+ -1 moreDavid gave me an extremely low price in drawing some plans for a converting a basement into living space but asked that I not mention the costs of his service, since he provided me a much lower price than usual. His plan really took into account every unused space in our basement and cost effectively created a comfortable living space. David also has a strong environmental commitment and gave me a lot of good advice for reusing materials and saving energy in the building process. I could not be more pleased with David Vandervort Architects. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very low key but with a strong desire to personally understand and represent in the work they prepare for you.
Description of Work: They did general drawings for converting an unfinished basement into a living space.
