and wait. They could have "padded" their last project when they came out to fix the knocking pipes, but advised to wait and see if the expansion tanks were the cause. I appreciate that. We've never had to call them back on any project. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Raman and Michael were great. Raman gave me a quote for the job and Michael and crew were out the following week. They dug a hole 8' deep at the side of our house by hand, repaired the broken pipe, and covered it all back up as if nothing had happened. Will definitely use again for plumbing needs.

How did it go? Very well! Fortunately, the bath is in remodel, and the water-wall was already partially torn-out so the piping was easily available to him. Raman performed a perfectly acceptable job for me. The tub is painted, so he padded it and was careful with the detritus, so not to scratch it. When he was almost done, he tested the water flow and asked if it was always this small. I didn't pay adequate attention, and said yes..it's an old house. We didn't turn on the SHOWER, and should have tested there also. Turns out debris from inside the pipes clogged the new cartridge! I called Raman after my cold, dribbly shower the next day and he promptly returned to clean-out the filter, no extra charge for my lack of attention to detail. Quite happy w/the repair.

Mike stayed on it until all was done. Great job and all is working very well. We are very happy with the work that was done.

I called late Wednesday afternoon and was so happy to hear that someone could be at my house the next morning. Raman arrived a little early than expected but I'll take that over someone showing up late any day. Raman was very professional. He answered all the questions that I had and explained everything well. He confirmed that our kitchen sink needed to be snaked in order to clear the drain. In about an hour, his work was done. He did a great job! I would definitely recommend Drain Pro Plumbing!

Very well. Reviewed costs prior to starting. Then after approving cost repiped double sinks and after some efford was able to find and dislodge clog. Raman was very courteous and left the area cleaner than when he started. Very knowledgable and did the work in an hour!! Thank you

The last job was rolled up in a larger job. They were awesome. It was an emergency and the price was the price. I loved their quality; they were great. The team that came out did a good job at protecting the inside of my house while they worked. they were responsive and respectful. They came out and there was a significant amount of water in my crawl space. They got into the crawl space without their waterproof because they thought they were coming to a different job. So they went above and beyond. They made themselves uncomfortable to make me comfortable to get the job done. I would use them again and again and again.
