They refurbished a dated fireplace, covered a popcorn ceiling, painted the interior, demolished a deck, added custom trim throughout the living-family-dining and hall, replaced interior doors, replaced old electrical outlets and even went so far as to fix a door that had never properly closed. DeWayne has flawless taste and works so well with his clients.

Description of Work: In November 2010 a water pipe froze in the ceiling of our split level home and pool then froze the insulation and crashed thru the sheet rock and ceiling making a 8x8 foot hole and dumping water in the living room, dining room, down to downstairs family room thru the air ducts. DHR Enterprises Inc was hired as general contractor to remodel and restore the house.Dewayne is the general in charge and was a savior he managed the entire project from start to finish and even dealt with our insurance adjustor directly and really made this entire restoration possible. DHR Enterprises did the following in process of restoring and remodeling our home: Oversaw moving company boxing, packing, & moving furniture Oversaw abatement company removed asbestos ceiling protected & covered upstairs living room, walls and floors, dining room walls and floor hallway , landing and stairway. managed licensed plumber make waterline repairs insulate and make sure all was up to code.. managed licensed electrician inspect all compromised lighting fixtures. removed all damaged insulations and reinstall R30 where insulation was missing. made upstairs sheet rock ceiling repairs mud, tape and sand texture ceiling to closely match wall texture.. also replace downstairs stairwell sheet rock. seal and paint white entire upstairs ceiling in living room,dinning room, hallway and entry foyer seal and paint downstairs hallway, laundry room, and family room over existing acoustic ceiling. removed protection and total clean up of project. more importantly then anything he scheduled multiple contractors , moving company, abatement company, and insurance adjuster and project was completed in time and even a bit ahead of schedule.
