Needed to check a leak in the sink of a rental house. Showed on time, fixed the problem during inspection and only charged for a service call. I was thrilled with the professionalism and honesty. Would definitely recommend.

They were able to come out within a few hours after my urgent call. They quickly found the issue and temporarily resolved it while notifying me what needs to be corrected to prevent it from backing up in the future. I would definitely use them again.

I called at 8am to request same day service to unclog the drain. They said I was third on the list and would probably arrive between 3 and 5. At 11:45 I received a call saying the plumber was on his way; Raymond showed up at 12:10pm. I was very pleased. He was very professional. He quoted the cost ($249 plus tax--the same information that I received on the phone), wore booties in the house, and laid down a tarp at the work area. He unclogged the drain very efficiently. He honored the $65 first-timers coupon, so my total was $184 plus tax. I asked him for a quote on the faucet and the toilet. $149 each. I accepted, and he completed both jobs quickly and effectively. He honored the 15% return customer coupon, so my total was $283 plus tax. All three jobs took a total of about 80 minutes. After the fact, $467 seemed like a lot of money for that amount of time, but I didn't negotiate in advance because I didn't realize how little time it would take. I'll hire them again, and next time I'll try to negotiate an hourly rate. In any event, I was relieved to get my projects taken care of, and he did an excellent job.

Great! They showed up 6 hours before the window of time provided (called first to confirm this was OK on my end), had the problem fixed in short order. They also communicated well about the price of each service provided and recommended several more steps that could be taken to future-proof my plumbing (with $ quotes provided).

Raman did an excellent job not only clearing the blockage, but also helping us understand the connection of the pipes and where everything led to, through specialized equipment. I really appreciate his diligence and patience working through the problem, as it took a few tries from several locations before finding the right one that led out to the clog and exit. We're thankful the drain is now clear, but should it ever get clogged again, we will be calling Drain Pro.

Drain Pro Plumbing was quick to respond and gave a competitive bid. They did a great job carefully excavating between the water main and gas utilities. The job took two days to complete because of the excavation and city permit. We are satisfied with the quality of work. They did a good job cleaning up the site after the work was complete.

Overall very well: responsive, punctual, professional, thorough, and good communication. We didn't get bids from others, so can't comment on pricing. The quality was good, unfortunately there was some minor damage to the house with the equipment, but it was repaired without question and to our satisfaction. We have already recommended Drain Pro to a friend who also gave a high rating. Raman and team were a pleasure to deal with and we won't hesitate to call on them again.

It went very well. He came right on time. He was courteous and neat (took off his shoes). He told us what each job entailed, including prices. He did the worrk quickly and well. He even gave us a little discount for being return customers on the second visit.

DISPOSAL WORK WAS PERFORMED VERY WELL. OTHER WORK WAS DONE THAT WASN'T NECESSARY. I TOOK PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER. NEW PLUMBING WAS DONE THAT WASN'T NEEDED. THE RESULT WAS VERY GOOD, HOWEVER. I HAVE NEW PIPE AND SINK DRAIN HARDWARE THAT I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE DONE.

Really well, considering it was such an awful problem Response to my weekend call was prompt. Ramen, Drain Pro's owner, could have performed the drain cleaning and then discovered the real problem and charged for both. Instead, he figured out the real problem and then went to work. I was impressed by his honesty, good manners, fair pricing, and good work.

I purchased a new disposal. When it was installed, it was clear that it wasn't a problem of the disposal after all - rather, it is an electrical problem. Raman reinstalled the old disposal. What I really liked: 1. A warm, friendly man, he clearly explained what was wrong, and quickly and efficiently did the work. 2. Drain Pro is prompt! I called yesterday, and got an appointment within two hours. 3. It turned out to be a minor thing, but the price was fair, Raman was obviously competent, and in no way did he 'look for other problems,' or try to sell me something else, something I've experienced before with some plumbing companies. 4. I would definitely call Drain Pro first in the future for any plumbing problems I have.

Everything went extremely well. DrainPro was prompt, fixed the problem in just a couple hours, and were about $1,000.00 less than I expected to spend! I would call them again anytime! They are the BEST!
