Went well. Raman was out on time, gave an estimate and time , cleaned the drain , looked via a camera unto the end of the drain line all the way up to where the house line met the city drainage and showed me it was clean.

Really well. Keep in mind that the price doesn't include local tax which needs to be paid upon installation.

The tech was upfront about the challenges, of which we were already aware, but was able to successfully clear the clog. He even told me the specific equipment that would be required and we should ask for if we ever need it serviced again and went with another company.

I called at o'dark thirty in the morning desperate for help after being left in a lurch by another company. They amazingly were able to squeeze me in for same day service before the weekend hit. Bunnie (sp) arrived during the window given, and was warm, personable and professional. Quick and efficient, he took care of the immediate issue, cleaned and made sure I was back up and running and helped diagnose and explain some larger issues that were most likely the cause and would most likely eventually cause future problems. He discussed several possible options for me to pursue, rather than telling me I had only one choice, which is always nice. Bunnie was fantastic and very responsive and I'm grateful he was willing to come to my neck of the woods. Thank you!!!

Raman was able to unclog each of the slow-draining sinks and they now work fine. He gave an initial estimate which he stuck to. He also did some minor adjustments on a couple of toilets. He was very prompt, efficient and professional. We would definitely hire him again.

Not good actually. Tthe prices were pretty, pretty high. I got the same work done for half the price from a different person for the same quality. They gave me a quote and did the work. They are highly overpriced.

Raman came over very quick and gave us three options to fix the issue, explaining pros and cons for everything. We went with the trenchless option which would do least damage to our yard. The work did go a few days longer than was predicted. That was because of scheduling with the people who would drill the trenchless path and also because of the rocks, they had to come again with a bigger machine the next day. They kept us informed throughout.

They no-showed the first appointment and called about 45 minutes after the appt. to explain. Showed up on time the next day. They really know their stuff and I had complete confidence in them.

Great - this was a simple service call to see if the problem originated in the hose bib on the front o my house.

They came out within 45 minutes of making the call. The night they came over to check it out and to give us an estimate he put a temporary fix to the valve that was broken. He gave us a quote and told us that he could get everything on by that following Monday (with work starting tight away the next day; a Saturday). We went for it and to our amazement worker were there first thing on Saturday morning. They were great, price was reasonable and timing couldn't have been better. We had a down side with the lack of communication with them. With workers coming and going; when they would leave we had no idea when they would come back. We had another water spigot break when they were trying to connect the new pipping to the old (under the house) and before we could agree on a price it was fixed with a new spigot(I understand it needed to be fixed period, but a warning before hand when added an additional charge would have been nice). I had a problem with the workers helping out one of my neighbors (which really wasn't that big of a deal). My water was still not on, they said that they were going to be dumping all the debris (which was a plus) and they'd be back to finish up. I looked out and they have the back-hoe at my neighbors house digging something up for her. I'm happy they helped her, however my water was still not on. My frustration was probably over dramatic, but it was still frustration nonetheless. When it came with getting the final bill for everything, that took about a week. We had gotten a call for the total price of the invoice. We had chosen to pay over the phone via credit card and it took them another week for them to attempt to process the payment. When they did decide to actually attempt to process the payment something happened and we received a emailed at 10pm Monday saying the card had declined. The card being declined was resolved easily the next morning, but we gave them the payment information when we got the invoice and a week later they try to run the credit card? Why email your customers at 10pm on a Monday to tell them there credit card declined? Other than the little bumps at the end of it, everything went great. Our water was back on in the time they promised. I would use them again.

He was professional and thorough in doing the work, meaning he appeared to take plenty of time to be sure the problem was fixed; and he was very courteous; he was prompt; and he didn’t leave a mess behind after leaving. We were satisfied.

Plumber called and was able to come earlier than expected. He pointed out that faucet was one that could be expected to fail repeatedly in the future due to a defective part and so I decided to get it replaced. After doing that I asked him to look at toilet which seems to take a long time to fill tank. He adjusted it.

Went well. Had to change cutter heads a few time to find something to cut the roots out.

I did it a long time ago, when I first bought my house, and my husband had concerns so we decided to do it again. It's normally $100 plus tax. It's becoming more common now to do it when you buy a home. I read about that online, I think it was. Because I was buying an older home, the foundation of my home is actually from the 40's but there has been major remodels over the year. I really needed to know if I needed to build that into my contract. I think it was a condition of final purchase when I bought the home that I had it done. My husband seemed pretty happy. It sounded like it was all very impressive. I think I attempted to contact them through Angie's List once I bought the deal and hadn't heard back from them, but I gave them a phone call and they called me pretty quickly after I actually called them. A lot of these companies are out on the job most of the time and don't really check their email that often. Often times, emailing isn't the right way to go. They called me when they were coming, they called me when they got here, and it was all within the window. It sounded like their professionalism was an "A" to me.
