Jesse is a true professional. He?s extremely knowledgeable about the products, services, and technologies he sells, and his enthusiasm and passion for quality audio and video are infectious. Jesse put in a lot of time and effort into researching potential system setups for us, and he patiently explained all of our options and helped us understand, as beginners, the important points to consider when purchasing audio and video equipment. Professional and courteous, they helped load the system in the car in one case, and shipped a 2nd set. On a few occasions did not return phone calls and one order said to take 10 days took 20.
