Our downstairs toilet, shower and sinks were backing up. We called Drain Pro and they arrived shortly after to look at the problem. They scoped the sewer line with a camera and found a big blockage that was caused by roots. They were able to clear the blockage. Everything is now working great. We will have them back in the future to re pipe the area where the roots have started coming thru. This company is great!!!

The phone interaction didn't fill me with a lot of confidence because it is so hard to find a reliable plumber these days in Seattle if you don't have a large job and we've been through a couple. But all that went away when the actual plumber came on-site. He was right on time, very courteous. He took off his work boots when he entered the house. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. He did the work pretty quickly but not in a rush.

Friday afternoon I was verging on 36 hours with no usable faucets and starting to feel a little desperate, wondering if I'd have make do with the situation over the weekend. Raman shoehorned me into his busy schedule and came over that evening, when he should have been off work, and spent two hours installing and connecting all the kitchen fixtures and one bathroom vanity sink so I was all set till the other work could be scheduled. His prices are very fair and he didn't even hose me with an 'after hours' or 'emergency' surcharge. He is quiet, courteous, never complains about anything, and very skilled at his work. I give my highest recommendation to Raman and Drain Pro Plumbing.

I called about their special for a new toilet and installation. I was told that the toilet offered was some sort of generic, so I asked about the price of an upgrade. I was given a price, but the individual with whom I spoke was not able to ID what model that would include. He said he would research it and get right back to me. I never received a call back.

Drain Pro sent Bunny, who arrived in an hour, and was friendly and professional (and used shoe covers without being asked to!). I had hoped the problem was a wax seal degrading. Instead, problem was a cracked toilet flange - not trivial He had to drive to Home Depot and back in rush hour traffic to get a part, come back, trim the tile, and install the flange, plus a new wax cylinder. He managed to do all of this in two and a half hours. And I made my flight! Total cost was $600. BUT here's the reason why I'm reviewing them so highly - last night I just noticed some small amount of darkness in the grout near the toilet, and was worried it was leaking and wet again. Called up Raman, who again sent Bunny - he took a look, pulled up the toilet. Saw no actual water damage or problems with the flange. Replaced the wax cylinder anyway. AND THEN DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE REPEAT VISIT, since it was part of the same problem. He even told me - if it leaks at any time, call again. He wouldn't mind two or three more trips, if that's what it took. All this in light of the fact there WAS no repeat leak. Clearly a skilled tradesman who stands by his work! If you need a plumber, call them!

The project was very successful! The crew showed up at the promised time, started immediately and finished early. The city inspector passed the work the same day, and the trench was covered the next morning. The men were careful to avoid tracking any dirt in my home. The work area was cleaned up when they left, and the work was professionally done. I was offered a choice between "to code" work or an optional upgrade of 2" PVC sleeve over the pipe. I chose the sleeve as a reasonable cost increase for better protection against future soil penetration or digging. The lead plumber told me about a city-sponsored partial plumbing cost rebate program, which I was previously unaware of, thus saving me money on my next water bill. The crew decided to install a PEX line, which is state-of-the-art plumbing material, versatile and durable. After the job was finished, a small leak developed at the downstream end, which was quickly fixed, leading to a perfect installation. I am very happy with the process and the result.

Michael, the tech, was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He also asked my opinion before officially working or changing anything. I did feel in the dark about the final bill, (after tightening pipes and reinstalling a utility sink faucet, and adding a pipe to prevent another pipe from falling off) especially since there was an apparent "driving distance" fee for our location, but I was happy with the reasonable pricing compared to a different estimate from another company. The price difference compared to our initial estimate was quite extreme, and I was happy about it. The work was much more minor than other folks had "estimated" over the phone and through pictures, which was a relief. They also accepted the Angie's List coupon deal; to which I always appreciate a good coupon and those who honor them...as I am very likely to return with my business.

Rahman and his team were very professional and did top-quality work for us. They responded quickly to our call, assessed the situation, and completed the work in a short period of time. A new higher-quality, higher-performance pump was purchased and installed. One existing pump was re-positioned to a place where it was better suited. I would definitely use Drain Pro services again should the need arise.

Very pleased with the options we were given as far as cost and the amount of work to be performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very well. They were very responsive. The job took a little longer because they had to wait for the City of Bellevue to replace the setter (water meter piping) before they could complete the job. The City of Bellevue was also very responsive... called them around noon and a crew was out within 2 hours.

Raman was incredibly responsive. He was available with 30 minutes of calling. He was able to fix everything the same day. I will contact him again for any plumbing needs.

Didn't hire to come and diagnose the problem for $150.

First of all, Drain Pro evaluated the problem and then proposed a solution to resolve it. They gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable to snake out the affected drains. The plumber fixed the problem in a very short amount of time to our complete satisfaction. He was careful to protect our home and was extremely professional while still friendly. I would absolutely recommend Drain Pro (Benny and Raman).

Raman helped us with a bad main line after we had tried multiple things to try to eliminate the clog ourselves. Our appointment was pushed back a few days unfortunately, vehicle issues, but Raman called me and kept me informed the whole time. As soon as he was able, he was at our house and fixed our issue in no time! And he showed my husband how/where to locate our clean-out so we wouldn't have to call anyone again for an easy issue to fix. Highly recommend!

Called Raman explaining my plumbing requirements and set up appointment for review. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quoted me a price to cut open the wall, install single handle tub shower valve and trim kit with new shower head and spout. Plus snake out three drains. I agreed and we scheduled a work date. Raman and his helper arrived on time and completed the work in about 5 hours. The installation was a little more complicated because of the rough box that I had purchased for the shower. Raman is very experienced in plumbing and I was very comfortable that everything was done expertly. My new shower system looks and works beautifully. When I had a question after installation he responded quickly. I will confidently recommend Raman and his company to all my friends. This company has become my go to plumbing company.

He showed up promptly and was careful and thorough in trouble-shooting the problem (I have had a completely flooded basement before, so I REALLY appreciate Raman's approach, which focused on minimizing any additional water into the basement). It turned out to be a (relatively) best-case scenario - the pump was totally fine, but a pipe connection burst between the pump and the sewer line. Raman fixed it quickly and professionally, and did not charge anything for repairing his previous work. I highly recommend Raman for his professionalism.

Thanks to DrainPro the leak damage was minimized. In a very short amount of time new tanks were installed (still while we were on vacation). This allowed our house guests to continue using the water with only a small interruption. We came home from vacation with new tanks installed and DrainPro having surveyed our plumbing to ensure there were no additional leaks. We are very happy with the services that DrainPro provided to us and will definitely be using them next time we need help with either plumbing or water tanks!

I wanted to get the drain cleared from the house to the sewer line. I had called few different companies to get their pricing and quotes. Some companies took forever to send back their quotes/estimate and some were very expensive. I talked to "Raman" from Drain Pro Plumbing and he gave me an estimated price for the job and then also sent me a written quote that very day. They promised to beat any other bid, and their price definitely was the best out of the three quotes that I received. So I scheduled the work with them, they asked for my three preferences and scheduled an appointment as per my convenience, I should mention that very few companies do that. They would straight away give what time and day works for them, and the customer usually obliges. But in this case, they were very professional and worked with my work schedule instead. The technician called me before an hour he arrived, he was on time, very professional and explained me what work he is going to perform. Again, I have seem professionals coming to the service and performing the work, and then leaving after payment is done. Drain Pro Plumbing is very different in their approach. The technician explained me the work, how long it would take and when he would be done. They cleared the drain line, did camera, and showed the line was clear after he got done. He recommended some further work, and I will definitely use them for the next service for my drains because they built a good trust-able customer relation. He even cleaned the site after he got done, wore shoe covers as an added protection to prevent any dirt coming in the house while he was working. I have very less often seen such professional and efficient work being performed by plumbers. I was very satisfied with their service, and work ethics, they are not only a pro at drain cleaning but also have excellent customer service over the phone and at the work location. Michael came out and quickly discovered the issue. A part needed to be replaced - Michael did not have the uncommon part, but let me know where we could buy one and install ourselves (just screws on). I would definitely use Drain Pro Plumbing again!

The job went well, they did the initial repair and then we identified more issues that led us to the complete sewer replacement. They were professional, prompt and kept our plumbing running evenings during the job. Unfortunately, because of how things happened, we had to pay for the initial repair and then the full replacement (but they credited part of the initial job toward the full job). Also, I don't know how their prices compare as I did not get multiple bids, but went solely off their reviews on Angie's list. I did a couple of anecdotal comparison with friends that had sewer line replacements or lining and their prices seemed good.

Earlier this week you replaced the PRV on my house at 16415 NE 96th Place. You arrived on site about 1:20 PM, evaluated the problem, and about ten minutes later left to get the valve. I made that process very easy for you as we had already researched and diagnosed the problem, and located and excavated the faulty valve. You returned around 2:15 with the part and were driving off around 2:55. All in all, you spent less than an hour on-site but consumed a full three hours of my time. I appreciate this efficiency. What I did not appreciate is the price. As I walked up to the truck after your evaluation, I had a price in mind for the work that would reflect the range of prices plumbers in the Seattle area charge per hour. My research showed the job should have cost between $170 and $500 per hour, so with the valve, I expected a bid of $250 to $350 including parts. Your bid of $750 (which included the approximately $70 for the valve you installed) was far in excess of the highest rate charged. You had no way of knowing that I suffer from a condition referred to as MCI which impairs my ability to make quick decisions under stress so yes, I should not have accepted that price and simply told you to leave-it was far too high by almost double. However, at the time I realized that you were a struggling businessman trying to make a living and you had come a long way. I felt sorry for you. In retrospect, I now feel you took advantage of me and my generous nature. That's your right. You're not running a charity and don't have to treat customers honestly or fairly. And I have the responsibility to ensure that other potential customers discover what you charge and should not feel obligated to accept your bid for the work. I don't expect you to do anything about this. That said, as it is, I will never forget the feeling that you took advantage of a senior to the tune of over $400. I will, of course be passing this account of your business practices-the good and the bad- to anyone who cares to listen-as well as to Angie's List.
