DAL TILE

They were pretty awful. As we found out later, their selection is not great. The first tile we ordered was a totally different color than the samples we originally had. When we tried to return that tile, they refused to refund us because it is not a tile they carry in stock. Since we had a tile waiting at the house, we purchased a second tile from them. We had to drive a couple of hours to pick up the new tile after they told us they had it in stock. When we got there, it turned out that they did not have the tile in stock, and the people were particularly not helpful, and gave us a hard time about refunding us our money. So beware of their refund rules and regulations.

They didn't even acknowledge me the entire 30+ minutes I was there - even though there were two women working in the showroom and for a while I was the only customer in the store. I was disappointed by the lack of selection. Won't be back.

My experience with them was very good. I picked out a limestone and they helped me pick out a floor that would work with it. I went and picked it up myself. They put it in the car for me. I thought they were helpful. I got it for a great price and it was a good deal.

I had to find a specific tile match from my bathroom tile. They were very helpful and were able to find my tile and even brought it to my car for me.
